I was impressed with Ben and Megan from Cincinnati Open Box Outlet who were instrumental in making sure I received two shades for the Safavieh lamps I purchased on line from them through Amazon that unfortunately arrived damaged. I contacted them immediately after opening the box and explained what had happened with one shade being broke off from the main frame and the other one had marks that showed up when the light was turned on. They were very professional and worked with me in securing two new ones to replace the damaged ones which arrived in perfect condition. Kudos for their customer support and I look forward to making future purchases from this company….thank you!!!

I found the team at the Cincinnati Open Box Outlet to be incredibly friendly and helpful. I needed my item shipped and they were gracious enough to disassemble my product in order to cut back on shipping costs. From the moment I walked in (delirious from days of couch shopping) the assistant manager Susan immediately gave me a quick and well informed tour of the available options, answered all my questions quickly and kindly, and when I made up my mind she ordered me a great couch at a lower price than I’d seen anywhere else plus an expectation of delivery within the week. Great relief of an experience and exactly where I’m sending everyone I know from here on out. Much appreciated.

Really like this place. I found a full and king size headboard for 20 dollars a piece. I also found a dresser I was able to redo because of a lil damage to the bottom for a great deal. I really wish I could remember the name of my sales lady she was amazing. But they all were nice. I also saw a sofa for almost 30 bucks lower than the other stores that we were looking at online for my mother in law. Will return

A lot of there fruniture is banged up and isnt in good conditions they dont know when there next shipments are coming in but the people are okay

Great deals on furniture. Everyone is very nice and helpful every time we have been in. We bought a Ashley furniture set and it came with a warranty. The set was about $400 cheaper there and in stock.

I have looked for spring/summer curtains a lot of places....Amazon.....Wayfair.....Target and they were Always out of stock!!!!!! I found them at Open Box Outlet at really GOOD prices😄

I’ve been coming here for couple years, I was always satisfied with my purchase and the staff, this time I ran across what I consider a bit of dishonesty, I purchase a clock, it was only $23. I got it home it didn’t work, ( I’m aware of the no refunds signs) my thoughts, If they knew it didn’t work ( it shouldn’t have been for sell, or it should have been marked “not working”. I first was asked was it in the clearance room, it was not. She then said she was sure it was marked, it wasn’t ! We went back and forward, I spoke to the manager, he went back and forward with me too. I will say he end up offering an in store credit. I was just turned off by all the explanations! Be careful what you buy if it’s suppose to be functional!

If you need a candle if any color or any size for a great price-this is the place!!!!! They also have a ton of glass containers to put them in or holders to decorate!! Very nice employees too!!

Place is a hit or miss, and honestly more of a miss on the days i go. theres an odd playpen setup at the entrance i dont know if this is for shoppers kids or the workers kids. also have seen a male employee fly in the parking lot going 45 mph to screech into a spot and race in the door - i guess trying to make it to work on time. just a weird little place.

Good bargins on candles, glasses and more. We were able to buy all the jars for our center pieces and more. And we saved 100s versus online retailers like walmart, Amazon. No matter what your event is they have something for everyone. You wont be disappointed!!

Awesome place! And very inventive idea. The workers are willing to negotiate prices based on value. They have a Facebook page that they upload new items that they received. We bought an accent chair here and I absolutely love it. Very comfy and we were able to take it home that day but if you arent they are willing to hold it for you. Two thumbs to this place! Definitely will be returning!

DON’T LISTEN.In my opinion all of the reviews under 5 stars are inappropriate or just insensitive.This place is ran by a couple with a very young child they’re doing amazing work and they are extremely inventive.I live very close so I stop in often just to see what is in stock... they sell items quickly so make sure you call ahead if you see an item you like on Facebook.Everything is fairly priced and nicely assembled.Take my word for it and just stop by to take a look.

Some of the furniture items are at prices you cannot beat then like most outlets and bargain stores some things arent really any difference versus ordering directly from the company supply this store but overall its a good little store to go check out they have some nice things

Bought a queen headboard. The dimensions she told me were incorrect. I specifically needed 42 inch height. The information paper in her binder said 41.54 height. I took a photo of it. When got home it was 50 inches. We called her and all Amanda would tell us was all sales are final. Make sure you check over your items carefully. They do not back their product or word. The headboard wasnt put together in the store. It was in the original box without dimensions printed.

Buyer Beware. Do not buy anything in a box. Make them assemble it prior to leaving the store. Purchased the item and they told me it looked complete to them. It was not. Not able to use. Nor was given an refund or store credit. They used to be a great store-now just greedy.

Although I have noticed this store many times, its the first time I ever went in. I was killing time while waiting for a friend who was shopping at Home Depot, so I decided to check it out. I had no idea what they sold. Its a large warehouse type space, with loosely organized household items. There were some living room sets, dining tables, various types of shelving, knickknacks, some bedding sets, lamps and also some outdoor lighting fixtures. What they had the most of were barstool type chairs. There were several things I want to do buy but they already had sold signs on them. Most everything was priced very resonably. If you see something you like, I advise buying it right away because there was only one or two of them. This is a store I definitely plan on visiting again.

I drove almost an hour to check out this business and we were VERY disappointed with the prices. The chafing pans advertised were small and not at all worth the ticketed price. Sales clerk informed us that they discount their merchandise based on the retailers value...not a good idea. Consumers are looking for bargains at these discount stores. #WastedTimeAndGas

You need to stop by often, some furniture and home decorations go quick,nice sales person.
