I went here to get my Gladiator lifted, because of all the positive buzz about it. I was not disappointed, they took care of everything and were able to work with my schedule. Very excited about the lift and they will definitely will be shop I go to for anything else.

The guys here are passionate about the off-road industry and are always more than ready to offer their knowledge and suggestions. They also keep a lot of product in stock. I was looking for some shocks that were on backorder from the supplier and HighLift Offroad had them sitting on their shelves.

We got a best top nx glide from them last week. We were worried about the timing. They got it in and installed it at a very very reasonable price. Then after a week we went back to see person to person how to take it down and back up. Chris was so very helpful and very patient with us and showed us whatever we needed to know. If I could I would give this place more than five stars thank you.

Recently had some work done on my Jeep. They were very knowledgeable and ordered what I wanted. They were able to install it in about 30 minutes. Very happy overall.

Update: Mostly finished up my JT now, and this time we created a monster. They know how to do it and do it right. From mild to wild..HighLift did a great job on my Jeep JL (and multiple other vehicles for that matter at this point), installed a lift/wheels/tires and a few other items. Really love the Jeep now, it made a world of difference. It is always great when you find a place with people that are passionate about what they are doing, it shows in the work they do!!Originally found HighLift when looking for a quality lift for my F150, and this is now the only place I would ever take a Jeep or Truck to be modified or fixed.

I have had my 2014 Wrangler worked on by Highlift a handful of times, and have been to a few of their events. All of their staff treat you like family and are always willing to share knowledge or advice. The pricing is fair for the quality of the products they use and the work that they do. I recommend them to everyone I wheel with or those who just want some upgrades. They will not steer you wrong. They are the only place I will take my Jeep.

Hired this business to replace my front coil overs and rear shocks on my 4Runner about 6 months ago. Not only did they sit on my car for 2 weeks without any updates, they charged me $700 more than originally quoted and argued with me that I was being unreasonable. Also, don’t expect a call back. I had to physically drive to the shop during business hours to talk to someone because no one would call me back.Sadly I just got an annual vehicle safety check performed on my car and I am now also finding that they reinstalled my shocks incorrectly and that my front right wheel has been loose this whole time.They incorrectly installed a washer on the upper control arm spindle that prevented it from seating all the way. For those that know cars, this could have catastrophic consequences if this bolt were to shear on the highway.Additionally, they used 3 extra washers as spacers to install my right rear shock without telling me, at any time, that the install was out of specification. It’s currently tight, but it’s obviously not designed to be installed this way.Do business with these guys at your own risk. See attached pictures.

I have not yet done business with them yet but my Dad does and he likes them. I stopped tonight and looked around. Pretty good stock of mostly Jeep parts but they said they can get stuff for my Toyotas. Lots of cool wheels on the walls and many service bays in back.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. First, their patience, I had never lifted a Jeep before and Mike and Chris took the time to explain things to me and my sons so that we would be ecstatic with the build (which we are). Second, their workmanship. The pride and dedication they put into their work to make sure it is done right is evident. My Jeep looks amazing and rides better than it did when it was stock. Third, their professionalism, they never tried to upsell me, Mike always said, here are the options, this one is this much, this one is that much etc. He gave me the pros and cons of all options. Sometimes I settled on the more expensive, sometimes I didnt. To me, the biggest compliment is a repeat customer, well, my wife at some point will get hers lifted and you can bet these guys will do it. Finally, about 3 hours after I picked it up, they called to make sure I was satisfied, THAT is customer service! Thanks again Mike and Chris!!!!

Really helpful group of guys thatll get u set up the right way

Been to the shop several times. Any questions or things I want Michael, Sam and the rest of the crew are all in. From a simple look over for a trail ride to parts I need or recommend. Top notch crew.

My truck was there once and they couldnt find tie rod ends for it, I called Pro Comp and the part number in two minutes. I then scheduled it back in for an alignment only to have my appointment canceled the day before I was supposed to drop it and given a new appointment option for two weeks later. Very disappointed, I thought I had found a good place for my lifted truck service but it didnt work out. Unless you have a Jeep find another shop!Full disclosure...your sales guy tried to tell me I needed a complete new lift and the mechanic told him no! I did replace the rack and pinion bushings in 4 hrs, not the 14 quoted and Pro Comp gave me the new part number from the old part number you gave me. I was also told by your guys they could not get replacements. Thats why I didnt have you change them. I also called last Thursday to schedule the alignment and got no call back after I was told I would. I scheduled the alignment on Monday and by Wednesday you are so far behind that 2 weeks out is the soonest possible appointment. I believe the mechanic I dealt with is excellent and honest not confident in the rest after all that.

So we had a few hiccups in the process, but the customer service was amazing things have been worked out. And most importantly I‘m super amazingly over the moon happy with the end result!!!! Thank you guys so much for putting up with me and all my indecisiveness and for not telling me to just go somewhere else. Can’t wait to have more done to my Jeep!!!!

Ordered a part on 21 November and paid for Priority Mail Express. Nothing happened that day, so I waited until Monday to see about the order. Got told that my payment was recieved and that I would receive a call once he had heard back from the online manager. Ended up having to call back after not hearing from them the rest of the day only to be told again that he was waiting to hear back from the online manager. Still did not hear back from them, but my package finally shipped out that night...to the store in Ohio, not to my mailing address. Called and was told that they are waiting to determine if theyre going to mail it out or not. I still have not recieved a call on Id the product.... That I paid for....is going to be shipped out to me or not. So not only did I waste money on Priority shipping but also on a product that I may or may not receive at some point. At the moment I am not happy with this company. They do not return phone calls or emails ever.

Highlift is absolutely great from the front end people to the techs in the back. The staff out front will discuss your build and recommend the proper equipment for what degree of offroading you are wanting to do. After you decide on your upgrades, the Techs in the shop will perform the work with great attention to detail. Have been the shop a few times now. Each time I have been greeted and treated excellent by Mike and his staff. Have purchased shocks, lift, and my front bumper from them. Each time not only were the prices better than everyone in town but they actually had them on hand. Some time this year I’ll be having my regear done I’ll be back for that as well.

Absolutely love this place. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. If you have a 4x4 and looking for mods- this is the place to go. Reasonable prices and quick turnaround. Took my Jeep for a lift, tires, wheels (added paint match details), rock rails, winch, steering stabilizer, auxillary unit and LED headlight install. She looks beautiful! Window tint, fender flares and muffler next. Havent found anything these guys cant do!

Been here several times and they always go out of there way to get my parts quick and fix my jeep right the first time.

This is a small company who is out to get your money. I took my tuck to them, to possibly have my shock and struts replace after they look at my truck they said it needed a new lift which was not true. ( after having two mechanic look at pics I had taken, while the truck was at their shop). well after receiving my truck back I notice some damage done to the bumper and scratches on the truck and of course they denied it. finally had to get a lawyer involved. and you know the story. FYI got my bumper fix. be careful.

I had Mike and his team put in my Rock Krawler XFactor kit and do some work on my JLUR steering. They did a fantastic job. I felt so comfortable that I ordered and had them install a front bumper and a few different add-ons..
