I’ve ordered twice. Good quality meats at reasonable prices. I’ve ordered flank steaks, NY strips, goetta, ground beef, and metts. This time I got brats and pork tenderloins and more flank steak. Looking forward to grilling this!

My Police and Fire Department puts on a Steak Fry every year, have been using JB for years. Great steak and fair prices. Once I found out individuals can buy from JB, I purchase all my meats from JB. Fresh Ground Beef, Goetta, Roasts, Prime Rib, Braunschweiger, Bratts, Metts plus other items like assorted Cold Cuts and Cheeses. I have never been disappointed. Mark, the owner, is a great guy and always has my orders ready no matter how big or small. The steaks are vacuum packed for easy freezing if you so choose. Ive had the Fillets, NY strips, Rib Eyes, and my personal favorite, the Porter House. Never had better. You wont find better meats or service anywhere.
