Nice people but could not repair my vehicle but still charged me $150. Pretty much a ripoff. Not recommended to take vehicle to this bunch for more than a oil change and lube!!

I have taken a couple cars here for repairs and it has always been a pleasant experience, however, our last visit some issues arose. After speaking with the customer service representative as well as the technician working on our F350, who by the way was remarkably intelligent and knowledgeable, we were able to come up with a solution. Manager Amanda is professional, prompt, and thorough.You always hear horror stories of car repair places and I can assure you ProTech is not one of them. I brought my car in on a friday for what was thought to be an exhaust leak and ended up being my wheel bearings. Within 2 hrs of dropping my car off they had diagnosed the issue and had me back on the road that monday. Had the parts been there Im confident it wouldve been the next day. They did a great job and my car drives as if there was never anything wrong with it. Thank you

Has been our local favorite shop for all things related to our older cars. Always upfront and reasonable about what has to be done and what can wait a little. Lauren and her team are friendly and strive to over deliver. Have never had a bad outcome with her business and have used them for years after being repeatedly disapointed with the dealerships repair quality and cost. Always recommend them to friends when asked for a great local repair shop.

First visit, for a simple oil change, and will be back! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the price (with a coupon!) was great. They did an inspection and found a small coolant leak. The service tech took photos of the leak for me and suggested that since the vehicle is still under warranty I take it to the dealership. Honest and helpful!

The folks here are really great. Theyre honest and the only shop Ill take my car to. In fact, I drive 40 minutes one way to do just that.Plus their new customer lounge is awesome!

I still had a clunking sound from the front end after having my car serviced by a different shop. Pro-Tech diagnosed the problems and fixed them. They have done a good job with both my Mercedes in the past. Lesson learned: stick with the folks with whom you have a good history.

Protech provides better customer service at a lower price than the dealerships. They are my preferred repair shop.

Protech Autocare is my go to. My own circumstances caused a delay in my ability to get my vehicle serviced for quite a while and I was finally able to get caught up on overdue repairs and Protech took care of them all quickly and got me back on the road safely!

I just moved here and was needing new tires and was having steering issues. They did a great job communicating throughout the process, didn’t try to up-sell me anything, and even gave me a free shuttle home so I could leave my truck there. I highly recommend coming here for anyone else in need of a car shop.

Noticed that the rearend in my generation 3 ram truck had been doing some weird things. Clicking sounds when making hard turns. A neighbor (Gary) recommended using Protech Autocare. This was hard for me to let someone else work on my vehicle due to a very bad experience years ago. But anyways after thinking about it. I scheduled and dropped truck off. Couple phone calls through the day. Was informed that the felt like just doing a rearend flush and service and putting the recommended limited slip additive back in would take care of it. So I have now been able to drive truck a little. ( drive company vehicle all week) the rearend seems to be like I remember it use to be when I bought truck 6-7 years ago. So Im happy that I was able to take Garys advice let Protech work on my vehicle. Everything seems to be like it should at this time.

We had two reputable mechanics tell us our engine was blown in our Honda. Protech diagnosed the problem much differently...saving us thousands of dollars. Communication was outstanding and the repair was done in a timely matter. We received a level of customer service that is almost unheard of. We’re big fans now of Protech and will emphatically recommend them to friends and family.

Protech did a fantastic job locating the issue with our 2008 Mercury Sable and finding the best solutions to fix it. It seemed a bit expensive, but it’s hard to complain with how good their work is.

I had a really horrible experience at another mechanic. I had called several others including Protech and from the moment they picked up the phone I actually felt relief speaking to Shannon in the office. It was an electrical issue between the ignition and the starter that apparently another mechanic shop couldn’t figure out in three weeks. Protech figured it out in a couple days and had the problem fixed for a reasonable cost- lower than I was quoted at the another mechanic. I’ve been back at least twice and even though it’s a little bit out of my way I’ll continue going to this mechanic shop for my service.

We brought a vehicle that we were thinking of purchasing in for a used car inspection. Part of the way though they found major issues and gave us the option to continue the inspection or to stop at a discounted rate. Protechs seems very honest. And another cusmoter in the waiting room had good things to say about them as well. I wish we lived in the area so we could use Protechs regularly!

I went in for an oil change and waited in their guest lounge, it was very nice and they topped off all of my liquids and topped off my air pressure, and gave me a list of everything checked, stuff to watch for in the future, and also things that are in need of repair sooner rather than later. They even added photos of my vehicle

Also give you notifications on your phone on your service time which is awesome. The information they provide everytime you get an oil change is very nice.. Why did I spend so many years going to a dealership for repairs?! This place is amazing! Protect is the only place I take my cars now, even for oil changes. Its a local business that I love to support. When I had an issue with my coolant system they were expedient in letting me know what was going on, how they were going to approach the problem, and when they were going to have it done.
