Everyone I encountered at Walt Sweeney had a smile and said hello.I came in for an oil change and unfortunately there were other issues that needed immediate attention. The service representative took the time to explain why the services needed and the importance of getting them done. He was very kind and professional. They also provided a shuttle service so I wouldnt have to sit and wait. The gentleman driving the shuttle was personable and made me feel safe. (I am sorry I cannot remember the names of these 2 particularly gentleman, but they were AMAZING!)I have an older model Ford and I feel Walt Sweeney helps me keep it in tip top shape. Thank you!

The service department got me in fairly quick him until I came an hour early. I had to check to see if I can find out where my coolant was leaking considering they just put a water pump in earlier this year. Apparently they could not find anything. Is a wonderful weekend thank you once again

My questions were all answered over the phone and I scheduled an appointment to see and drive the vehicle over the weekend. I took my Ford F-150 in to get a complete cleaning/detail. I got the vehicle back and the seats were not clean and I don’t believe the carpets were cleaned with anything but a sweeper. None of the interior compartments were cleaned at all. I am not sure Walt Sweeney understands how to detail a vehicle and my advice is to stop offering a service you don’t understand

Lyndse and Kori were great. I had a trade in and received a good offer on it. The other staff were also very helpful. Buying a car can be stressful but they made it so easy. The car I wanted was at another location and Kori was able to get it to the Glenway location. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond would highly recommend.

I just purchased a used 2017 F-350. I worked with Austin Ferri.My total experience from start to finish was absolutely incredible!! 12 out of 10 stars!!I started conversation about this truck through their text service. I got an immediate response after hours which blew my mind.Once they opened up the next day they were messaging me. We conversed through text, email and phone calls.Since I was buying this truck from 500 miles away I couldn’t see it or test drive it. Austin sent me about 15 different photos via email of different things that I requested (i.e. rust, tires etc...!)When I arrived today it was exactly as they promised! They got me in and out in a timely manner and everyone was berg professional and good at what they did.All in all this was an incredible truck buying experience... I was at the service window in less than five minutes even though there were two people ahead of me. The salesperson was friendly and quickly had the on my way to the waiting room. The chairs in the waiting room were roomy and comfortable. It took less than an hour for them to repair my tire.

I called May the appointment as I had a coolant leak. I got the appointment but marked my calendar wrong in the steak and we sent the car in to be repaired a week early. I talked to Chris on the phone and explained I made an air but he was still very accommodating to me said he would take care of it and get it in and cut me updated the entire time they had the car. It was supposed to be there 2 weeks waiting on the part and the mechanic. I got a call again from Chris 2 days later staging the car was done at the mechanic did not like it sitting around not being worked on so he went and did it. I cannot think them enough for what they did and how they treated me

Walt Sweeney is THE best place to buy a car. This was my first time buying a car and they make it so easy and fast. I was out of there in under two hours I believe. 10/10 would recommend going here to buy a new or used car!!

Very disappointed. Took my F150 in due a vibration. Gave them a lot of detail on when I was feeling the vibration. I assume they test drove it to verify what I was feeling. Instead they sent me a list of items unrelated to the reason I took it in. Told me my brakes were oscillating which I knew, a transmission flush, #5 spark plug coil was bad because the check engine light was on (light was on due to a exhaust sensor that requires tearing a lot of other items out to get to, I knew that) BTW the light is still on, and a complete tune up. Needless to say, the vibration is still there and I’m out $418 to replace the spark plug coil. Declined the other “add one” due to costs exceeding $2400.00. I feel they were just trying a stab at a anything to gain revenue. Really couldn’t find the problem. Enjoy the $418.00. I won’t be back.

The worst experience in buying a car will never go to them again will never refer anyone to them. They getting bad cars and selling them had two cars in a month with check engine light on these car are to expensive for these problems havent even had it long enough to make a payment and only thing he can say at some point you got to be a owner but when you buying a jeep for 16000 you should have longer than 3 weeks before any major problems

Dishonest sale practice.A vehicle was listed for sale, at a price that attracted more attention then they probably expected. THEN they took it to the shop for a cometic scratch repair, while refusing to show it or take down payment or security deposit for it! They promised to call once available. I get a text message a few days later to let me know it has sold instead. This vehicle was clearly pre sold or the sale was arranged. It is the dealers discretion, I suppose, to sell to whoever they want but please dont waste people time.Will not give them my business after this experience.

I have always had great service. Chris was wonderful and very prompt. I especially like how you can now text with your Service Advisor. I am working from home and I am on the phone a lot so to receive a call is hard. Texting is much better.

Walt Sweeney gave me a new hood on my 2016 Explorerafter “I” learned about aluminum corrosion from the body shopWhere I intended to have my car detailed. I had never received any info from Ford regarding this fix and only learned of Ford’s offer tofix the problem on google (5 yrs unlimited mileage). I contacted Eddie at Walt Sweeney collision and he took care of the problem.The only complaint I had was they could have given my car a rinse before returning it to me. There was gray dust all over the front, hopefully it washes off. Also ask them to fix any recalls while they had it for a week but they could only fix one. No parts for the roof rack issue. Guess I should be thankful that I learned about this issue before this warranty issue expired in 2 weeks.
