I called and talked to the parts department to order a part for my car and they told me they had it in stock. 30 minutes later, I showed up to pick it up and they told me that they didnt have the part I just called in. I tried explaining to them that I just called 30 minutes ago and they said that they had it, but none of them seemed to care and just started ignoring me. I felt like no one there cared about there job and they were very unprofessional. I will definitely not go back to them in the future.

Service was just mediocre this time...(i paid for a tire rotation but didnt receive it i also noted that my theft deterrent light appeared on my dash)...fortunately i figured out myself the remedy for that...

I ordered a part from the website That said the part was in stock so I called to make sure it was in stock so I could just pick up the part locally and they told me I had to order through the website and they would get it in 2days and I could pick it up. The payment has to go through PayPal the payment went through the following day. So I called the parts department 3 days later to see if the part came in yet and they said they didn’t even order yet and they go ahead and order it today and I could pick it up next week. 2 days turns to 6 days. I could have ordered it from 100’s of other sites online and probably had it faster.
They advertise products they don’t sell. Take your money. Very shady company. Would not recommend
Staff broke a piece in my car and I was told that I could purchase a new one for $100. It wasnt broke when I dropped the car off so why is it my responsibility? There was another man complaining about his truck being all scratched and marked up too.
I am very satisfied with Autumn with the Jake Sweeney team. After several upsets with other dealers, Autumn definitely met my expectations and did a fantastic job in assisting me with the purchase. Living 500 miles away, she made it as if it was a local purchase.

I ordered a part before realizing there was a fix. I called and asked the order be put on hold as I wanted to make sure the fix worked. I got the ok then the part was delivered anyway. Watch out for these guys... they have a 15 day return policy which is not clear when you submit a return request on their site. Also charged me a core fee which was not on the invoice!

I ordered parts on a Sunday on Tuesday I got a email they shipped a week later I got another email wanting me to respond about my experience. I am in the trucking business and when someone says shipped that means in transit not delivered to location.It would have been much better if it was stated that way.
