Green hills has a great group of staff! Highly recommend going here, if you plan to buy Ashely Furniture pieces anyway. I started at the Ashley store to look around first, noticed the same pieces I wanted were at Bargains and Buyouts for less than half the price of what it was at Ashley. All pieces came in perfect condition and I was lucky enough to get my order super quick. Their third party delivery service is awesome too. The guys were extremely kind and offered fair price for delivery. 10/10 experience with Greenhills for me. (Delivery company used - Headliner Moving LLC.)

Love this place!! Always friendly accommodating staff. Have furnished about 90% of a new home with furnishings from the Greenhills and Western Hills stores. Unique negotiable buying process. Always friendly loading help too. If you can’t haul yourself, they can put you in touch with very reasonable local shippers too. Cant say enough really. Just a great experience from the start.

Not sure where they get their name! There were not any bargains! Saw the same recliner at Furniture Warehouse in West Chester for almost $1000 less!! Same one, same brand, size and color!!! Dont waste you time unless you like spending money. I myself always do my homework!! Been looking for months in person and online. They are in top three for over pricing!!

Pleasant experience! No pressure from salesman. He answered all our questions but gave us plenty of space. Were given a discount on the price without our asking. We had three days to pick up the furniture and it was ready and wrapped when we arrived to get it. Also appreciate the rewards system they have in place and the fact that those points never expire! Good prices for furniture and bedroom furniture, the worst part is waiting for something they dont have in stock, Ive been waiting for a mattress for almost 2 months now and I have already paid for it. The furniture isnt high quality, my sectional is already sagging and I have only had it for 1 month. If you need something right away and they have it in stock and you dont have a few grand to spend on furniture then you should check them out.

This is the second time I have purchased furniture from here and the items are quality with a great price. I ordered my sectional and chest of drawers the first time. Then a credenza and pantry style cabinet the second time. All items have lasted and received a great price on each. My only suggestion would be to offer delivery service if items are ordered online (with no extra fee) And inform customers that items don’t vine prebuilt before ordering so that when others arrive they aren’t surprised. I will say though, this time the manager made an exception for me and I truly am grateful and appreciative.

I highly recommend Bargains and Buyouts for any furniture needs. We started remodeling our basement prior to COVID. Come May we were ready to get some furniture. Unfortunately orders were being delayed given the pandemic. Josh kept in contact to give us updates and was quick to offer a refund or replacement items. We decided to wait it out. Josh was always quick to give us new updates on our order. He went above and beyond what we expected. We will definitely be return customers. The sales staff was helpful but not pushy. Brooke, their sales manager, was very helpful in recommending Joey Movers (for customers outside the delivery area). Furniture arrived earlier than predicted (Covid restrictions have caused some factory delays). We saved a few hundred dollars over Ashley Homestore’s prices.

They do have a good selection of furniture but after you buy the furniture while it is being stored for you to pick it up or get delivered the workers are very rough with your furniture and all of their workers are forced to work there because the owner also owns a sober living house so they are working for free and dont really care about their job so they dont really care about how they treat your furniture

They always have such great pieces for the best prices, but the customer service is awesome! Recently I purchased a couch and in the shuffle of wrapping it up, loading it for me, and driving almost an hour home I lost a cushion! I called the store and without question Josh ordered me a new one and had it delivered to my door within a week! Where does that happen?! Customer for life!

It took a couple of months to finally receive my order, it was an ottoman, but the price was good and it was as expected. I would give 5 stars if not for having to wait so long for my order. Also, the wait did not have anything to do with covid-19 or I suspect they would have mentioned that delivery time would take longer due to covid, but that message was never received.

They helped answer (lots) of questions about couches to help me find what I was looking for exactly and I am 100% satisfied even through ordering online which can always be a little risky.

Like this store for the prices and furniture. Staff always helpful and patient. Western Hills store is my personal favorite, it may have a slight edge on prices when asked to negotiate the price. They usually will not accept any returns so be certain thats what you want before you make a purchase. Best tip is to measure the space the item is going in, and take the measuring tape with you. Especially if area is small and limited. Delivery charge is $99.

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a table I purchased and they sent replacement right away. Add to that the fact that they were generally much faster shipping than other companies I have dealt with and Im one happy customer who will definitely shop here again.

I couldnt believe the Same bedroom Suit I bought a Year ago from Another Store was at least $600.00 Cheaper and it was the Same Brand Ashley Furniture. I bought a bedroom suit today for my GRANDDAUGHTER. Im Very Happy with my Purchase and the Price. The Crew Members was also very Polite and Helpful

In June 2020 I ordered online a table with chairs. After a few weeks the order arrived at my house. Unfortunately two chairs were broken. I made a complaint and I have been waiting for new chairs for over a month and a half. To this day, I have not received new chairs (today is september 3 2020) If someone wants to wait forever to complete the claim process this is the best place.We live in the USA and the warranty process takes months. Unbelievabl.Today is 25 September 2020. The promised damaged chairs were to be shipped today and unfortunately still nothing. The have no idea how to run a business. Only they know how to steal from clients. I am asking everybody that no one will ever buy anything from these liar and thieveToday its November 7 2020. Refunded me $100 in an attempt to make up for this wait time. I still waiting for my replacement ( 5 months now) BS WARRANTY.I hope the thieves are gonna go out of business

My wife and I have been to this location three times now and every time we were treated very courteously. Each time we were asked if we needed help as soon as we arrived. No one acted better than us or looked down to us in any way. We found what we wanted and it never took long. When I went to pick the furniture up the men in the back at the loading dock were very helpful and courteous also. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for good quality furniture at a very reasonable and affordable price. Try going once and you will see for yourself and wont be disappointed!

Bought so many fantastic items here at incredibly low prices. Through the covid pandemic Bargains and buyouts have been very smart about keeping their store closed but furniture sales going. Daily facebook auctions are so much fun with legitimate brand name furniture in perfect condition for rock bottom prices.I love this place. Anyone who goes once will get addicted to buying furniture here. I have been going here for years and never fails to impress me.

Great service throughout the buying process. The couches I picked out ended up not fitting through the door to my apartment. But B&B let me swap them for a different set without any hesitation. They also held the new couches for a few extra days due to the delivery company not being able to pick them up sooner.I’d recommend B&B to anyone looking to buy furniture.

Changing my review unfortunately from a 5 to a 1. Used to be my favorite store. Prices have increased. They opened up during our stay at home order while other businesses complied with the regulations. Apparently money to them is worth more than rules and peoples well beings. Claiming to be Christian-but their behavior doesnt seem very Christ-like.Poor customer service now. Its really unfortunate. Both stores were much better prior to being independently owned. No longer will shop here. There are a few other stores like this around the area and my family hasnt missed going here like we thought. Id check those out if you want a better experience. Extremely disappointing.

I thought the prices were a little high but a good selection of furniture and home decor

Visited the Greenhills location for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. There were lots of sofa, sectional and chair options on the floor. Looked like a great selection of dining tables, chairs and bar chairs, as well as lightening. The store was full, but well organized.They were busy, but all the staff were friendly and helpful. Josh was incredibly accommodating and we were able to purchase the sofa we wanted at a fair price and get on our way quickly. They held the sofa for us and provided the name of a reasonably priced delivery company that will be delivering to us tomorrow. Will definitely be back when I have more time to browse!

Steve was super helpful.They had these random crazy platform heels in the bargain basement !

I wish they could fix the bathrooms up a little better. Maybe add new stall doors that dont have a 5 inch gap on the sides. Other than that, I love it! Really good prices and smiling faces.
