Stopped by here for the first time today. Have a wig coming and really have no idea how to take care of it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed meeting Chun, her husband, and Phyllis. Apparently this little place has been open for 40 years! Says a lot about the regulars and how they’ve kept up with business for so long. Prices were very affordable. They have everything you’ll need for wig & hair care. I’ll certainly be back when the time comes. Thank you for the help! :) Support your local small businesses!

My experience was absolutely horrible it is supposed to be a wig store I went in all excited wanting to spend my money with this particular store because theyre usually having good customer service so I asked for a new wig cap so that I might try on the week of my choice and make a purchase and the store personnel told me that I was not allowed to try on a wig due to covid. So I asked you mean to tell me the Wigs and the hair have covid-19 now, the only thing that she could tell me is that how they were opening when it first started and she was threatened to shut down not nothing about trying on products I politely walked out of the store and refused to spend a quarter because at the end of the day if I cant write one would I would like to purchase I dont want to because I am old school so I suggest if you are old school and like to try when your wigs dont go there. .

The people that run this place are amazing. If they are very patient and willing to help you with whatever youre hair needs are. They are very kind and always greet you with a smile.

A staple here in Cincinnati. The 1st Asian owned hair store that I am aware of that doesnt harass the customers or follow you around because of the color of your skin. I am part Asian and part black, so this is a huge deal to me. The owner talks with you, knows many by name and always tells when new shipments come it. She also gives discounts from time to time. When I dont want to wait for Amazon to deliver what I need, I come here.

Ive lived in pleasant ridge my whole life and i only got to hair plus. I love everyone in there!

After going to my regular hair supply I found out that they no longer carry several of my Go To brands so it was suggested that I go here. I honestly felt as though my business was appreciated. The ENTIRE staff was eager to assist me as a 1st time customer. AND I found the brand I was looking for at a reasonable price no less. 👍👍 from me.

They didnt have the hair color I needed 😪 but shop owner did say she will order and I am to come back in a week and she will have it

Ever since I was a child Ive been going here. Love love love the employees (they know me by name) and the service is honestly the best Ive ever experienced at a hair store. Very genuine people and the hair is wonderful as well. This is the place to go if your looking for good hair and wonderful service!

Had what I was looking for great customer service

I have been patronizing this location for thirty years.

The small shop is a dump, smells bad, and the proprietor is very rude. She made a point of telling me right away they do not have anything for me (I am a blonde caucasian), thats fine; but she was even rude and disrespectful to my 80 year old friend (cancer survivor) that is searching for a dark brown wig. They need not worry about us ever returning to that small, crowded, minimal selection, unprofessional establishment.
