Always courteous. Never try to talk you into more than you requested, unless asked to check for extra issues. As a woman, I love going there. The people are very nice and they have a great lounge area to wait.

Didnt stop at service. Drove passed the main service entrance while picking up 3 vans for aftermarket up fits. Always been friendly and professional and knowledgeable in the past when I needed them. See for yourself. I dont think you will be disappointed.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. MISDIAGNOSED MY CAR ENDED UP PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT NEED AND TO BE TOLD I NEEDED SOMETHING ELSE AND WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT SERVICE. WHEN THE PROBLEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN CORRECTED ON THERE BEHALF BEING THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT NEED!!!!

Its definitely a dealership. The service department is super sketch unless youre getting warranty work. They barely tell you how much services are and when they do theyre totally wrong when billing comes. If i didnt have to service my car at at a dealer to maintain my warranty i wouldnt.

Be prepared for an oil change to turn into an all day affair, even if you made an appointment online. I’ve never been in and out in less than 2 hours, even when I brought my car in first thing in the morning.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I drive truck for a living and during this covid situation my life is very unpredictable. So I made several calls to this dealer trying to arrange service with my work schedule. Each time I called them I got a different person who gave me a different answer. Nobody in the service, body or parts departments were on the same page. Extremely unprofessional!When I finally did get my service done the folks here were very unprofessional and very rude. The guys in service were flirting with the female customers instead of answering my questions.I honestly dont feel Ill be using this dealership in the future.

Brought my vehicle in for a door repair that I was told would be a quick fix. Two hours and several people I arrived before being serviced later I went to the help desk to see how much longer it would be. Turns out they had forgot about the repairs. What was supposed to be a quick fix turned into over 3 1/2 hours and a completely wasted afternoon.

Joseph Chevrolet Service DebacleAbout July 3rd I visited the Joseph Chevrolet Service Department and spoke to a service advisor about making an appointment to have some work done on my vehicle. I knew I would have difficulty getting the problem diagnosed and corrected because it was intermittent, but I didn’t realize that I was going to get a two week demonstration of incompetence.I brought the car back at the appointed time on July 9th expecting that a service technician would soon be trying to solve my problem.Six days later, after hearing nothing from anyone at the service department I visited again and learned that the appointment I had made was not when work would begin on my vehicle, but it was when a service advisor would enter the repair order it the system. So, for six days my car has been parked on the dealer’s lot collecting dust. The service advisor I spoke with (somehow without benefit of an appointment) promised that someone would look at my car soon. (Little did I know that soon meant sometime after eight days.)Eight days later (July 23rd) after being without my car for 14 days, I still had heard nothing about the diagnosis of my problem or what was happening to my car, so I called. This time I spoke to a different service advisor who told me that they expected to know something in another couple of days. I told him I didn’t have a couple more days to screw around with their so-called service department, and I asked to be picked up so I could get my car back.When I picked up my car I discovered that nothing had been done to it, no one looked at it, or made any attempt to diagnose or repair anything. You can be sure that I’ll never set foot in that dealership again, although I have been getting my car serviced there since I bought it there in 2008.

**Update**They called this morning offering sincere apologies and my vehicle will be ready today. Thank you for the update and for your work!------------------------------------------Theyve had my vehicle for 4 days with no update as to when they would even be able to start service. They apparently had a power outage today, (the day they were supposed to have an update for my vehicle), however I would not have known unless I called. Theyve been extremely cavalier about holding my vehicle and continue to tell me itll be ready tomorrow. I understand being busy, but please have the decency to keep customers updated regarding the status of their vehicles. I plan to pick the car up tomorrow and take it to another Chevy dealer.

Joseph chevrolet is great the staff they are friendly i have gone there many times i have never had any issues with any one, i am in and out the the door i dont wait long i make a appointment. and they stick to it the service is good they have gualify mechanics that are supervised so they get the job right the first time its a trusting place thanks David Bruce.

They will get the job done, but whenever they want. I scheduled oil changes and usually have to wait multiple hours. Why have appointments if they wont start your service at your appointment time. Poor customer service. The only reason I use them is because they wont destroy your vehicle.

1) Despite waiting a week to even get an appointment, it still took an additional 3 days until my car was looked at. Service manager never called with an update. I always had to call to find out oops sorry, we didnt get to your car today/they arent done looking at it. 2) Then want me to spend $800 for tune up/mileage service - on a $6000 car - are you kidding, 3) then claimed my tie rod ends are loose needing another $600 - fortunately my son is an auto mechanic. He came out and looked at it. One is just fine and the other doesnt really need to be replaced, especially since we plan to donate the car at the end of summer. Only good thing I can say is that the Service Manager suggested the original reason for bringing in the car for service (mice eating wiring) might be covered by our auto insurance. Indeed it was so we did have them repair that. Turns out Joseph Chevrolet Service is not approved by our car insurance but thankfully the insurance did approve the claim anyway.

I have a 2016 car that is only 3 years old with 40000 miles on it that I bought from them. They have had my car 5 days and havent diagnosed it yet. My code reader says that it is a piece under warranty and with that I get a rental, but i do not qualify for a rental until they diagnose it. Today I called to get an update sat on hold for 15 minutes talked to someone who put me on hold for 5 more minutes to tell me someone was at lunch and they would call me when they get back. 2 hours later I never heard back I called again and was told that it still has not been diagnosed. Each person is short when on the phone and do not seem to care.

Service is horrible. Theres no service manager and the lead tech is have a mental breakdown and needs to be fired. There fast to lie when the mechanics damages, dents scratches or leave fluids all over your engine and car. Even after you catch them theyll switch people your talking to. This place had my vehicle for 2 weeks and admitted there was no leaks reported when my car was there but after they worked on it the next day it leaked but then says ohhh it just happens.... I had to state several times THIS IS GM... IM PAYING GM MONEY FOR GM SERVICE AND IF THIS IS GM SERVICE YOU NEED TO CLOSE SHOP!... You will never see me again unless its warranty work and I have no choice

I made an appointment for an oil change. They took my car back before I was done checking in. Here I am, 90 minutes later...still waiting. Apparently, the appointment is with the person who checks you in and you still wait in line for your work to be done. Never. Again.
