I have the best shopping experience every time at Superior! Dj has especially been my go to person to help me while here. He is patient and goes over and beyond to help find what I need. Even when I may not make purchases every time, he tells me that he’s glad to see me and welcomes me back. I also met Lexi for the first time tonight, and no matter how many wigs I wanted to see she was happy to assist. She sprayed them and showed me just how they would look. She’s passionate about keeping the wigs organized and presentable. Shoutout to Dj and Lexi!

I just left from here and almost spent all my money! They had everything I loved but didn’t need and I still got it. Definitely coming back more often! Staff was also friendly and very helpful.

I had the pleasure of Ali to help me.He was very patient, kind and honest with me, he kept saying “take your time I got you!”. I really like this location.

Was there at least 30 min, not 1 person asked if I needed help. While browsing the music playing was littered with the b and n words. A lot of the products were discolored and chemically separated in their bottle. When I finally got in line, I was #5 out of 6. As for staff that I saw, one person at the register, 1 at the hair counter and at least 2 on the floor. The cashier hollers for help from the guy on the floor. Instead of the guy coming to the register, he hollers back across the store. So there was a hollering price check. 7 minutes later, I make it to #3 in line because noone ever came to help the cashier and he was struggling. I sat my things down and left. Id rather wait a day or two to receive it, pay shipping and order it all from Amazon.

Never have had a good experience in this store. Never have I ever gotten help while looking for stuff in this store. They have one price on the product then always charge more when cashing out. I’ve been over charged every single time I come here and they won’t do anything about it. There’s no point in coming here because they’re over priced as well, all their stuff is close to double the price anywhere else.

Stopped by a couple days ago, I never have a problem when I come shop at superior but The guy at the cashier rang me up (the one with the 2 braids) he had an attitude the whole time he was cashing me out while he cashed me out I asked him did he have a certain product I was looking for. He basically ignored me and was talking to another guy next to him in his language. Then I said “excuse me sir” and he told me ““Hold on lady, can’t you see I’m doing something Just wait a second” with a loud attitude defiantly won’t be coming back I’m not gonna be disrespected when Im spending my money with them at least 4 times a week.

I like the store they have all lots of hair types that are on trend and currently popular and great accessories too.

I love the employees and they have very nice customer service I left my purse at the cashier register and this handsome young gentleman brought me my purse right to my car as I was about to leave he told me his name was Elias and I’m so thankful for him because I certainly would of forgot

I love this place but they have some serious problems to work on like being understaffed, NOT greeting customers when they walk in making it harder to receive help, when I finally get to ask for assistance they literally point me in the direction of what area the product Im looking for is in. Instead of just walking me over to the product considering how big their store is and no matter how many times I call they NEVER answer the phone! Which is just ridiculous! How can you run a business and never answer the Dam* phone?!? Stay tuned...... I’ll be doing a review on one of the products they are Authorized sellers for.... I hope they get it right or they will loose their contract for said product!!!!

Best Customer Service Great hair and great prices on kids items

Visited today for the first time with my Sister who was looking to purchase a wig. The store is spacious and has a great selection of hair and haircare products. The staff (Lexi, Mamadu & Ali) were all extreme helpful. Very friendly and patient while my Sister tried to decide on what worked best for her. We sincerely appreciate the superior customer care provided and will definitely shop there again.

I’ve wasted so much money on their hair. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars even on their so called high quality bundles and they all tangle up and shed. They don’t have real virgin hair. At this point I think it’s all fake. Please shop elsewhere for your bundles and not at a hair store.

Ali was so personable and really gave me a good deal.. I had a young man help me and he gave excellent customer service helping me. The only thing I regret was not asking him his name so I could send everyone to him

LITERALLY THE BRADY HAIR STORE IVE EVER BEEN TO! *and thats saying something! I travel often and visit the local hair stores just to see what they have and Im so happy that this one happens to be here in my city! This one had clothing, shoes, contacts, glasses, reasonably priced wigs, a HUGE selection of braiding hair, jewelry, you NAME IT they had it!

Went in to purchase a 450 wig ive been eyeing for some time but young dude helping me was the worst, Poor customer service Ill spend my money where Im welcomed.

It was very nice clean and orderly place. The only thing I would change and I did bring to their attention, is label EVERY ITEM WITH A PRICE TAG NOT JUST SOME. There were a few thing I grabbed that had no price and the cashier had to ask another for the price. I didnt pay much but it should be tagged.

So the guy behind the counter took the hair I wanted off the rack. He took it to the front and ripped on the tag off that said 99 dollars rang it up and told me it was 200. Nope Im not buying it. Im not blind. I will only spend with my kind from now on. And the reason why theres hardly no price on any of there products is because they want to charge you whatever they please. Its a whole scam and they probably making 2x or 3x the profit off yall. Please shop with people you trust.

It didnt cross my mind to take pictures of this location/establishment. I must say that this hair store is enormous with so many deals/deals/deals! They were OPEN today 01.01.2020 from 9a-9p. Thats completely unheard of and amazing at the same time. Ill just ask Superior Hair Depot to please contemplate on migrating north towards Dayton! Overall my visit was a good one and I will stop by each time Im in the area.

After being here yesterday, Ive decided to take my business elsewhere I stood by the wigs for 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. All the workers seem to be unhappy, not wanting to help. The energy in there was so low. I won’t be back

I call them the goat (greatest of all time) of the beauty supply stores. They literally sell everything you need. The guys that work there are nice and treat you way better than the Chinese people at other beauty supply stores. They have bundles and wigs on hand! They always are having a bomb sell. Love it here!!

Pro: Huge hairstore they have everything you need an more, the wigs are endless an they have every color you need. They are very friendly.Con: They advertise 100% human hair but it’s not at all. They have a huge selection but the ones behind the counter are not good hair. The wigs last about a good 2 weeks even with good maintenance, when you try to bleach the knot they turn red an the hair is pretty much damaged from they. The wet an wavy looks good but doesn’t last it get very dry an matted after a week of wearing. Other than that everything is good as far as presentation of the store an location, they also have weekly deals

They have a nice selection of product and good customer service but the sales tax is 7.25 percent on my receipt. Sams and Bargain Hunt in Tri-County only charge 7.0 percent sales tax. Why the additional .25 percent in sales tax?

They dont put the price on anything.... its like everybody pays different prices. They haggle with the prices.... and the Language barrier is an issue. I wish stores ran by foreigners would hire locals and stimulate our American economy and help in the communities in which you benefit.

Service is horrible don’t waste your time. Braiding hair didn’t have a price tag on it so I asked a worker the price. He said “I’m not sure” and was beginning to walk away, so I asked if he could check for me and he replied “it might be 6.99” and walked away to help another customer. When he was done I asked if he could double check the price. He said there was no one to check the price and that I had to wait in line up front to get a price. Isn’t that his job? Long story short- I won’t be back.
