Amazing experience working with Jim. We purchased an antique table that was located about 4 hours away and Jim helped us throughout the entire process including helping us determine origins of the table with his extensive contacts in the industry. He drove all the way to pick up the table and bring it back to Cincinnati. He replaced the bumpers, pockets, refelted the table, along with a few other repairs. The entire process was completely hassle free, incredibly high quality, and I cant recommend their services enough.

Jim and his crew came out to take apart our table and move it to the garage while we had flooring put in. Then we had them out to reinstall it back.They did an excellent job. Great attention to detail. They made sure everything was level, and in tip top shape.Cant recommend them enough!

Accu-Level Billiard did a first class job moving a 8ft American Heritage table for me from Lennon OH to Somerset KY. Would recommend anyone looking for a pool table professional to give Jim a call. This day and age when customer service is sorely lacking, Jim and his team did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. Very professional also. Reasonably priced as well.

The reviews are correct about Jim. This company is amazing. I dont know much about pool tables, and he was very helpful. He came out and took the pool table from the house that I purchased it from. He then held it in his storage until our house was done. He then came out and put it in our new house. I actually changed felt colors and it looks even better then when I bought it. He answers all of your questions thoroughly, and was very professional. I would rate him higher if I could.

Amazing experience recovering and leveling our bar style pool table. Jim and Jason did our recovering service, were very professional and super friendly. We also ended up needing a replacement bumper. They took the old bumper back to the shop, replaced it, and returned it within two days. Completely hassle free and highly recommend Accu-Level!

Was really impressed with Jim and his knowledge of the pool table we had as well as just general history of tables. Had them setup and re-felt a table from us. He also was able to get new bumpers installed on the rails. Made a huge difference. Will definitely recommend and use them in the future!!

We have used Accu-Level to move our pool table twice now. They did such an amazing job the first time, I made sure to call them for our next move. Jim and his team do incredible work. They made every effort to not damage our table, floors, walls, and it showed. We had no damage. They were even concerned about how our furniture near the table could be affected during play. They have always been on time and communicated very effectively, both while setting up the appointment and on the day of the move. Their attention to detail is phenomenal in all aspects of the setup.
