Brian W. was seeking to purchase my 13 year old Saturn Outlook SUV listed on Autotrader. Brian requested that I allow Brogan Folz to review my Saturn before purchase. Brogan Folz indicated my transmission fluid was dirty, (pink and not dirty), both valve cover gaskets were leaking oil (neither was leaking) onto my alternator assembly, (nothing leaking on alternator), Power Steering Pump, & Rack & Pinion were leaking, (slight leak pin hole in boot nothing leaking from pump) exhaust flex pipe is leaking (not leaking) and my lug nuts were starting to swell, (lug nuts NOT swollen, all (20) would accept a wrench with no issues). Brian requested I reduce my price by $2K, which was unacceptable. My mechanic & me meticulously reviewed all issues as listed by Brogan Folz, & with exception of the boot leak, all concerns were found to be incorrect. On Saturday I sold my 13 year old Saturn, which had the lowest mileage and price of any like it in the entire country for sale. In 49 years, of selling personal vehicles, cars & motorcycles, I have never experienced issues such as this. Going forward, I will never allow an inspection of my personal vehicle by an unknown mechanic prior to selling as I keep my vehicles in pristine order.

I had a “tire needs air” symbol light up on my dashboard. I tried filling the tire myself and it still was lit up. I stopped by Brogan Folz and they took a look. It was a small leak caused by a nail and the sensor was telling me the wrong tire. After fixing the leak quick and inexpensive, they also took air out of the overly full tire I pumped due to the wrong information given to me by the car sensor. Always friendly and easy to work with.

Had a great experience at brogan! They were able to quickly get me in for an unexpected repair and even provided a clean loaner vehicle. I will be back.

I was passing through on my way from the east coast to Chicago, and experiencing terrible vibrations above 60mph. I stopped in here, and they said my tire was about to explode! I was in and out in under an hour. I owe them many that is for saving my trip.

Matt and Dan Brogan run this independent repair shop. They will tell you what you need to know to make knowledgeable decisions about repairing your vehicle. They are honest and dependable. Matt and Dan Brogan will personally take ownership of your repair issue and see it through until your vehicle is repaired, even on tough to repair problems. They will not do unnecessary work. I have 3 vehicles that I take to Brogans from easy maintenance like oil changes to big jobs like transmission replacements. It is a place where they know your name and greet you when you come in the door. Highly recommended!

I was actually sent here by another repair shop for a difficult electrical problem with my Ford truck. It could not have turned out any better. This a very busy place and its easy to see why. Matt kept me informed every step of the way and made sure that I was going to be comfortable with the scope and costs of the repairs. Went to have a light fixed and my ac checked to see why it didnt work.Was quoted that the light would cost $100-125. Very high, but I didnt know what I was doing.When the repair was being done Josh called and said it would cost $200! When told Id been quoted 100 to 125, he acted like he was looking thru paperwork, and told me, it would be 125. Of course. Then I paid over $130.Definitely feel like I got ripped off

Fantastic customer service every time I take any of our vehicles there. I recently brought my van to them to have them mount and balance a set of custom wheels and tires. There was an issue with fitment so they couldnt mount them properly until I bought additional spacers. They didnt charge me anything for the work they did do because they werent able to finish. Ill be back to have them mount my wheels once I have the necessary parts.On another visit they replaced the brakes on my wifes car. About a month later I noticed a terrible grinding noise from the front brakes. I brought it back in to have them check it out.Matt explained to me that the manufacturer of a particular brand of brake pads that they had used for years had been bought out by another company and made some changes to the brake pads that they were unaware of.They replaced the defective pads with their top of the line pads and didnt charge me a dime. He said it was the 3rd car that they had to do that for the same day. They ate the cost on all 3 even though it wasnt their fault because they fealt it was just the right thing to do.
