They was very kind and friendly very true to the customer service with a smile and explained everything in a simple manner and explained what would cost me per step and may I say pricing was much more respectable then what Ive been quoted at other shops. Will definitely be continuing my buisness with them and recommending them to family and friends. I also loved the antique decor in the waiting area/office.

I dislodged my muffler on my Mercedes Sprinter RV while traveling across country...I called a Mercedes dealership and they could not get me in for 3 days...Called Carco and they got me in that day and the tailpipe is connected better than it was before and only cost $140...great fast work and I could not be happier...thanks to Carco I only lost one day of travel...thanks guys!!

Stay away !!! I went here with my daughter’s 2006 Honda Civic on 8/19/19. It had a quarter sized hole in a pipe it needed fixed. They cut out an 18” section of the 2” exhaust pipe and bent a new tube to fit. Welded it back in. At tops a 15-20 minute fix. The replacement tube cost them no more than $5 in material cost. These criminals charged me $125.00 !! Plus tax - unbelievable. I was even trying to be nice with conversation when I first got there. They didn’t even want to talk to me when I walked up. I should have walked away right then. This is a 2 guy shop and they both had an attitude problem. My daughter goes to UC and I don’t live in the area. I went here for convenience and to support the local business. Here I was thinking I’d have a good experience from a small time shop and I walked out stunned at the overall poor experience. There is no need to treat customers like me this way. I’m sure if you go here they will treat you the same. Any respectable muffler shop would have charged maybe $30 to $40 tops.

Could not afford the price for the repair

Ive been going to Carco for my exhaust needs for over 20 yrs and have never had any problems. They give me good deals, good service, and use good lasting products. The people i send here for service never have any issues. I really appreciated how they show you whats wrong and give you repair options to choose based on your budget. Most places will try and rope you into believing you need an entirely new exhaust system, not here they do good square business!

Charged much more than estimated. Charged more money to correct their mistakes. Apparently, they dont test their work adequately. Not pleasant to deal with. I cannot recommend them.

Actually one of the best kept secrets for mufflers and exhaust systems. A lot of local businesses and chains will no longer do modifications to fix existing exhaust systems and mufflers, carco repairs what needs to be done vs other businesses just replacing the whole thing. They have saved me twice on separate vehicles, once on a Nissan versa where the flange broke off and once on my Honda Civic DX. They only fixed what was the necessary and saved me hundreds of dollars by just fixing the problem, and not replacing things that didnt need to be replaced.

If I could give this here zero stars I would... I took my car here yesterday and he called and told me this morning and told me it was the starter. I asked him how much and he said 347 and some change I said ok how much for the part, he said 180 bucks.... so I told him go ahead and start fixing it but something told me in the meantime call around and see if I can get the parts cheaper. I called auto zone and they said that the starter is 137 and some change and if you bring in the old one youll get 30 bucks back Im like ok put it on hold for me. Called this scam artist back and he said I dont use anyone elses parts just where he gets them from so Im like oh ok where do you get your parts from?! He said KOI auto parts. Im like ok. I got off the phone and called KOI auto parts and they told me the part is 137 and some change plus if you bring the old one back you get 60 dollars. So I said thank you and went up there to confront him... and hes telling all type of lies and stuff and then going to tell me hes not going to fix it because he doesnt want to argue... I told him youre not going to play me out of 100 dollars so yes dont fix my car... so out of all of this I will never EVER recommend anyone to go to this place!! And If you do you definitely need to call around to see how much your parts are before he fixes it!!

They are a bit on the pricey side but they are fast and good cant get fast good and cheap they were pretty reasonable tho Ive been twice and my car muffler last for about a year Im going back monday when they tell me a price its always what they say itll be never more they cool they dont bullshit place is decent

They only got one star because i couldnt give them a 0!!! They quoted 380 dollars for a job to turn around three days later and charge 934 dollars. He also said it would be 65 dollars more if i wanted to use my credit card. He never called to get the okay to complete the work then acted like i was the crook when i asked for a payment plan. I never authorized another 600 dollars in work. Do yourselves a favor and go to the shops who tell you from the beginning what they are going to charge you instead of surprising you with the bill after tour car is finished!!! These guys here are rude and real scam artists. Please dont take a chance on this place they will say they are giving you a deal and screw you over

Money hungry,told me he would give me free estimate on my car an when he got done wanted to charge me,.has a very nasty attitude and is very unprofessional, dont know how good his work is but anyone that petty cannever work on my vehicle
