The lady there was so helpful and the prices where great only compliment I have is I brought like 50 polish set and 1 was dried out check ur polish before u leave

I travel from Dayton to Cincinnati to buy nail supplies from this company and I can agree the prices cannot be beat. However, I have on more occasions than I prefer driven down there to find nothing I need in stock. Sometimes the sales are so good that I leave with far more products than I anticipated, sometimes I leave with a couple items I dont need to make the trip worth the hassle, so call and make sure theyve got what you need before attempting the Cincinnati freeway!!! And the dim lighting could be upgraded a bit, many times I have bought polish and when I got to the salon the color was different than what I thought. Overall, I like the company way more than the national supply stores and the multicultural staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly.

I love the prompt and courteous service that they have but Id have to give them just one star for a particular reason. I dont live in this area and I am certain that their price would be reasonable compared to other suppliers around the country. However, when it comes to shipping fee, they seem to raise the fee much higher, almost triple I would say. So please take yourself to Amazon, and if you have Prime, that would be great.

Our family business has been a customer of Mikes supply store for years. The staff remembers our previous purchases and I like that they stay up to date with whats new within the nail industry. Their store gives us reliable advice on which products to bring in. They also offer delivery to our salon which is very convenient for when we cant make the trek to the store. I ordered a couple of dip colors online and received a phone call this morning stating they were out of one color but gave me replacement options. The customer service was excellent and I truly appreciated the call and resolution. I will order from this company again!
