I love Toyota and my salesman at Beechmont Toyota (Greg Hoodin) but find another dealership to deal with for your factory service, recalls and warranty work.Claiming service is not warranty related. Beware! 20k mile vehicle. They will ask you to sign a diagnostic charge waiver and then say they fixed it non warranty without asking. And charge you. Apparently power windows from toyota tundras malfunction in their tacks on all 4 windows in 20k miles and its not warranty work. 4 vehicles purchased and serviced at this dealership. No more money will be made off of this former customer.Last vehicle was a demo Highlander. Had damage to the rim and tire before purchased. They said they replaced it at the time of sale and the tire failed shortly thereafter. Same spot. Pretty sure the tire had been turned inward on the new rim so it wasn’t evident. Asked for proof of the tire replacement from time of sale. They said they don’t keep records on that. Beware!Same vehicle alignment was not right. Took it on to service and they used their lasers and said the alignment was out. Brought it back out and said the alignment wasn’t really out. Car pulled badly. Took it to a professional tire shop and they showed me the misalignment on the spot.Beware!
Very poor experience here. They did not do good work on my car, and they tried to charge an arm and a leg for a simple door repair. I took it down the street to another shop and literally saved over $800. Toyota charged me more to get the door panel off than the actual cost of the repair. They also failed to communicate with me the day I was supposed to pick up my car - and when I arrived, the people I worked with did not even acknowledge me... Overall garbage experience and I will never be returning to this location.
Hour is a long oil change but quality work..

Excellent Customer Service! Stacey helped me get through the process quickly. Shes very friendly, knowledgable and solution-oriented. I didnt have my insurance card and she recommended I contact my agent and have them email it. Then she scanned it from my phone and we were all set! It took all of 15 minutes to set me up and on my way! Thanks, Toyota!

I had by far THE best experience with this shop! I have had terrible and ok experiences with a dealership. But I can say 110% that this place is very honest which I greatly appreciate. I had a serious issue that could have costed me getting rid of my pride and joy. Stacy and chad were very upfront about what could happen. Luckily it all turned out ok but If it wasn’t for chads confidence I would have been driving a new vehicle by now. Thank you Stacy and chad! I’m breathing ok and you have gained a customer.
