These guys are awesome!!!! So we had an emergency situation. The drive shaft popped out of my truck on the highway and this particular Napa had my part in stock ( the only store in the whole Cincinnati area. They went out of their way to do whatever they could to help us. Awesome employess and customer satisfaction.

Went in to get windshield wiper blades and the clerk (Rob) got me better quality blades for a lower price than the blades I picked out.

Napa has always will be the best place to get hard to find car parts. Prices may be higher some some Napa brand parts but they are wayyy better than other store brand parts.

The manager is very knowledgeable in his automobile parts he sells.

Not a great place to by parts.Sales people didnt know what they were doing and was not helpful at all.Only reason I gave a 1 start rating is because convent.Would not recomend. At 1 point sales rep was arguing with over a part number that she said she had 2 over and was trying to sell me a different part that clearly was not the same.Not to mention slow like watching paint dry.

Awful business ethics how could i buy breakpads and roto and those equipmen went out in less than two a year. I have warranty on this things but they needs a receipt to replace or look up my purchases. This is the age of computer unless if you want to pocket someones money. The run around is too much

This store has the word truck parts in the logo on their building. This is the farthest thing imaginable from a truck parts store. Ive tried them numerous times to only be disappointed. Dont waste your time, Im nolonger going to.
