Was in Ohio for business having traveled from Gainesville FL. Had a problem with my electrical system. Did not want to try to travel to FL. Springdale was recommended by a local. The repair was done promptly. Very professional shop.

I brought my 07 ram truck in thought my water pump was leaking they called me told me it was my thermostat housing leaking considerably a lot less work pleasantly surprised. They replaced the housing and thermostat and put on a new top radiator hose. I can see myself returning if future work is needed. Big shout out to Jim thank you.

The first time I used their service I had a busted Water Pump in my Hummer ! They fixed it in no time! And Charged me a GREAT price that you cant beat anywhere else, when it comes to HUMMERS! Great place to take the car. Called up, they got me in the same day, looked into exactly what was wrong and made sure I had all the information about my options to fix it and their suggestions. I never felt pressured on anything, and the car that I drive my family around in is now safe again. Would definitely recommend this shop.

I called about a job i need done. The man on the phone took my info. Said he would get the numbers together and call me back. Here i am waiting and serious about getting the repairs done. Money in bank. Yet no one ever called me back, and this was early yesterday!

Could not have been more satisfied with their prompt service and quality. We were from out of town and needed to be towed to their shop. The tow driver was outstanding as well.

Travelers worst nightmare. Chugging up the interstate on July 4 when all of a sudden the car goes haywire, bucking, clacking and generally failing. Managed to limp into a motel parking lot in Sharondale OH, and started dialing for a solution first thing the next morning. Springdale Automotive got a tow truck to me right away, and two hours later called me with the diagnosis. I was treated kindly and the work they did resolved my issue and the price seemed reasonable. I was back on the road at 2 pm that day. You never know what youre going to encounter when you call an unknown mechanic with an emergency. What I found with Springdale Automotive was a lot of integrity and skill. We continued on our way and completed our 2000 mile roundtrip 9 days later.

This is a great auto body shop! Jim is a knowledgeable and well experienced mechanic. He is thorough. I would recommend this shop and plan on being a lifeltime customer!

So Im driving to work and this guy is driving like hes drunk hes serving then cuts me off almost hits me then cussed me out for being in his way he had no flashers on so I call the company to complain and Im on hold for an hour plus would not use ever. His plate number is (piy 4026 ) idk who to tell at this point I would never ever use this company

Jim is so polite. I broke down on i75 and was towed to Springdale Auto. Turns out my alternator was bad and I was 700 miles from home. Long story short, I was charged $550 for what another local company who tried to gouge me at $850! He even threw in a belt for free after seeing mine was in bad shape. I reccomend this place to anyone in the Cincinnati area.

They got my car in and out fast, and the service was great.

Paul towed me tonight and I went to grab him a 20 for a tip and gave him a 100 on accident and he called me right back and brought the 100 back how many tow drivers would do that think very highly of him and appreciate it so much will recommend in the future for sure

Only repair shop that seems to want to help you out as much as they want the money.My car ultimately couldn’t be fixed, and I’m still giving them 5/5, that’s how legit they seem.
