This is my third purchase with Scott. Like the quick to the point, no nonsense attitude. Not trying to sell add on add on services, warranties and protection. Thank you for a quick in and out, with automobile purchased and delivered within an hour of entering the facility. Keep up the good work.

Top notch maintenance with the service youd expect from a luxury car dealership. Every part of the experience has been beyond reproach. Ron in service was there when I purchased my vehicle and is still helping me a year later. Cant say enough good things.

I want to give a big thank you to this car dealership!!Being out of state and the service I received from this dealership was impeccable. And I am a very picky person. Thank you so much ScottFor all of your help and delivering my car in mint condition!Everything went smoothly and The Maserati was exactly what I wanted. Was nervous Purchasing a car Through FaceTime and the phone, butScott did everything I asked, and took alot of time going over everything with me.. and the car was in pristine condition like he said. Even their delivery service is excellent. After receiving the car he still was a huge help I really appreciate great customer service thanks again for everything Christine Descetto.

Id be lying if I said I was excited to have my car serviced here. Ive owned BMWs for many years and getting them serviced was always a nightmare... but here I am taking a FERRARI to a MASERATI dealership. I was confident this was going to be a nightmare, but I had exhausted all other options, including having another exotic car specialist shop in the area cause thousands of dollars of damage while they tried to service it.So here I go... I show up and?well, the tech, aaron, actually came out and spoke to me- multiple times. About what was good, what was bad, what was needed, and what wasnt. Cheap? no, but expectations were set clear and the bill came a few bucks under the estimates. The service managers? were really helpful and very friendly from the time I got there to the time I left. I was kept in the loop, treated with respect, and all went well. The communication? wonderful. The experience in the dealership? Besides the coffee maker being out of order thanks to covid- wonderful.... and most importantly, the service? Great. Everything is working the way it should be and no damage or problems despite it being a nuanced vehicle. it is really clear their techs know how to work on cars (including a Ferrari). The moral of the story is that my fears were unwarranted, and this dealership service department is really good. Im thankful I was referred here by other area Ferrari owners so I dont have to ship my car back to Columbus like I did last year for service. On top of it all, I now have enough faith in the dealership that Im already starting to think towards purchasing a Maserati, because I know that the shop can support me and the car, which was a major concern of mine to picking up a Maserati in the past!

Took my Maserati in for the first annual service and the facility was disappointing. I recognize that things are different due to the virus. But, I had to wait for the car and there was no coffee, no bottled water even, the waiting area was not at all comfortable, and they didnt even wash the car before giving me the keys. Seems when you purchase a high end car and pay A LOT for basically an oil change, there should be better facilities and service. The folks I dealt with were nice, it was just the environment. Since I had to drive a ways to get there (I dont live in Cincy), Ill probably try a different Maserati dealer for the next service.

Everything about this place is GREAT other than when you need to get service done on your car. Dont get me wrong - the service itself is great and they know what theyre doing, but their punctuality and communication is a 1/5 at best. The first time I ever brought my Maserati in, it was about 9:00 AM. They said it will be done by noon, well give you a call. I didnt hear from them by noon, and I ended up calling them 30 minutes before they were CLOSING and said you guys are closing in 30 minutes and I was told my car would be ready at noon... can I come get it and they said oh yeah, we meant to call you, we didnt get to it today. We will do it tomorrow. They didnt reach out to me tomorrow, either. It was finally done the day after. So, a three hour job ended up getting done over 48 hours after.Ive brought it in twice since, and similar things have happened. Tomorrow will mark 1 week with my car there. They will not reach out to you with updates, you have to call them yourself. It turns out my car needed a new part, and thats why its taking this long, but I didnt find that out until it had already been there for 4 days. I called them twice to get an update but they said our technician is busy, whats your number and he will call you right back... I never got a call back either time. One time my car was ready for pickup but they didnt even tell me until I called them and asked! I could go on, but you get the point! All in all, they are very nice, very good at fixing the car, the buying experience is great, and they have a good selection. But if you ever need service, no matter what it is, you can expect to be without a car for a week.

I called this place to buy a bike rack for a Levante. parts person was very rude and hung up the phone after saying CANT help you! after me telling him I was calling from Albuquerque NM. Also left message for parts mgr who did not call me back .maybe they need geography lesson to knownew mexico is part of USA. Maserati of Scottsdale AZ was way more helpful. I normally do not post reviews but this place deserves this one.

After buying from Volvo from Westchester the other store they have no more lease deals 0 money down, we ran across a ad for a Range Rover SuperCharged being in the business it was a bit over priced but a perfect example of a as new Range Rover Supercharged as you could get I had to agree with the Sales manager choice of keeping it to retail found very little wrong with it after purchase and I can say it’s now a perfect example for sure 0 problems but of course having restoration service and repair of many cars and 4X4s of Land Rover and many other makes and models cars and off road vehicles before this dealership even was in business I was able to catch a coolant clamp line clamp a left rear tail light that took in water in as soon as you ran it in mikes car wash a loose intake air hose do to over tighten clamp 1 left and right rear door rear rubber seals and a very needed replaced cabin air filter air filter seals for the cabin air filter box also engine air cleaner and 2 rear hatch shocks that could really hurt you if that hatch came down on your head that was a easy spot as it did try to drop and oil was all over the rear hatch rod showing needed replacement but how ever I did receive a 1,200.00 discount which almost to the pennes covered the cost of the work needed if you could do it yourself if not this could have cost on a retail about 3,500,00 in retail repairs either way was a great deal do to the overall condition of the Range Rover Supercharged I would put it against a new one and for the money you would have to be crazy to buy a new one, when you can get a used one as almost new as new can get Being in the business the short inspection gave me a heads up so nothing was a real surprise I would recommend to anyone buying a used car warranty or not to have pre purchase inspection on any vehicle from anyone, these repairs may have been alarming to someone else but do to the deal and condition it, it was a great deal with or with out the items in needed of repaired at the time of purchase I am happy with Porsche Maserati Volvo of the Village

I had a battery problem with my Ghibli. Ryan and Chris were helpful. Steve was the mechanic who worked on my car. They couldn’t figure out the issue with my battery drain. Their service and labor is pricey. I couldnt get a loaner vehicle as I had GEICO insurance. I am bit disappointed but the staff was friendly and responsive.

I leased a Maserati from them. . I was sold on the great service they provide. I took my car back for a servise and the experience in the front desk was not that good. It is not the kind of experience you can expect from a dealer who sells high end cars. As a loaner they did not provide me with any comparable car that other high end dealers provide. Instead the provided me wth a small Toyota corolla. My lease is coming due soon but I will not be going there for a new car ever again. .
