I went in today looking for specific shirts I needed for a last minute project and Chuck was very helpful and informative and helped me find exactly what I needed and could pick up next day. He gave me information on best options and pricing and although it wasn’t a big order for him, he was very helpful. Customer service is very important to me. I have some big events coming up this summer where I will need a few hundred shirts and I will definitely be returning here to purchase them!

I placed an order for hats to be made. The time quoted was 2 weeks. I paid everything up front and had the job put into their production schedule. During that 2 weeks, no one contacted me to keep me updated on the order, the only way I could get ahold of them is through email. I needed these hats by a certain date. They promised that they would have them completed for me. On the day of the event someone was supposed to be at their shop but it was closed. I didnt get the order till 3 days later. Then when I did finally get them the product was embroidered HORRIBLY!The stitching was loose, lettering was unfinished, letters werent straight, there were different color threads going through the logos and so much more. I was told they didnt even look at the final product before sending them out. I wanted to give them a chance to make it right.They said they would redo them and have them ready in another 2 weeks. That would have been today... again no one contacted me about the status of the order. Instead I had to reach out to them (through email again) and they responded to me that they are canceling the order. I am a graphic designer and deal with companies in this industry all the time. This company is by far the worst!!! They are extremely unprofessional and not worth all the wasted time spent.

Great local business! I have used Queen City Tees for 10 years now, to print shirts for my clothing line. They have the best pricing and turnaround time I have seen in the city. And the quality is great! And if something ever wasnt up to par, they were completely professional about reprinting items in a timely manner. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my printing.

Chuck and his team has done great work for me for both large group orders and small, personal ones. My favorite is a travel bag that I brought in for embroidery for a Christmas gift this year. My daughter was thrilled to have a one of a kind and classy looking bag! Shop local with QCT!

They did custom uniforms for our team. The logo looks great, the customer service was really great as well. The owner came in on a Friday night and finished an order so we would have uniforms for a preseason tournament. I picked them up early on a Saturday morning even though the shop was closed. If you check out their website they also do spirit wear for the local schools. I would recommend.

I wanted to have matching shirts made for an upcoming trip with a group of friends. I called and emailed 3 times with no response. This place came recommended. I guess my order wasnt large enough or worth their time. I guess Ill take my business elsewhere.

When we fell behind on some of our own jobs the owner and entire staff stepped up to pull us out. They are a laid back group, but their passion and quality was undeniable. We may be a competitor but they never treated us that way. The owner wanted us to succeed as much as we do.

My most recent experience was a rushed order that, if I’m being honest, was kind of a ridiculous request to have done in the amount of time I needed it done. They not only got it done, but the final product was perfect, and the owner actually met me at the shop after business hours in order for me to have everything for my event. Great place to get your apparel done in a timely fashion

This place goes above and beyond for their customer. I gave a basic generic idea of what I wanted, and I was given gold. The fact that their shop is pretty much a stones throw from my house helps too. Ill probably be calling them today to repeat my last order!

Nice people, but I have been waiting on a custom hat since the beginning of December.

I have been more than pleased with this company. Over the past 8 or so years i have been ordering various things through QCT. in that time i have had two jobs in which once i introduced QCT to my employer, they have not turned back. the quality and service are absolutely amazing. Coworkers are constantly asking for more products.I cant recommend QCT enough.

My job was quoted to only take a week or so. It dragged on close to three weeks with very little communication. If youre going to use Queen City Tees, dont rely on their artwork. There were spelling errors on the work that was presented to me, and the colors I asked them to use were not in the art. I finally had enough and decided to go somewhere else. The owner claimed to have 2.5 hours into the artwork and 15 years on the job. I expected a better product from someone with that much experience.

Ordered shirts and hoodies march 15th 2019. Said the job would be 2weeks. No calls about the work si o stopped in. He said the order got losr in the system, i understand computer errors happen. He then told me he would put a rush ordee on my merchandise. Patiently i waited, didnt even ask for a discount. Went in tues the 9th of April 2019 itens still werent done.he said hes working on them at thar pount he would call when they are ready. It is now april 16th 2019 at this pounr i wanted a refund. Didnt even want the items. I gave only 3 stars because of the wait and no communication. Without hesitation he gave me an apology and a full refund! He then apologized again. As a business owner and professional thing simerime doesnt go as planned. But the way he handled it in the end i appreciate it

Terrible. They made everything for our baseball team and messed 99% of it up. Our logo isn’t even colored in all the way on our jerseys. Numbers are falling off. The hats logo is not centered and it’s tilted. Also takes an extended amount of time to get what you want.
