Discovered a nail in my tire the morning of my 200 mile road trip. Took my vehicle to the Good Year location downtown Cincinnati, they got me in right away, and plugged my tire for free. I was very grateful! The staff was very friendly and professional, and the location was very clean. 10/10!

I’ve had several top-notch service experiences with Goodyear downtown Cincinnati over the years, but the most recent was above and beyond! With my wife expecting a baby at any time we experienced a road hazard which destroyed one of the tires on our vehicle in the midst of a snow storm. John made arrangements to keep the store open past hours to get our spare mounted and arranged to have tires which were not in stock delivered from another market the following morning. The staff were especially thoughtful getting our vehicle safely back on the road and ready to get our precious cargo to and from the hospital. In the best of circumstances I recommend Goodyear downtown Cincinnati...and in the worst case scenario, they came through with amazing efficiency! Thank you all very much!

Dont get a diagnostic from them ill tell you that much it cost me well over $100 bucks to be told its possibly i repeat possibly 2 issues and if it happens to be the 1 we are guessing on we dont fix that. Im so over it allready just dont wanna see anyone else make the same mistakes .Have a great flipping day dont waste your $

BE CAREFUL!!!!! SCAMMERS! I had a air leaking on my new tire so I took my car there to get it checked. Guy said there was a big hole on the shoulder of tire and it’s no longer fixable therefore we have to buy a new tire and dispose it for a fee. I had a feeling he was lying to earn, so I told him to put the spare tire (charged me $21.56). Next day I took the tire to discount tire and the guy fixed my tire for free. They tried to charge me $200+ For new tire and scam my good 2 month old tire. Salesman name: John S. And Technician: Mathew S.

I had a screw in my tire from all of the construction going on downtown and Goodyear repaired my tire for FREE. I couldn’t even believe it! I was quoted $35-$50 at other places in the area.. my dealership wanted to charge $50 (imagine that) so I was thrilled with the service done at Goodyear. Will definitely give them my business next time because of this!

I am been getting my wife and my cars worked on there for years and always had a good experience. We drive from the suburbs to this location because we like how we are treated. The guys there are friendly, respectful and fair.

Jackson and Swayze took great care of me. It was almost closing time and I was afraid with it being the holiday weekend, Id have to wait until Monday, but they took care of my tire inside of 15 minutes and I was out the door!! I am truly gratful!!!

Dropped of car at 7:45am for an 8am appointment for oil change and tire rotation and said I would be back around 4pm as I work a couple blocks away. Got to the shop at 3:55 and told it would be another 20 minutes when it actually took 35 minutes. Why even make an appointment. Its a convenient location for me but will think hard about going back.

They do not check the online requests because it can be too long per the representative (John I believe was his name)...they only work off what you tell them. Bottom line, be specific or you may disappoint them or yourself. However, they are fast! A three hour job lasted 15 minutes plus an additional 15 to wait for the ignored service I requested.

Thanks Good Year Tires for letting me use your parking lot to change a tire. I would have much rather you have some compassion for human beings and just fixed the screw that was lodged in my tire because I live out of town but I’m sure you had some things that were more important at home rather than stay a few extra minutes after work. My jack broke while I was changing and cause a lot of damage to the tire and disk. Again thank you for letting me use your parking lot. FYI this was about 3:45 in the day.

I have been to this location several times and theyve both been tire related. Ive purchased tires from here and I can definitely recommend them for that. Ive also had a tire repair done here and they did it for free and under an hour. Very pleased and will continue coming back.

Very very fast. As soon as I arrived my truck was headed into the shop, I appreciate the service and patience they had to do the job right.

I came in today (11-1-19) because my tired popped and I was driving on a donut. The bad experience first started when I walked in saying that I had no wallet but my dad was right down the road so he could bring money, the manager completley shut that down but once my dad showed up he showed nothing but respect for him and agreed but totally dismissed me. When my dad left me with the money the manager said he would just give me my change back and final reciet once my car was ready (he did, but have you ever heard of a companie doing that). Very unprofessional place, I highly do not recommend going here unless it is an emergency.

This place is a joke! I purchased a set of 4 Goodyear tires from this location and blew 2 tires the very next day..turns out they were out dated and dryrotted. They were all 4 replaced only after I raged..now here i sit a little over a year later, 10k miles on my 60k mile tires and I have a broken radial and bubble on the inside of another side wall. All 4 are dryrotted and the only thing the 2 guys at the store have told me is I can pay to have it towed to their shop to see if they will honor their own warranty or if I have them fixed somewhere else (being that I am stranded and miles away) the warranty is void. Dont ever buy anything from this place..and if you do remember I told you so!

I went for a synthetic oil change over the summer just before a long drive to western Indiana. After the oil change, I noticed an obnoxious flapping noise for the entire 4 hour drive. I looked under the car and they had forgotten to bolt the plastic undercover back in place. I took took it back to them and after temporarily zip tying it, they found some bolts to use. They did not have the correct number of bolts and therefore the plastic undercover continued to make noise. I do not recommend this location. Id rather pay double for the dealers oil change.

First of all awesome customer service! They follow all the rules we all learned in business school. (most places esp car conpanys are rude) the service was fast extremely fast. Most def going back.

I would not advice Goodyear ASC for anything beyond oil change and tire rotation based on my experience with the shop on 9th st in Cincinnati. I went there to have my tires balanced with Roadforce Hunter machine due to an annoying steering wheel shimmy at highway speeds. They did the roadforce balancing ($25/tire) and the vibration was less but still there and as annoying. I went back and asked whether theyd done force matching with RF balancing (matching high spot on wheel with low spot on tire) and service adviser did not have an answer for that question. Anyway, they double-checked it and came back with play in support bearing and send me to the dealer. Long story short, there was no play in the bearing per Whities car care (who advised strongly against Goodyear-type shops) and the shimmy was solved by doing proper force matching at Discount tire in Columbus. Very happy with Discount tire work, too bad there are no DT shops in Cincy :(
