I desperately needed medical equipment for my father in time to move to Assisted Living. David and Joyce were very knowledgeable and helpful. They really took their time with with me on every selection. Everything is set to be delivered right on time! I highly recommend MedMart for all of your medical equipment needs.
Stairlifts if it is crucial to personal mobility within your home, are not recommended. Service Support for after your purchase very poor. NO STARS! Medmart on Reading Rd says, once you are able to get someone to answer/return a call are too busy to address your concerns. If you need the stair lift to maneuver inside your home, pending on the stairlifts location, that part of your home is not accessible, which is why the lifts were purchased in the beginning. Find a better way to access your home if needed. DISAPPOINTMENT is the feeling that I to live with........
My elderly parents have had nothing but trouble with the stairlift they purchased from this company and currently have been waiting a week for a repair... the latest of several in the few years since they have had it. They have been treated rudely on the phone by several employees, in fact they have never been treated courteously once the sale was closed, no matter what level of employee- customer service, supervisor on up. Even today after being told the repairman would be there, no one showed up because they couldn’t find the house.. and no guarantee of tomorrow. Ever heard of GPS? No urgency at all, unless you want to pay the extra $500. In the meantime, my parents lives are limited to one floor unless they want to risk falling. Shameful. As a healthcare professional that deals with medical equipment providers everyday, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this one. Spend your valuable time an money elsewhere.
I wish I could leave ZERO stars. They have my $4500 for a stair lift, but every time you call you talk to someone who says says you have to talk to a different person who happened to leave early today. Finally, I was told I would be transferred to the general manager. Except he (Tony) wouldnt answer the call. The worst customer service I have ever encountered!!!
Horrible customer service. We orded three items and two of the three were messed up. First the medical bed didnt even come with all the parts and the bed itself came long after it was suppose to. When i called about where it was, they had no answers. when my mom called about it the lady who answered her call said shed already told me everything and not to bother her, then hung up on my mom. then the wheelchair again came in way later then suppose to, and when the lady talked to me she said she didnt realize it was out of stalk but she could send me a different one that was excatly them same but made out of different material so it was a little heavier, ok no problem if it was excatly the same and she reassured me it was. when we finally got it it wasn;t at all like the one i ordered. Overall rating F- dont waste your money, go elsewhere!!! and dont forget to check BBB (whish i had before ordering), alot of complaints on them.

Wayne deserves five stars b/c he really knows his stuff... over the years, he has helped my mom with repairs and adjustments on her hospital bed, lift chair, and now, scooter. Wayne has always kept my moms equipment running and in top condition. Aside from his exceptional knowledge of all aspects of my moms equipment, what I like most about Wayne is how kind and patient he is with my mom, who sometimes isnt the easiest person to deal with -- and how easily he communicates with her and delivers service with such a pleasant sense of wit and humor. The whole experience was extremely professional and all her equipment is once again, back in tip-top, working condition. Thanks Wayne.
Wayne did an excellent job delivering my chair. He was friendly and gave me great information on how to use my chair. He showed me the correct way to use every feature. He showed my husband how to fix the many cords to keep them out of harms way. Wayne did a wonderful job!!!
Abby helped me with deciding on the best deal and which would serve my purpose for my ailing father. Rental versus purchase, specifications, etc. She was highly knowledgeable about each lift and how they would ultimately be the best. Id definitely recommend this facility if you or someone you love is in need of medical devices. Id also ask for Abby since she will be able to help you with anything you need.
Med Mart at 5045 Crookshank road Cincinnati Ohio. Theyre always customer friendly and willing to help. Regardless of Whos working, but today Brad was extremely helpful and I think he should give customer service training to your Evendale location. I always have a bad experience at that location. Evendale Med Mart needs more Brads.. Kudos to the west side Med Mart.
We ordered the Carroll CS7 hospital bed for a family member entering an assisted living facility. Timing for delivery was going to be a problem and they went beyond the norm to make everything work. Julie was awesome and answered all my questions on the bed. Wayne did the delivery and made sure we knew how everything worked. He was very patient and professional, couldnt have been nicer. Highly recommend this company.
Ordered lift chair just before corona restrictions. I paid extra $250 for set up and delivery. After waiting 19 days, they finally dropped the chair in front of our garage. I have been in contact with customer service numerous times to resolve the extra charge. I was unable to move the chair and had to pay someone else to do this after I already paid for the service with Medmart. It is still not resolved after 3 months.
Came in with a list of items I needed for my wife. I was very overwhelmed with trying to get everything needed to care for her coming home from the hospital. The staff was very friendly and patient with me. Abby took the time to explain each item and made helpful suggestions as we went down my extensive list. I will be coming back for all our future medical supply needs.

I was very happy with the staff at Med Mart. I was shopping for an electric wheelchair and wasnt sure which model was best...the staff, including the man who works on the chairs helped me come to a decision, and my dad is very happy with the chair. I will use Med Mart in the future for any rehab equipment. Great Job!!
Wayne was awesome! He replied to my call the same day. He was efficient in handling our situation with the manufacturer and we picked up the replacement walker the next day.

We need a lift chair from my husband, so we when to Med mart. There was a salesman named Brad. He was very knowledgeable about the the different chairs on the floor, we Look at so many chairs but he made a great suggestion and help us find his favorite chair he’s every had.

I had a great experience with Med Mart in Evendale. In the store the sales representative was very knowledgeable about their recliners for rent and the process for renting one was simple and fast. When AJ delivered the recliner he was on time, very polite, and also a very knowledgeable and efficient. The recliner as clean, comfortable and works well.
I had a great experience with Brad! He went out of his way to help my grandmother and I find a chair lift. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and he patiently answered any and all questions she had. I will definitely be recommending medmart to all of my family!
My dad was having a hard time getting around and up/down the steps, so we needed to find a better way to get him to his bedroom.We called Med-Mart and they came out with a free estimate for a stair lift or elevator. The salesman was very friendly/no pressure and they had great installers...Loved the customer service and best pricing.
Working for a client who has order a lift & they sent it without straps, then sent one that was x-large & used so we asked for a large & it has been a month so far..they sent one today 6/18/20 & its a medium. Were very unsatisfied with customer service & product will be asking for a refund asap😞

I ordered a wheelchair and canceled the order 5 minutes later. I was told it was not shipped and my money still has not been refunded. It’s been almost one month and when I call to inquire I just get disconnected. I only give one star because otherwise I can’t post. I give this company a zero

Med Mart installed a stair lift in my home. I was very impressed with their customer service and their explanation of how to use it. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Michelle was really helpful. My chair lift was a great addition to my home!!

Paid $1500 for a life chair I needed for recovery from major spinal surgery. The chair collapsed 2 weeks into my recovery. Med Mart did replace the chair but here I sit 2.5 months into my recovery with another broke down life chair.Revision: Med Mart did get me a replacement chair. I had some issues BUT they worked very hard to get the chair working correctly and they went over and above to make everything good. They could not change the past but I must say that they worked very hard to make up for the initial issues. Thank you very much Wayne and the rest of the Med Mart Team.
**WARNING** Never buy from their online website. They dont accept returns. Even though I asked accurate questions during the purchase, we still didnt receive what was expected. Dont trust the website, unless you are absolutely sure thats the product you are needing. Their customer service is only trying to make a sale. They were quick to attempt to prove you wrong instead of resolving the issue to ensure the customer is happy. This was a HUGE $3500 mistake. We will never buy from this company again.
When this is the type of place thats as slow as it is they should be extra nice and tale care of the situation.. Sold me a product that doesnt match the box after opening and is now trying to refuse to return it. Guy working seems like last night might have been rough from his attitude and demeanor. Had to get district office involved. Very sad!! Dont waste your time go somewhere else..
We ordered a bed for my mom, and delivery was free. The service at the Western Hills store was great they helped me find the perfect adjustable bed for my unique needs!Our saleswoman Michelle was also amazing!We had a lot of questions and michelle was very informative on the medical supplies they had. They do not have customer service like this anymore at many stores. Support a local family business and a good saleswoman michelle.We will definately use them again if we need to rent any medical equipment or make a supply purchase.
My wife broke her ankle and the other leg couldnt be support her weight either, so when I went to try to buy just a bedpan and check out the cost of renting a kneeing cart until Amazon delivered the rollator in a few days. Instead the Med Mart associate (Brad at the Western Hills store) suggested that I buy one from them use it for a couple days, until mine from Amazon arrived, then return it for a full refund. What a very helpful idea during a time of confusion for me with all the cost associated with my wifes injury. Thank you so very much!
Attended a CEU event today hosted by Med Mart and it was extremely informative. We had the opportunity to meet with the Med Mart employees and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products they offer. The Med Mart showroom was very impressive and I was excited to see that they are a full service provider from basic DME equipment to complex rehab.
Extremely rude staff and often claim they never received orders for DME equipment.
My very first visit and the customer service was horrible !!! I was in need of a Cold Therapy machine. My daughter and I walked in and went to the front desk to wait for any one of the staff to ask if they could help us ( they were all busy with customers ; which is fine). We waited as long as we could and still not a peep from one personnel . Finally, as we walk out, this RUDE woman behind the counter goes Can I help you ladies?, I just kept walking. So she goes Thats okay, I was busy anyway . Me and my daughter were flabbergasted !!! She had no idea what I was coming there to buy. It couldve been a huge sale for the store but she truly discounted our being there. So, Ive decided to give my business to another medical supply store.
This place is the WORST !!!!!I cannot believe that they had me wait 2 friggin weeks to get a simple pair of SUPPORT STOCKINGS!!!!!!!I finally called to see what the hang up was, and the employee said that the manufacturer wouldnt send my size until there were enough orders placed???!!! They didnt tell me this going into it, and didnt call to tell me about the delay!Im a size LARGE.... NOTHING COMPLICATED OTHER THAN THEY ARE EITHER INEPT OR JUST PLAIN LAZY.... Dont bother ordering stuff here.... go to a reputable location.

I would never recommend this place. We went for a wheelchair for my Dad and it took over a month for them to give us one. The a couple of weeks later they called and said they gave is the wrong chair and replaced it with one my Dad says is uncomfortable. We should have just gone somewhere else and bought one.
Store had very poor follow up. Needed some compression socks. It took 5 days to complete because I was persistent. The representatives at the stores would just say they take the orders and then sent to coordinator. They would just say we are waiting on the DR office and insurance company. They would just transfer me to a voicemail and never make the phone call for me to follow up. The DR office never received the fax on the Friday they said they sent it over. Had to call back on Tuesday after my vacation and they sent it over. Had to call SEVERAL times to get a status. Finally got fed up, went to the Dr office they gave me a copy of order then drove it to Med Mart. They said it is almost 5 oclock and the coordinator leaves at 5. I didnt care at this point and had the representative call right then and there. He called and released the order. This was a very poor experience and the follow up needs to improve. It should not take 5 days to get compression socks.
The customer service at this place is terrible. The staff was both rude and unhelpful. We spoke to, Tony, the general manager and he has no sense of accountability. Apparently they also believe it is acceptable to throw away patients prescriptions.
Called for service on a chairlift, they could come in 2 days (Friday) between 1pm - 5pm, ok but 95 year old stuck in house, service day comes no call so at 3pm I call and am assured they will be there, at 4:55pm they call to say they wont be there so sorry want to reschedule for Monday, ask them what about the stuck 95yr old who expects to go to church Sunday, they offer to do an emergency repair on Saturday- $500 just to respond then all repair time and parts on top of that $500.

We needed an electric scooter for my mom and ordered one over the phone. We did not see it for a few day and when I went over to see it it was huge! My mom was afraid of it and would not use it. We called Med Mart in Cincinnati. Nick was so helpful and advised us to come in and pick one out. When we got there Nick told us about the different features and helped us choose the right scooter. He even showed me how to take it apart for travel. I really appreciate all the help and guidance Nick gave us. He was a huge help.
