Thanks for another great service! My 2011 9-3 Sedan is now my 3rd Saab purchase over a twenty-two year period.Why 3rd? Its based on a great product and a great service team to maintain it. These folks are the best at what they are trained and certified to do, which is to keep my 2011 9-3 Sedan in perfect running condition.Why only my 3rd? Sadly, my 2011 9-3 Sedan was one of the last few available in the US since Saab manufacturing ended.Costs are always discussed before service is performed so there are no surprises later. Saab uses only quality parts and materials. After inspecting tire tread levels, they also rotated my tires as needed. I completely trust the service department to keep my Saab running until the production of electric models are hopefully available.

Great service once again! As always, my recent trip to Just Saab was quick and efficient. Tim is very knowledgeable and helpful with answering any questions or concerns I have concerning my vehicle. I recommend Just Saab to anyone wanting high quality service for their Saab.

Our son was moving to Colorado on very short notice. I called to see if we could get his car in as soon as possible and they squeezed us in. As always Tim was courteous and helpful. He called and explained all that needed to be done and then made sure it was done. We have dealt with Tim for the duration of owning this car (and the other 2 we owned) and he has always been helpful and knowledgeable. If you own a Saab, please know that your car will be well taken care of, you will be treated fairly and all work will be done correctly.

Stopped in for a few parts and to ask a few questions about repairs. Wasnt disappointed in the slightest. They answered my questions and also gave me tips about self repairing my SAAB. They also recommended coming in for certain repairs when they were needed due to the fact that changing certain items can be very difficulty without a car lift (so they can walk under the car to get a better angle when repairing it). Ill be back in, and I definitely wouldnt mind having these guys repair my 9-5 to save myself some stress (and probably my back). Thanks again!

If you own a Saab in Cincinnati, its pretty much your only option. They do good work but the pricing is what youd expect from the only licensed service/parts place for a defunct European auto manufacturer.One slight annoyance is that they tend to act like they dont know what the problem could possibly be making you pay the diagnostic fee before they will give you a ball park estimate, when a casual Google of the a symptoms usually tells what is wrong. Thats the game I guess. Also they dont honor extended service plans or warranties, leaving you to try to get reimbursed on your own.

Excellent service! I bought my Saab from Just Saab and have returned to have it serviced there. Staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Nicely appointed customer waiting areas in a unique Saab/Swedish style. Though they have stopped selling new and used cars, their service department remains! Overall, highly recommended.

Excellent troubleshooting and repair. Professionally diagnosed an ABS control module problem and offered multiple cost options to repair. Correctly diagnosed and repaired other issues in a timely manner. If you have a Saab in the Cincinnati area and you need an issue identified and repaired you should give a call to Just Saab.

The Just Saab service department has been servicing my 2007 Saab 9-3 since I bought it from the Just Saab car dealership using European Delivery in July of 2007. In almost 10 years I have never had anything but excellent service. The service techs they have are knowledgeable and experienced and always treat my car with care and respect. Just Saab changed owners and recently relocated, I’m happy to say that the new owners are continuing Just Saabs reputation as a reliable and experienced shop for work and maintenance on our odd/awesome Swedish cars. Keep up the good work guys, because I plan on keeping mine forever!

The best group of techs and service managers you will ever come across. Always courteous, fair, and honest. Will not take my Saab or Japanese cars anywhere else. Period.

Great Experience!Had a recall for my 09 97x & was concerned going in that Id have to fork out a heavy sum. Not only did I not drop a dime, but they had it done in less than a day & cleaned my vehicle inside & out.Very professional & if you own a Saab Id highly suggest working with them.

Great place! Very clean, work was cheaper than originally quoted. They even offered to drive my wife and I to a restaurant up the road while the work was being done. Will definitely be coming back here for any work that I need done on my Saab.

Tim was very helpful and courteous. The oil change and multipoint inspection was thorough.

We have successfully used Tim and his colleagues at Just Saab for eight years. Needless to say, maintaining a used Saab requires a particular expertise and Just Saab has provided that for us. They have also been fair and reliable in their estimates and services.

Just a quick note of commendation for Tim and the entire service department at Just SAAB (and Everything Automotive) on Madison Rd. Weve been taking our cars there for service for over 20 years. My wife and I trust that Tim will assess our cars needs and fix only what needs to be fixed. If a particular repair can be postponed (so as to repair some other adjacent parts at the same time), Tim will set up a plan to follow this approach. We tend to keep our cars - especially SAABs - for a long time. My 900s convertible is 21 years old, and my wifes SAAB 9-5 has over 230,000 miles on it. This type of longevity is possibly primarily because of the efforts of Tim and the good people at Just Saab.

Tim, Robert, and the rest of the Just Saab crew have been keeping the familys Saabs running for years. I just purchased a fifth Saab in part because I knew that I would have Just Saabs support. My sedan just turned 270,000 miles and is in great shape because of Just Saabs superb service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Just Saab.

Tim, the service manager, and the technicians who work with him have always provided me with excellent service for all four Saabs I have owned. I will simply not go anywhere else to have my car serviced or repaired. My last visit was for the 60,000 mile maintenance on my Saab 2009 Sport Combi. The service facility was getting ready to move to a new location; I was getting ready for a several thousand mile trip. Tim worked me in on my timeline; the technicians checked everything out and completed the maintenance. Not only that, they washed the car and vacuumed the inside. Service like is rare and a joy and comfort to have.

Cost me over $100 for engine diagnostic. Problem not detected. In general, a little bit disappointed on the service since Just SAAB should be the one know SAAB cars the best. Anyway, hope next time Just SAAB could give me some useful information, not Problem not detected again.

I drive from Louisville every time i need somthing done they have great staff they explain everithing in good way so you can understand every time i was there when i wait for car they wash it every time just amazing people, i know there is saab dealership in Louisville that is worst place ever i rather drive to Cincinnati for great service

Absolutley superb service. Been a customer since 1986 and owned 5 Saabs. Great advice, no unnecessary things done to cars, and trust them 110%. Call them and try their service. You will never change!

I have a temperature control stuck in the hottest setting and asked if they could fix it. They said they could look at it for 100 bucks to diagnose the problem. That money would not even go to fixing it. They must think everyone with a Saab is made of money.

Yes this is one of the few last Saab dealerships around but it doesnt mean you should take your car here. Service department is closed on the weekends and closes after 6pm so good luck getting there when they are open if you have a normal job. Oil change and tire rotation will set you back well over $100 if you are maintaining your vehicle. Had my car looked at with approximately 7k mi on it and was told my power steering rack was leaking and that on their discounted day they could complete the fix for $1000. I hesitated to say the least and brought it in to my local GM dealership and even got a quote to do the job for SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS LESS... even on a weekend! After inspection it turns out that a $50 part would fix what was wrong. Needless to say, I will never be going back to Just Saab again.

Tim and the Just Saab team have been servicing my Saabs for almost 20 years. NO ONE knows more about this brand ad these cars than these guys!

Called them and they told me they dont work on old Saabs I have an 88 900 turbo, they should change their name to Just Newer Saabs
