Called at 8 am on a Monday morning, They got me in three hours later for a complementary oil change. I didn’t purchase my car from this location, but they still treated me very well. Todd, the advisor, called me within an hour and a half of dropping my car off. Definitely prefer this location. Staff was very helpful, prompt, and professional. Now considering their flexible payment plans to get all of the blows and whistles on my new car- will be back!

My Mazda needed a few recalls to be serviced and we came to this location. I was told that my vehicle would be done in a day and it has been a week and still no repairs have been done to my vehicle. I kept getting the runaround apart parts arriving and I just didnt feel like they didnt really value me as a customer because my repairs were through a recall. Never will come to them again.. Highly disappointed

Might be the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Took so long for them to send me paper work on my financing that the temp tags are about to expire before the plates have come in. Been waiting on plates for two weeks now, since signing paperwork. Sales associate says one of the finance guys is going to email me temp tags to print out. Still waiting on that. Call in, they send me to a finance manager, i explain the situation and he laughs and says i can’t help you with that. Let me send you to someone who can. Forwards me to the sales reps voicemail that I’ve been working with. Absolutely useless.
My husband and I worked with Eric. He was great. We ended up trading in a truck for a Jeep and Eric made the process so easy. We were there under 3 hours (test drive included). Last time we purchased a car elsewhere we were there over 5 hours so we were very appreciative it didnt take that long. Everyone we spoke with was super friendly. Definitely recommend.

I would avoid having your vehicle serviced here. Ive had 2 negative experience with service techs stripping bolts and breaking seat belt tensioner.Edit: Am I going to get another phone call from the service manager telling me to go to another dealer or was that the call you were referring to?
This is my seventh new vehicle purchase and by far one of the easiest and most pleasant. The salesperson, Jason Vaughn, quickly provided me with the out the door price, with none of the let me talk to my boss nonsense. The only car sales gimmick is the non-delete-able TruCoat option. (fans of Fargo know what I mean) It used to be nitrogen in the tires but this makes the dealer more money, I guess. He immediately knocked down from $500 to $300 when I whined about it! The important thing is the bottom line was about what I expected to pay after doing extensive research. When it came to finishing up with the finance guy, once again it was smooth and easy with no pressure to buy the extended warranty, etc. The gas tank was full and I hit the road! I highly recommend this dealership and would have given 5 stars except for the TruCoat.
Talked with Ben in service to schedule an oil change on my 2019 Mazda3. What can I say but Jake Sweeney Mazda is the best service department I have dealt with in Cincinnati. The Starbucks coffee in the lounge was a nice touch too!
Communication, repairs in a timely fashion and costumer service could be improved.I was very dissatisfied with my experience with Jake Sweeney Mazda. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2015 and never have I experienced such poor costumer service. It took over a month to repair my car.. every time I called to check up on my vehicle I was placed on hold for 15 minutes at a time. Yesterday, I asked the service “manager” for a discount. He simply took off $60 from my original $1,000 plus bill. He might as well spit in my face. He claimed they tried to notify me that my car was finished 2 weeks ago... I never received an Email, text or phone call. I told this “manager” that I’ll be taking my business else where if he doesn’t compensate me for my troubles. He still only offered to take off $60... I wouldn’t take my pogo stick to get repaired here. DO NOT GO HERE.

Looking at a car that is listed for $16,750 and asked for the out the door price. Came to almost $20,000. They want to add a “mandatory” $1,600 protection package that they sell on all cars and that “most dealerships do something similar to protect their vehicles.”Gross sales tactic. Glad I didn’t opt to drive over.

As the work progressed, he followed up with phone calls and texts to keep me up to speed on the progress. The work was completed in time, and I highly recommend their service department.
Buying from Jake Sweeny was a great experience. I walked in with a monthly payment in mind and when I met with Marty he did not try to up sell me at all. When I told him my price he went to the back and got to work with the sales manager to get the price lowered to what I wanted to pay. After I agreed to that price I met with Micheal in Finance and he was able to get me a better offer than what I agreed to on the sale floor! Great service that really try and get you the car you want for the price you want.
I take my RX7 here and have had nothing but A+ experiences. These guys know their cars better than any other shop Ive been to, and theyre always extremely thorough and considerate. Ill be bringing my car here for as long as it runs.

Came in to buy a car and the sales representative was so rude that we just walked out. No skin off my back though, I bought the same car from a different location at a better price. They had a 2017 CX 5 listed at 23k and when I asked about the out the door price it was almost 28k because of fees. Im not sure who would purchase a car under these conditions.

I came to buy a car : they treated me very good, it’s my second vehicle here - I ended up buying it used .We agreed on some repairments, and when I went to get it polished, all the marks, and scatches of chipped paint became VERY visible . I preceded to speak to Jason & Tony, whom Tony responded “ what was I expecting buying a used car” . Then sent me to speak to Jason ( the Salesman), and we made a estimate- that would cost $3,000 to fix.. When I returned to speak to Jason, they told me they would fix . Yet, it was only a small touch up, which I do not considered a fix but a cheap cover up .~ I am very unhappy with this shop. I let them know my thoughts as well. Do not recommend to buy ‘used’ vehicles here.

My apologies... I was at Jake Sweeney Dodge, not Mazda.The people are great to work with. But the people working on my car did not do what was on the paperwork. I specifically asked them to check the tire pressure, which I thought they would automatically do with an oil change or the tire rotation. The service desk person had to do the work. Kudos to him.

Beware - the price they advertise or negotiate to does not include almost $1,200 of dealer add-ons that they try and sneak in at the last minute. This includes $899 environmental protection assurance package which they wont budge on including - so really should be upfront about including it in price! Ridiculous old-school dealer tactics - misleading in the sense that they agree a price but dont disclose they will be adding these costs - thereby wasting your time as the deal falls through - or your money if you accept the add-on! How can a dealer that operates this way possibly be trusted?

I’ve been coming to Jake Sweeney Mazda in Tri-county for the last 5 years to get my car serviced, and a year ago I bought a CPO MAZDA3 from them. I have to say, the service department gets 5/5 stars but I’ll only give 2/5 for the sales department. First off, the price of the car at the dealership was more expensive than on their website. I called them on this and they made many excuses before ultimately reducing the price. The bigger issue is these guys will tell you anything to sell you a car. When I looked under the hood the battery had corrosion everywhere. I asked for a new battery and they first tried telling me the corrosion only looked bad but everything was fine. I demanded a new battery as a condition of the sale and they eventually agreed, then later I came to find they only cleaned the old one and it failed an inspection the next time I took it in so I had to replace it. To top it off, the car I bought also comes with a $300 “Environmental Protection Warranty.” I told the sales manager I did not want that and he said that sealant was already applied to the car so there was “no way [he] could legally not charge [me] the $300 for it,” which obviously makes no sense. He then told me that my car would be detailed once every year for 3 years under this warranty I was paying for, so I bought the car. This turned out to be completely false, as I was told today when I took it in to get detailed a year after I purchased it. Lesson learned: get everything in writing. Jake Sweeney, it’s really not OK to just make stuff up to close a deal.
The staff is very kind when doing business with me. I’ve been very happy with the service at Sweeney Mazda. The only thing that could make the experience better is a complimentary wash, vacuum and quick dusting. My previous car was an Acura and they did that. It might not have always been the most thorough job but it was nice. Over all I am very happy with the service at Sweeney!

After sitting for hours, supposedly waiting for a bank to respond, I had to literally find someone to check the status of the loan application. After being told multiple times, how it usually takes this long, they realized THEY HADNT EVEN SUBMITTED IT YET! So, needless to say, we left and got much better service at another dealership. Walked out in about an hour or so as the new owners of a Lincoln MKX.
The package oil change/rotation seems very reasonable priced. I especially recommend them over a 3rd party if you are a jeep owner.

Jason was able to find the exact car at a sister branch of their dealership and had the car dilevered to the store in about an hour, fully washed and detailed!I cannot thank Jason enough for making the process so easy and being honest every step of the way. I had a great experience with service on my Mazda at Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri-County this week. Communication was great and service was fast and fairly reasonably priced. Ben was very knowledgeable and obviously passionate about Mazdas. I will definitely be back!
If you go to this dealership, hopefully they don’t waste your time as much as they wasted mine. I first stopped in on a Saturday, I didn’t have an appointment, but they had a used car I was interested in, so I thought I’d go look at it. I thought things were going well, and it felt like the test drive was just beginning as we had circled the dealership, but the salesman had me pull back in to the dealership after driving a USED car for a whopping 5 minutes. I asked “Is that it?” wondering what the point of even driving for 5 minutes was, and it was. I tried to indicate how serious I was about the car, but to no avail. I left annoyed that I had just wasted my time. I got three emails after my first visit and one person didn’t even bother to fill in what car I looked at in their template email, but they said that they would “…Love the opportunity to make it up to me,” for my poor experience. I was still interested in the car, so I stupidly set up an appointment to go look at it. I got pre-approved for a loan the next week and was ready to buy. I even got an email to confirm that I was coming in the day of my appointment, and I replied that I was.I drove for 30 minutes to the dealership and when I arrived, the car wasn’t out front like they said it would be, but at this point, I was unsurprised. Then, when I walked in, the salesman was talking to someone else and I had to wait for them to finish. Finally, when they were finished, he said he’d go get the keys, and at this point you can probably guess what happened, they had already sold the car. Now, I’m not upset that they sold the car, that would be unreasonable, I’m upset that apparently no one communicates at this place and they have no respect for their customers. Thank you, Jake Sweeney Mazda, for wasting my time twice, and to whoever at the dealership reads this, don’t even bother asking me to call to make it up to me, I will never do business with any of your dealerships.
Ive bought two cars here (so far) from my main man Keith. Today I had my first service appointment - Ben was great. The service was fast and thorough. Ive always felt like they staff here would go out of their way to make sure I had a great experience.
I live out of state and saw a Mazda3 for a beyond reasonable price with low miles on it. They went above and beyond to send the car to me and answered all of my questions regarding the vehicle. Wonderful Company and I highly recommend salesman Greg Fails to anyone wanting to give them a call. He broke it down for me and made all the paperwork very easy to understand. They dont try to hustle you at all like other dealers. Made the purchase of my car very enjoyable.

I thought everyone was so helpful and kind. I have not purchased a new vehicle since September of 2001. So, it has been awhile since Ive been at a dealership. Everyone from the salesperson, finance department & the parts department answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything about my new 2018 Mazda 3. Keith Jenkins, my salesperson, took time to show me all the features of my new car before I drove off the lot.
Their service is good, but they often try to get you to pay for things you dont really need. Like they recommend you get your brake fluid changed after just 35,000 miles, same with throttle body service, both costing ~$100 when the maintenance manual says nothing about these. They also try to get you to change your oil every 5,000 miles when the manual says 7,500 is fine. So just be aware of what you actually need done on your car based on your manual, or based on actually inspecting things like your brake fluid.
My experience with Jake Sweeney Mazda was nothing short of amazing. Since my mother back in January of 2018 had purchased her Mazda CX 5, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and friendliness that this location showed and continues to show to this day. My salesperson Brian Gaynor went, and continues to go above and beyond to make sure my experience was a good and memorable one. As Brian was speaking to my mother and I, we both had felt like we were talking to a friend and not just a salesperson who was just out to make a buck. We were discussing video games and tv shows like Doctor Who, which my mother loves. Thanks to Brian and Jake Sweeney Mazda, I am now the proud owner of Tiffany, the name of my new Mazda6. Because of your level of professionalism exhibited by your salespeople and willingness to develop long lasting relationships with your customers, my mother and I will always bring in our cars to get their scheduled maintenance work done and follow the advice given to us from this location, knowing that this location has our best interest in mind now and in the future. Great service . Terry Owens did a great job taking care of us. We were able to get into the cars we wanted without any hassle. The whole Mazda team was great! Will definitely come back again!
They was able to get me right in and take care of my maintenance on the Jeep. The waiting room is a nice area where I could relax while they did their work.
