We went to Cabinets-To-Go after a dismal experience at another local cabinet showroom. Lyndsey V. was very helpful, and helped us design built-ins for our home office and great room. We didnt have an appointment, but we were helped right away when we stopped in. We werent sure how the quality would be, but we were pleased with all of the cabinets and accessory components. Lyndsey put together everything we needed to complete our project, with no missed items. Overall, we are very happy with the whole experience, and with the quality of the cabinets.
Great place to buy cabinets, kevin the manager make every effort to see your satisfied, Quality is outstanding only draw back is assembly, could be challenging if your not mechanically inclined.

Quality products and top level customer service from the Cabinet To Go company. I had need to have two doors replaced and I couldn’t have ask for better service. The representative was very helpful, knowledgeable and resolved the issue quickly. I highly recommend their products and am very happy with their follow up service and care.
The initial buying experience at the store was great so this review is more about quality of Findley & Myers cabinets. The biggest issue I had was many of the side panels were warped or broken. Used some Gorilla glue to fix one that was completely split and had to get creative on the sink base as it wouldn’t even go together initially. Nothing I wasn’t able to fix with some 1x6’s but still something you shouldn’t have to do. I tried calling the store after I noticed the issues but they directed me to customer support and didn’t feel like going through the hassle as I figured it would be easier to fix them myself. Won’t be buying from there again though as I’m not impressed with quality.

Walked in and wasnt even acknowledged though there was someone sitting at the front desk. My friend was already working with someone who she met over the phone. She was able to locate him but he was sitting at a desk and didnt even attempt to get up once introduced herself. He instructed her to walk around and let him know if she had any questions...he was going to be sitting right there. Whatever happened to personal customer service especially when the customer is preparing to spend thousands of dollars. She ended up going with Home Depot.

Cabinets to Go- GO the opposite direction!! In fact, RUN the opposite direction. This store does NOT CARE about you, your project, doing good work, doing work expediently. Came in, everyone was busy, waited for a while, then someone else came in and since one of there rep, had just finished with another client, she help someone who came after me. Not a pleasant experience.We just left the place with out being at least ask by the rep being close to the exit area if we could at least wait ✋ for a little longer or if they could call someone else to assist me.I guess they have so much business they dont care about ours.Never Coming back thats for sure......During this pandemic with having someone come in to your store that is defenely a privileged to have clients come in. As other stores are striving to have clients visit them or they going to the internet and making online purchases.I always support locall business, and bad experiences in customer service doesnt stop me from searching other businesses.
Im honestly surprised on how many good comments there are about this location. Being a first time kitchen re modeler my husband and I were very nervous about the process. Our first meeting with Lyndsey at the showroom was great. The cabinets werent the cheapest bid we had but went with them because they said they would have the order in the following week.That was the 1st of the lies that was told to us. Im not going to write a book here and explain everything that wrong, but we were given the runaround about MANY things & even caught them in a lie about the delivery of our counter top that took FOREVER to get. Bottom line-the product was great, but the customer service & process WAS NOT.
This is THE place to go get your cabinets! I had put off going anywhere because of having to deal with sales people etc. The employees here were top notch! No pressure,friendly, very knowledgeable, and gave us great ideas. Drew greeted us and helped explain several aspects of cabinets/counters and flooring. Kevin did an over the top layout and helped us put together an island that we had no idea how to create.There was also another gal working who was super friendly. It was a super awesome experience! I even joked when we left that I felt like they were my friends! Such a positive experience! Thanks!
Recently we had out kitchen completed by Cabinets to Go. Floors, cabinets and counter top. Out intial appointment with Drew, we walked away confident this is who we wanted to use. We had gone to another company and was ready to pull the trigger until the price whnt up about $3,500. My hisbane said lets check someone else out. We cant say enough about the whole expierence from start to finish. The cabinets, themselves are fanasitc quality. We did two tone and could not love the look anymore than we do. I fell in love with the flooring as soon as Drew showed it to me. He gave me other suggestions but the first one was it. The counter top is so beautiful and sets the kitchen off.Kevin and Drew are so great to work with. No pressure, went through all of our options. Suggested things when we wasnt sure about something. After our first design meeting we left there and went to dinner and had already decided this is who we ant to redo our kitchen. Everyone out at the Cincinnati location ar wonderful to deal with. We have reccomened them to everyone and will contuine to do so.
Worked with them last year to redo my kitchen and laundry room, I worked with everyone at some point. They all new what was going on and were very helpful. Best customer service I have had for a long time.
Awesome experience. Cabinets came in on time, and the crew that installed them did a wonderful job. Paid attention to detail and did an excellent job.The manager, Tim, is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We ended up with an extra cabinet, and Tim was willing to take it back and credit us. My husband was in the construction industry and was very surprised that Tim was willing to do that for us.Thankful we followed our gut and chose Cabinets to Go after reading the negative reviews. Overall we had an excellent experience!

Very odd to see the negative reviews, as our experiences have been positive. Remembering that its a discount cabinet store (no frills showroom!) we were very pleased with the selection, prices, and complimentary design service. Tim Meisman and his staff are both personable and professional, which ensures a pleasant, stress free shopping experience.We assemble and install the cabinets ourselves and yes, there were some adventures! Specifically, the corner Lazy Susan cabinets are a challenge to assemble but when I called Tim, he was able to easily explain the correct assembly on the phone.We had a couple issues with broken pieces and when I called the 800 number, they shipped replacement parts that same week. Parts arrived safely at the job site with no fussing required on my part.
The initial buying experience was actually pretty impressive. They came to the home when scheduled and were very professional. The installation was ok. A few months after installation, two of the drawers wont close properly and they want nothing to do with resolving this problem. So apparently, once they have your money, customer service becomes a non-issue.

Very helpful staff. Well made cabinets, no MDF. Came within 2 weeks of ordering. Pay to have the lazy susan assembled! The store is very busy on Saturdays, if you go on Sat go early.

Lies, lies, lies. Over 4 months of this...good luck getting calls returned. Joe the store manager will screw you over any way he can. Literally the worst experience Ive had during an entire home remodel. Save your sanity and shop elsewhere.
