I take a friend there to shop they always have what she needs and shes always in and out fast

I walked in with the intent to buy a hairnet for my wife and a brush.***BE CAREFUL*** you might fall or get hurt:--The floor gives way in several spots in the store.--Filth everywhere--Dirt and dust on all the shelves--Ceiling tiles that look like they have Black Mold on them--A funny odor throughout the entire storeI found the hairnet and brush, they were reasonably priced...That being said... I WILL NOT STEP FOOT INTO THIS STORE AGAIN UNLESS I KNOW FOR A FACT THEY HAVE FIXED THIS NASTY STORE.**Recommend to the owner to gut this store, fix the dangerous floor before you face a lawsuit because someone fell and broke something. Also set the store up so it flows for the customer and products are lined up in a way it makes sense... maybe some shelving placards showing where categorized items are in the store?To the owner who replied to me.. I never spoke to you so dont lie please... I simply came into your store one time that one day for two items... and will never visit your store ever again.. good luck.

They had a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. Their hair extensions with color had vibrant shades of pink,purple,turquoise. Along with products for men, the workers are friendly and willing to answer any questions you have.

I love a store where the product setup makes sense. This store makes sense. Products are easy to find but if you have any questions or concerns, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Small store, but well stocked

Its convenient for the most part, but the selection is limited. It doesnt carry a wide range of products for natural hair care, and the quality of hair extensions is more to just put something in and not for a hair style to wear for a while. If thats not a concern of yours, they do have plenty of less expensive choices and color selections, with lots of extras like hair jewelry, costume jewelry, lashes and things of the sort. You can also find flat irons, blow dryers and blow dryer accessories here.

Lots of products. Not a good parking situation.

This hair store is a model model vendor they have a good variety of the basic braiding hair. Their crochet hair is never really up with the latest trends and they do not have a very good human hair or wig selection. Their main advantage is that they are open on Sundays. Typically their is a long wait in line and they may not have all the hair items you desire such as edge control.

Very very rude people. I bought some hair bonding glue and it was green. I took it back 15 minutes after purchasing it and was told I couldnt exchange it. Its not like I didnt have a valid reason for returning it. They are selling bad products with no return policy. They are rude and nasty. How do they expect to stay in business with that type of customer service. Never ever shopping here again.

This location is clean and organized. I always find the items Im looking for and the employees are helpful.

Somewhere you go to make a quick purchase. If you expect someone to take the time and help you with matching your hair up or help you with a product, then youre at the wrong place. The small parking lot is a huge downfall. Try to make your visit between Sunday-Thursday and you should be fine to park easily.

This is a wonderful store, they deal with so much and still remain humble and strong. Keep your heads up ladies! Stay safe. I don’t agree with a lot of the reviews that people leave, especially when race is involved. If you have a problem with the store then let it be about the store. That’s what the reviews are for on ace beauty. Directing the reviews towards a specific person makes you look dumb. It’s reviews for Ace beauty not the “Asian lady”. Smh. Find out if she is the owner before you decide to run your top teeth because you mad at your insecurities. Try waking up happy it makes a huge difference. If you don’t like the experience you had then keep it moving. No one made you stay. If anything they probably kicked you out for being disrespectful. I know that’s something I wouldn’t tolerate.

I hate spending my hard earned money at places that treat you like your dollar is invaluable. First off, the selection is garbage along with the customer service. Second, when it comes to buying hair I believe you get what you pay for. So, I actually invest in quality hair. Either way, if a customer spends 250 or 25 dollars they still deserve to be treated with respect! Wont be spending. 25 here ever again!

Big variety and decent price hair. Only reason for 4 is because of the customer service. I asked for help but she was too busy talking about her issues.

Really nice people working here. Selection could be better but the prices are reasonable. Not good for kids beads and hair ball. Overall I would/ have recommend Ace beauty to my friend and relatives.

The parking is not great. They do need a bigger lot and they might have all the recent trending weave but Erica is the person you need to talk to if you have any qiestions. She is the most knowledgeable employee and I really dont go there unless she is there

Store is really small which make everything so cluttered. Im the type to have to really look and its hard to when everything is on top of each other. She has like 100 cameras and it still feel like they watch your every move. The staff has no customer service they talk to each other instead of tending to the customers,unless your a male and thats facts.

The Asian lady is always so rude, the black girl is always really really sweet and helpful. They never have any good hair. I really feel like they should step up their game. I think the only reason they get business is because the lack of options we have on the westside.

We need to stop spending our hard earned money with folk that act like everyone steals. I’m speaking of the Asian Lady. I assume she’s the owner. She is absolutely rude and acts like you’re bothering her. If you have to act this way .... maybe you’re in the wrong business! Point blank ... Wait til I tell everybody about Ace!

My empress loves the wig she got from there well be going there more often cause they got her favorite hair extensions there

Ive been coming to this beauty salon for years!!! Shes been around for sometime now, but recently I have stop going, due to the fact that she doesnt have much variety of styles, So, I have found me a much better Beauty Supply store that carries multiple of different hair colors, texture, styles, and reasonable pricing. If your looking for Hair Care products then shes the place to go too, or maybe even some accessories.

I only gave one star because i couldnt put a zero. Service is horrible. The clerk seems to be so bothered by having to actually help customers. You should see the reaction if you ask her to show you anything which requires her moving from behind the counter! I will never go here again for sure.

Im not sure how you dont show up on time to open your own store. Opens Sunday at 11am. Came at noon. No one here but customers waiting to shop.

Personally I feel that Ace has a very good variety. The biggest problem is that the customer service is HORRIBLE! They dont help you and they always think youre trying to steal something. They always have a bad attitude. I dont recommend people to go to Ace Beauty Supply.

This place literally has the bare minimum of hair products to be called a hair store😩🤦🏾‍♀️ I wish I could give 0 stars because I would. Its really sad especially when its the only hair store in the area.

Great staff very professional goes out their way to help you, will tell you when their shipments come in so you can check back for your products, need a larger parking lot and store they would really get the business their prices are just right, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LADIES.

This place is nothing more than a hole in the wall. The workers and owners are not friendly and treat everyone as if they are stealing.The selection is limited and the prices are high. The only reason they are still in business is the lack of beauty supply stores on the west side. I havent patronized this establishment in years I prefer Amazon on Winton rd or Moons on hamilton avenue.

I BOUGHT LACE GLUE AND REMOVER FROM THIS STORE . WHEN I WENT BACK TO GET MORE REMOVER THE OWNER TOLD ME THEY DONT SELL IT ANYMORE USE RUBBING ALCOHOL OR BABY OIL TO GET THE GLUE OFF . WELL THIS HUMAN HAIR WIG I HAD OVER A YEAR NO PROBLEMS BEFORE IS NOW A TANGLED MESS . I THINK IF YOU SELL GLUE THEN SELL THE CORRECT REMOVER FOR IT .

I only go to this place because its close to where I live, otherwise I make the drive to other hair stores. The staff treats you like you are inconveniencing them. They are short, curt and bothered by customers.

Parking lot is cramped and the employees are rude. Their selection of hair is laughable. I needed a few things for vacation last minute and chose to stop by this place 30 mins before they closed-- The cashier kept shouting that they were closing soon and even turned off the lights as I was making my selections because she just had to close the registers at 5pm. The objective is supposed to be to make a sale, not turn potential customers off. Needless to say, they didnt get any of my money. Save yourself the disappointment and drive a bit further to Hair Design or Cee Kay.

I refuse to spend another penny at this store. The staff is very rude. Especially the Asian lady. The asian treats customers as if they are going to steal. I went in asking for some specific hair and she yelled at me pointing in the direction of the hair but didnt say an aisle. I was so confused as to why she yelled at me but i just politely turned around and walked back out of the store. The supplies are also limited and overpriced... DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

She hung up on me and when I called back she had the nerve to say that she didnt have a name and that she was very busy, I will no longer be getting my products from this horrible place.
