Accidently ordered 2 of the same part instead of 2 different parts, realized immediately after placing order, sent 2 separate emails and got no response. Due to a system/email error of some type, the emails were not being sent or forwarded to the right person. Afterwards, they reached out and offered to send the other component that was needed. Note: Parts ordered a Wednesday (after hours), labeled for shipping Friday, picked up by carrier next business day, and delivered, so only a week to receive, not bad

I have used Kings Toyota parts three times with great results. The service is great the parts are good quality. I do not give good reviews often but Kings has earned it.

I bought something from this location as a Christmas present and had it set to ship to another location (other than my billing address) to avoid prying eyes. It was shipped to the incorrect address which is a shame as the recipient is the only one with a Toyota vehicle - making it obvious. I cannot yet speak the the part sent but I am disappointed with the shipping.

Horrible go there to get my car serviced get told the battery is bad very bad go to my dads friends who is a mechanic and told my battery is in very good shape hate them wont be getting my car serviced there no more
