The staff there, is very knowledgeable of everything that they sell in the store. They are very personable and do not try to up-sell you on other stuff. Thank you for the great service and the product. I recommend everyone to go here 4 your shoe needs sock needs and even jackets and jeans.

LOVED this freaking place guys they got it all from boots to jackets to gloves shirts knives wallets hats. I mean if you wanna go somewhere for your winter shopping, this is not a bad place to go. I got a cool shirt and a knife at a decent price and they are always getting in other things. Its not just boots in this store they got a bit of everything. I DEFINITELY Recommend going here and at least checking it out. They do have sales and some things can be pricey but hey you get what you pay for here. Great store.

Very polite and attentive employees. Clean store and clean restroom. Very organized on the mens side. A little confusing in the womans side but it looked as if they were in the middle of trying to fix that. Acceptable prices. Decent selection. I wish they would have carried more options for steal toes and widths but that is more of an us issue and not a them issue. It would have been nice if they had had a labor day sale but I can understand why not.

There are a ton of places to get the exact same things this shop sells, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I took my son in to get his hat shaped. Tom-the person who does it shook his head across the store before even looking at the hat. The two gentlemen that helped me were very rude. Tom was one of them. I also was trying to get my son fitted for boots…I was told to just try them on to figure his correct size. I explained that shoes and boot sizes are different. The employees here clearly don’t value customer service in at all!!

I purchased these work boots from my hubby. He really likes them he enjoys them I put a few inches on them LOL but know this is a really great place if youre in the cowboy hats and cowboy boots cowgirl boots very great place very nice service cant go wrong. In these particular boots cost about $200 not bad.

The employees are all very nice and super helpful. I told them what I was looking for in a work shoe and the lady who helped me took me straight to the section I needed. She even recommended some to help me be more comfortable in my feet at work. Yes, they are in the pricey side, but when it comes to safety shoes, you get what you pay for! They have a large selection of men and women work shoes, and a good selection of western wear and cowboy boots. Will definitely be going there again!

Wish I had a place like this closer to home. We drove over an hour to get here and it was worth the trip since I was able to find the boots I needed. Prices were about what youd expect if not a little high but that is offset by the fact that you can actually try on the styles vs just picking a size and hoping you get what you want. Theres a good chance Ill come back next year when Im due for my next pair. The guy who took care of me seemed more like he might have been the owner or maybe management then just an associate. He was knowledgeable about their products and saved me a lot of time by explaining the selection so I wasnt hunting for everything. Big selection in styles, brands and sizes. Worth the trip.

Easy to get to, great selection and the staff she was very helpful and pleasant! The boots werent guaranteed to make me dance better, but they were guaranteed to make me look better!!

I called and asked for a specific brand of shoe and after about 15 minutes of sitting on hold while they discussed the whether or not they had the brand the older gentleman got back on the line and said they had the specific brand I was looking for. When I drove 45 minutes to get them he then told me he didn’t have them. Literally driver a hour and a half for nothing.

Very friendly staff. As soon as I entered, I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. The western boots were arranged by size with each style they had in a particular size grouped together. They took me right to my size and left me to browse for a bit. Helpful and not overbearing, just how I like service.

Never been to this location before today. The place was set up very nice and was easy to find what I was looking for. The customer service was great, the lady behind the counter greated me as soon as I walked in, and while I was looking through she came up and asked if I needed help with anything. She informed me that if I couldn’t find what I was looking for that she could look to see if they had them at another location and could have them sent over. After I found what I wanted she was very polite and rang me up without a hitch. I strongly recommend this place and will never go anywhere else again.

I do love this store. Anything country, they have it! From Montana brand jewelry, belt buckles and more to the best Wrangler jeans, boots and hats. Even my favorite perfume by Annie Oakly, Morning Dew.

Lady who appeared to be a manager was very rude! We were after a specific type of boot and every time we looked at something else she would scream a crossed the store, Those boots are steel-toed! or Those are all insulated!. We were only there about 20 minutes and that lady hollard at us multiple times. It was like she was treating us like children. We left immediately and will never return. Tractor Supply had the boots we needed at half the price and the staff treated us with dignity.
