I needed replacement clamps for a tonneau cover I bought from another vendor 6 years ago. These guys had exactly the parts I needed, in stock.

I recently purchased a service body for my 2008 F250, the scheduling process was a little rough due to set backs on the installation side of the process. But my problem is that when I picked up my truck I found that items I had stored behind the rear seats in the cab were pulled out and pilled on the rear floor of the truck, the trucks jack was also loose and lying on the floor. I have an electric sliding rear window that has not worked correctly since I got my truck back and I found scratches on the rear window on the outside of the truck. I emailed pictures of all my concerns to Ray who was the sales man and my contact at Kaffenbarger and he has not contacted me in any way.

Always good service even during the pandemic they have been consistent for me over the past 5 years.

This business is great. Just from calling to ask about a part. Raymond was super fantastic in helping me. Everyone here is eager to help as well as very nice. I ordered a part, he got it in two days. They also helped me and installed my part. I would recommend this place for great parts and great service. Raymond your great.

My boss and I wanted to get shelving installed early July 2020 however they need time to order parts. So we wait a week and then when the parts come in nobody is available to install them for the next 2-3 weeks. Fine, so we schedule for a monday to drop off my vehicle. I take the day off work and was told the vehicle would be finished by the end of the day. My boss called the shop to see how things are going and they acted as if everything was fine until later near 4pm we find out they have even started assembling the shelving! After talking to a manager we find out that the owner was on vacation and had a fleet of trucks he wanted his crew to work on before anything else gets done despite us scheduling 3 weeks ahead of time. I waited 3 weeks, took the day off work, and spent several hours driving to Kaffenbarger only to get snubbed because someone else was offering more money. This place does NOT see customers only $$$. The owner is a disgrace.

I have to put my review right at the top of the best experience I have ever had. We bought our salt spreader at lease a month ago, so to be ready when the snow did come, well it came, and turns out I needed a bigger one, so I called them, without so much even a question, they let me return and upgrade to the correct one for my size property (Herb) was right on top of it with perfect service! If you want great service go to them, you wont go wrong!! Thanks Herb and Travis!!

These guys are fantastic. Always knowledgeable, personable and willing and eager to help! They have installed a ladder rack for me, and repaired another one. There is very little down-time with my business when dealing with them. Herb, Raymond and Joe are great to work with, thanks guys!

From the second I walked through the doors until I picked up the truck, I was an inconvenience to the people in service. The guy was rude as hell when I dropped it off and the same guy was rude as hell when I called to check on the truck. Luckily for me he wasn’t there when I picked it up.
