WOW Charlie is the best. We drove all the way from northern Ohio to do business with him due to his great reviews and business reputation. He did not disappoint! What we had been sure we wanted/needed was not correct- (poorly advised from a couple of other dealers before we found Charlie!), we would have ended up with the wrong thing if we hadnt gone to see him. I just purchased a pontoon trailer from Allcraft. Im sooooooo glad I bought from them. It was the EASIEST and BEST experience Ive EVER had at any place. They went above and beyond what I ever would have expected from them and thats not to mention how nice they are. Not because I just spent a bunch of money on a new trailer, I can tell, its so obvious, that they are like that with customers ALL THE TIME. Charlie takes time to truly help you. If I could think of one word to describe my experience at Allcraft it would be surprising. I have taken boats to them personally and professionally. I dont have one single negative thing to say about them. I believe they are extremely honest businessmen and extremely reasonable prices. I recently bought a brand new motor to re-power an old pontoon and would let them take care of it all again.

Excellent experience. Called two other Mercury authorized repair facilities. One told me the motor was too old (2002) and that it wasnt worth repairing. Allcraft said they were about 3 weeks out on their repairs. 3 weeks to the day the motor was repaired (at a very reasonable price). Will be back for all my marine needs.

This dealer offers service 2nd to none. My motor was broke and i was out of town for a fishing trip. Called the dealer and they had part in stock that no one else had. They even made special trip to fedex to overnight me the part. The exceptional service they offered me only caused a half day of actually being down while waiting on parts, instead of a completely ruined trip.If you need parts or service call them. Love the service I received here had a leak from my outdrive requiring a lower seal kit.Dropped the boat off on Friday before labor day and had it back 3 days later. It also cost less than the other places down the road.I even received a follow up call to make sure everything worked well after the weekend. I will definitely be returning for other work when needed.

Purchase - 2017 Honda 90HP Vtec outboard. This was a great purchasing experience! Everyone I came in contact with were very professional and knowledgeable. When I picked up my boat after the motor was installed, Mike sat down with me and went over the entire owners manual to make sure I understood the motor and to see if I had any questions. Charlie took time to get a good deal for me on this engine. After it was installed they took it out on the water for its initial break-in period. This is the way people should do business!!

Although initial effort was good regarding disassembly of my outdrive while the boat hull was being repaired and I appreciate the owner going to the repair shop to remove it. I was completely disappointed at the price charged for disassembly once I decided not to have the repairs made. I felt like my parts were being held hostage until I agreed to pay the amount requested which was twice the normal rate. If there is any additional charges they should be listed and not made up when questioned.

They have a new Honda motor that has been in there shop for over a year I offered 50.00 shy of what they are asking and they turned me down.They have to know how hard boat motors are to sell .... It seems like a unwise choice to make.

(5 year update) - Ive been boating for 5 years now and these guys are very highly regarded. Every time I need something we are there. Charlie (owner) will also come out to the lake where you are and service your boat to make sure you dont miss a weekend on the water. We are now purchasing a new Harris pontoon from them.(Original review)I am a new boater and planned on doing my own maintenance. I had one particular weekend planned to take the boat out of the water and perform my first service on a Honda outboard. I purchased all of my supplies weeks in advanced from the most reputable (and probably the largest) online boat site. I confirmed that everything would be delivered with over a week to spare. One excuse after another and several partial shipments later, I was two days away from my planned service. The online retailer told me I could have my last integral part overnighted at my cost of $32 for shipping. I demanded that they pick up the shipping cost due to it being their fault. They told me they couldnt break the rules!I called a few nearby Honda automobile service centers and none of them were able to get the parts that I needed. I look on Hondas Marine website and found Allcraft Marine, an authorized Honda dealer. They are about a half hour away and and I called to see if they had the parts in stock. The lady on the phone was extremely pleasant and knew that I was a novice when it came to boat maintenance. She waited while I looked up the serial number of my motor and then cross referenced all the parts that I needed. A few hours later when I went to pick up the supplies, they were all neatly boxed up and waiting for me. She even took the time to give me a number of tips that the manual doesnt cover.On my second visit, I picked up a few supplies and had a few more questions. Kellie remembered me, pulled up the serial number of my motor and gathered all the parts I needed. I again had several maintenance questions. She pulled the head mechanic from what he was doing to answer my questions. One of my questions was on all the grease points for the motor. The mechanic and I discussed that there were pictures in the owners manual but they were just small and hard to read. He got out his shop manual and blew up the pictures on his copier for me. These guys are awesome!!! (UPDATE - This mechanic was actually Charlie HOH the owner of Allcraft Marine)At the end of the day, if I have any issues with my boat/motor, this is my go to place. Their prices are comparable to what you would find online and they are extremely professional! They are happy to have you as a customer regardless of what or where you purchased from.Ash
