Bought a new 2021 Malibu MXZ from No Wake and had a great experience! I ordered it in the fall of 2020 knowing that there were supply chain issues and parts shortages, along with a surge in demand for boats. No Wake kept me informed of the factory production dates and ship dates and the boat arrived just a couple weeks later than expected in the spring of 2021. For delivery No Wake met me at the lake with the boat detailed in perfect condition. There they showed me how everything works and even launched it and took me for a ride on the water. Ive bought a couple of other new boats before, and thats the first time Ive had a dealer do that. After delivery they stored it at their facility for a few weeks while I waited for my storage unit to become available. Im already looking forward to buying my next boat from them.

Reached out to No Wake Marine late summer 2020 about upgrading from a ski boat to a wakesurfing boat. Everyone that I have dealt with have been fantastic. Worked a lot with Charlie, Zach and Kevin between initial questions, new boat quote, ordering, purchase, water delivery, as well as pick up. Also have great stuff in their shop! Great experience!!! I can’t say enough about the guys at No Wake. Nick and Ryan really helped me after my tower got damaged in a lift accident. They worked with my insurance company to save my boat from being totaled. They were a true pleasure to work with and the level of craftsmanship put into my boat is second to none. I would recommend them to anyone needing any repairs.

I was in the market for a slightly used boat with very specific criteria on model, options, condition, etc. and Charlie took care of me. No Wake is No Joke!!!!!!Purchased a used G23 from Charlie. This boat is sweet. After having it for a couple weeks boat Broke down. It had a Throttle body break. Absolutely no ones fault. The boat was broke down at Norris Lake. Ryan sent a tech to fix it. He diagnosed the problem they ordered part in. The part was delayed. My salesman CHARLIE straight up drove to Norris lake and installed it because we had guests meeting us for a weekend at the lake. That is service!!!!!! When I am ready for my next boat No Wake is where I will be doing business!!!!!!

First off, Adam from mobile service is fantastic! He’s very knowledgeable and an overall good guy. Eric, the mobile service manager, was also extremely great to work with and obviously values customer service above all else. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Spent $7K on a brand new boat mate trailer and there is a short in the wiring. No Wake is not able to fix the problem so now I’ve got to take it to a proper trailer dealer and pay out of my own packet to fix it. Not impressed at all with customer support or product support.

Best boat dealer in Cincinnati! We have purchased four boats from No Wake Marine. We have always had a great experience and the best customer service. I highly recommend No Wake if you are looking for a new or used boat in the Cincinnati area.

We live three hours away but put a deposit on a used Nautique to hold until we could make the trip to see it. Charlie accommodated our busy schedule, held the boat until we got there, and assured us our deposit would be refunded if the boat was not as described. The boat was an older Nautique and the service department went through the boat throughly and addressed every issue found with both the boat and trailer. Once we arrived the boat was in the exact condition Charlie described. We were impressed by his knowledge of their boats but also every product they sell in their shop.We purchased the boat late winter and have been using it regularly all summer with no issues what so ever.We feel that No Wake is a trust worthy dealership that provides a great buying experience. As with other reviews I’ve read, my only complaint is that they are not located closer so we can use their service on a regular basis as well. When it comes time for us to upgrade we will most likely look there first.

Excellent communication and people. Bought a 2016 Nautique Sport 200 sight unseen from 2,000 miles away and it was 100% as described. Ryan and Charlie worked to make the transaction happen with minimal problems and were now the happy owners of an amazing used boat. I wish they were in our area; wed use them unquestionably for service and parts and any of our boating needs. The customer experience is what makes the difference in these transaction and thats why Im writing my 2nd Google review ever: these guys and dealership are Grrrrrrreat!

Stopped in for some 3M 5200 adhesive sealant for a thru hull fitting on my transom. Very surprised to find this marina doesnt carry this product. Two employees had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for it. After I described what I was looking for, they showed me a product they carried called Lifeseal that Id never heard of before and that wouldnt work for my aluminum hulled boat. Friendly enough staff, just very surprised a marina doesnt sell a product used by pretty much every professional in the industry - especially since it appeared they did repair and service work. This would be like an auto mechanic having no idea what loctite was.Went to Bethel Marine Center where they had a whole shelf of it.

Pro shop is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products they sell and service. Would highly recommend them for anything dealing with wakeboarding and wakesurfing.
