I had a really good experience here. I normally do all of my own maintenance, but I was happy with the service and speed here so I will be back. Mad appointment a week in advance, they had no wait when I got there, everything was smooth and on time, oil change and tire rotation in under 30 minutes, no pressure from service tech, perfect.
My dashboard cluster was going out so I took my truck to Beechmont Ford to have it fixed I have an after market warranty on the truck They said it would take 3.5 hours to put the new part in but the warrant company would only pay for 2 hours so I agreed to pay the other 1.5 hours at 120 dollars an hour to have it done right When I went to pick my truck up as I was getting into it I could plainly see that under the speedometer there was a 2.25 x .5 empty space where it should have said LARIAT it was missing so I showed them right away and they said they would have to order the part When it came in they were very good about working with me and put it in while I waited The next morning when I started the truck I could see that it didn’t light up right The part was bad so I called them and told them that the part was bad so we made another appointment and I took it back and they told me the part was bad and they had to order a new one (I thought I told them the part was bad) so now I talked to a manager about all the time I’m spending on bringing my truck back when I payed an extra 180 dollars to have it done at a dealer so that I know it was done right the first time and now I have to come back a third time over a problem that should of never happened He said he would see what he could do to make it up to me Now my truck is finally fixed right but I never heard another word from the manager he just brushed me off I am so glad that I went to the dealer and not Joe Smole auto repair and payed extra to have it done right the first time However I must say that Chris the guy I was working with to make the appointments was very polite and professional Wish I could say the same about the manager
I felt that the whole service experience was top notch. The wait area was clean and continually cleaned... the service was timely and I felt that the work was done correctly and what I needed and asked for... the will continue to be my preferred dealer.

Don Smith is the salesman I always deal with and highly recommend to family and friends who are interested in buying a car. He is knowledgeable and understanding during this important decision making process. No pressure sales. The guy who did all the final paperwork was nice enough, last name Todd, I think.
Be very cautious on parts pricing with Beechmont Ford. Just came back from having some diagnostic items completed there - they quoted me nearly DOUBLE the price for OEM parts that other outfits were offering. Make sure you SHOP AROUND for pricing and service!
This place is horrible! They overcharge you and whats worse is they will outright lie to you. Youre better off going to Anderson automotive.
Had a question about a fleet vehicle, they gave me the information in a prompt and courteous fashion. Seeing how I was a service advisor for 20yrs Id give 2 thumbs up.
We took our car in for a oil change, they were super sweet and it was complete within a hour or so! They also fixed a recall on the car without us even asking! Thank you so much Beechmont Ford!!
Always a great experience with the service department at Beechmont Ford. The advisors always are helpful and do their best to accommodate my needs for appointments. The work is done quickly and I am never surprised when I pick up my vehicles. Worth the time and effort to get there when I need service. Thanks Beechmont Ford!
This place is despicable!! A disgrace to the brand, not a service department at all. For the second time, I have had to take my car to the service department. Both times it was Fords fault. The first time I took my car in was for a class action lawsuit. I was told they would have my car for a few hours tops. I did not get my car back for a week. Now my car is back at ford for a recall. Again, I was told it may take a day to get the job done. I called at 2pm to get an update and was told nobody has touched thenxar yet. The next day I wait until almost 3pm to call. Again I am told that nobody has touched the car. Mind you, I had an appointment set up for 9am. I was told while setting that appointment up that Id have my car back within a day. Now its been two days and nobody has even touched it. Im infuriated with Ford service department.
I had been having a lot of trouble with my 2013 Ford Focus. I called on Thursday. Had an appointment for Friday. They were going to fit my car in between appointments. Received a call from Collin later Friday afternoon explaining what was wrong. My car was ready Saturday morning at 8:18. Collin was great about keeping me informed about what was going on and how soon I could expect to get it back. I would give the service department an A++ for their efficient work on my car.
Service is terrible. Rarely answer phone and have to leave multiple messages to get a response when they do respond. Have been taking my fleet vehicle there for service for years. The ONLY reason I still go is because I have no choice with fleet options other than Kings. In the future I will gladly drive an hour away to avoid this service department.
If there was an option to rate 0 I would. I have been dealing with Beechmont Ford Sevice for several years now, since 2012 to be exact. I have purchased 2 brand new vehicles from them and to say I am beyond frustrated with the service department is an understatement. My vehicle was purchased in Feb of 2012 and was taken in only 3 months later for an issue with the air bag system. My vehicle was returned to me and I was told that the issue was corrected. However my vehicle was back in the shop several times after for the same issue. Each time I was told that it was a different problem. The last time that it was in I was told that if I had the issue again that they would not fix it without me making payment because my vehicle had been involved in a fender bender and that that’s probably what is causing the issue. Mind you that happened several years after the issue began. Most recently the light in my vehicle came on again for the airbag system. I decided to take it to a different dealer because clearly Beechmont could not fix the issue or take the time to find the issue.The dealer that I chose was able to pinpoint the problem and told me that the issue they found was creating all of the other problems and that Beechmont service was only Treating the symptoms versus fixing the root cause. Now here I am $500 later fixing a problem that is Six years old that should have been corrected on one of the other five occasions that it was in the hands of Beechmont Ford service. I do not recommend that you take your vehicle there for any type of Extensive service. They will not find the issue or take the time to figure out what is causing the problem.

My battery stopped taking charge in my under warranty truck. I was very tight on time to deliver a trailer to a food truck festival on Fountain Square. The service department took me in without an appointment and had me on the road again in 22 minutes! Thank you!
