Bought a used F150. Sales department was great, especially Bryan Parsell, so I liked that.I would definitely NOT use the service department though. I took the F150 back there three times to have an issue with the parking break sticking fixed. At the end of my third visit, I walked out to the truck, which they had supposedly just fixed, & the parking break stuck again the very first time I applied it, while I was still sitting on their lot.To make matters worse, they told me Id have to pay another $210+ on top of what I had already paid them to fix the same problem. I dont think they had even correctly diagnosed the problem, but they wanted me to pay more & more money to fix it.Go to a private mechanic or the service department at a different Ford dealership, but do not have repairs made here.
They do good work, though it can be difficult to reach someone.

We needed recall work done. To make matters worse the actual problem that the recall would fix occurred (our door would not stay closed). Our local Ford dealer wanted to schedule us a week out. We couldnt wait this long so we called Kings Ford. They got us in the same day with no hassles. A loaner car was provided as well. The following day we got our car back without any further delay. Thank you Kings Ford!
