They were seriously amazing. After having the hardest time finding a mechanic who wouldnt screw me over they went top notch! They were really funny and sweet the entire time. Fixed my car up completely for a fraction of the price others were charging. They even offered to give me a ride home since I had to keep my car there for many hours. I seriously suggest anyone go here to get your car fixed up, they were awesome as hell!!! 😊😊😊

I called Anderson Automotive and from the beginning they were nice and sincere. First impression is everything. They gave me a reasonable quote and o got my VW Tiguan in the next day. They had it completed by 12 noon! The guy even followed me home in my car to drop it off and I drove him back to work. I will definitely recommend and continue working with this group. Ill be bring in my Ford Ranger next. Its a good feeling to trust a mechanic.

Took my wife’s Mazda5 in for front struts. She drove it home to a couple of issues. The front end is now making a terrible grinding, pulsating sound when turning or brakes engaged. Could be bent rotor shield or improperly installed strut springs touching wheels/tires.(Updated: they rectified this in a timely, professional manner!)Good customer service experience.

Excellent service. Was experiencing a troubling sound, called the store and talked to one the mechanics who was able to actually diagnose the problem over the phone. Great employees who do not try to take advantage of their customers. Was able to get the issue resolved in 1 hour. For an extremely good price as well. Highly recommended.

Honesty is key and i brought them my car and Toyota had told me there were some serious repairs needed and i had them give a second opinion and they worked hard to figure it out and saved me thousands of dollars! Knowledgeable, very helpful. They were willing to give me a second opinion on some repairs that the dealership told me I needed. They gave me an opinion, gave me a quote (half the price of the dealership) and I walked out without paying anything. Ill absolutely be back when I need work done.

These guys pretty much legendary their integrity, including money-saving 2nd opinions that make you wonder why chain places stay in business. You can absolutely count on quality of work. I have had really good experiences with AA for over 10 years. I work just down the street and live close by, and it is always convenient. Their prices are very reasonable and they do good work. Theyre usually able to fit me in when an emergency happens.

My family has been going to Anderson Auto for decades. Theyre knowledgable, always fair and consummate professionals. I have my car towed straight across town to go to Anderson Auto rather than use someone closer because they are just that good.

I was a fan and supporter of this place for years, but it has gone completely downhill. My car stalled out after driving through some high water during recent heavy rains. I had to have it towed home. It still wouldn’t start it a day later. It didn’t appear to have enough power to turn over. I had it towed to Anderson Auto. They supposedly fixed it, then a day later it wouldn’t start again. I had to pay again to get it towed in. The problem? Dead battery. While checking a car that wouldn’t turn over, they hadn’t figured out that the battery was shot. No break on the price of course for not getting it right the first time. Next time I try to use my ‘fixed’ car, the Check Engine Light is on. I call in to Anderson to tell them that after having it towed in and worked on 2 times, there was still a problem. Their level of concern over their workmanship was nil. “It wasn’t on when it was here”. In other words, “Not our fault”. I took it to another garage which ran a diagnostic and within minutes found that Anderson Auto had failed to plug back in a cable, part of the electric system. They plugged it in. Check Engine light went off. So, obviously this light had been on when it was at Anderson Auto. They were just too lazy or distracted to check it. This business used to be conscientious, communicate well about what the issues were, and had fair pricing. After what appears to be a change in ownership or management, all that is gone. I noticed prices significantly higher too with the change. They have a real ‘give a sh—‘ attitude now as part of their bad service. I gave them some chances past their change of management or whatever occurred (the main guy/original owner is not there anymore). They are also close to home, which caused me to give them a bit longer than I probably should have. But, I’m done with Anderson Auto. I will never use them again. I wrote and posted a glowing review a few years ago in their prime. Now I feel I should warn people away.

Excellent Service at a great price! They came highly recommended by a family friend. I took my Saturn here to have front struts and wheel bearings replaced. I knew Tire Discounters was ripping me off big time when they quoted me. Anderson Automotive saved me $500+ on this repair. And the car now rides better than ever. I will definitely go back to AA for future auto-care. Thank you!

They are always kind, and knowledgeable.I work across the street at AllPro Technologies Computer store, so I can drop our car off when I get to work and they have it ready before I am ready to go home.I appreciate a service writer, and mechanic treating me as I treat my own customers.There was one negative review that I saw here and I would surmise that you can not please every customer because there are a few customers that will never be pleased.I also loved the fact that they will do the work that needs to be done in the most cost effective way possible. If it aint broke they will not try to tell you to fix it.Please try them out and be amazed.Then post your own review about your service there.

Ive always had a good experience when taking my car to Anderson Automotive. They seem fair, honest, and dont seem to overcharge for the services offered. I particularly like Steve, the owner, to work on my car. He is highly knowledgeable and runs a good business. This business is a current member of the BBB at the time of this review.

Best mechanics in Cincinnati, honest up front prices and estimates, I have been a customer for years and always tell friends and family to go there.

I wont take my car anywhere else, unless its for one of the rare jobs that they dont handle. The guys are ethical, competent, and wont charge you for services that you dont need. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family members. I know of many individuals who drive long distances just to take their car to Anderson Automotive because they can be trusted. They have two locations on the Eastside of Cincinnati. Recently, I took my car to Meineke to have it looked at. Meineke quoted me about $700 more for the same Services I had done at Anderson Automotive. I had only taken it to Meineke for an estimate because it was close to home oh, and I wanted to see what I was dealing with. Meineke also missed several things that Anderson Automotive caught, and Anderson Automotive also showed me where the problem existed so that I could see it with my own eyes. I love these guys!

My first experience with them was taking my elderly parents car in because we were convinced there was something seriously wrong. They took a look for free and were able to adjust it, with no charge when they could have taken advantage of my ignorance. Ive been going back faithfully for oil changes and routine maintenance ever since, and several times theyve surprised me with a cheap fix for what I thought was a serious (and expensive) problem. I trust them, which these days is saying a lot.

Best auto repair shop in town. They do great work, fix only what needs to be fixed, and charge very reasonable rates.

I trust this group with all my cars and I have a few! I trust all the up keep and maintenance of my cars with Steve and his group. It is a great place to get honest work with out adding on extras that are not needed. I would send all family and friends and anyone who has a need .

My truck had a random miss fire they diognost it had two bad plugs fixed it with no problem they didnt try to sell me anything else or find more things that need fixed like other shops do and the price was excellent for what they did I will definitely go there next time I need my car fixed
