I want to give a shout out to the females working in there. Those girls know what they are doing and are always friendly and professional. I went in there today and she helped me and had me out the door with in five minutes. I love this location!

Not 1 star from me! Extremely rude any and every time i need to stop there twice a week. Ive never been treated with friendly service. Never been greeted coming in the store. The manager has the worst service skills. And the team members follow. Its the only Auto zone near my area. I dread every time i have to go there. Its very hurtful to get such low end service when i spend my hard earn dollars with that location. They are THE ABSOLUTE WORST

Long slow line. Asked for battery test, clerk said he would be right out but instead moved to other customers. Go elsewhere, this location is a disaster every time and by now I should have learned to avoid it

I visited store #702 3146 Reading Rd Cincinnati, OH 45229 on 10/1/2020. I was greeted by Dasia and needed to buy a new low beam headlight. She was extremely prompt and courteous, ensuring I had the right product and even taking a few minutes to help install it correctly (I was unable to fit my hand into the compartment without disassembling the light fixture with a socket wrench). I am a doctor and my free time is limited, and I am profoundly grateful for Dasias help. I will be returning to this store and recommending it to my friends and colleagues.

Ive been coming to this AutoZone for years off and on, and theyve always had what I needed.Today its a different story the computer said they had the item in stock, but we could not find it on the floor.He said maybe its in the truck and theyve been busy today.The good thing was customer service was fair I was in there so long scanning the shelf, I had to use the restroom and they let me use it.

The people behind the counter acted very distanced. Like they couldnt see me. Had problems using the cash register . They didnt apply my purchase to my rewards card.

These guys were awesome: they listened effectively to my problem, even though the store was very busy, and provided two excellent solutions for me. I never felt rushed or like I was being a burden, and I appreciated their kindness a lot. This is my new favorite auto parts store .

For the most part the manager that helped me was nice and friendly but his employee I spoke with before him he was a older gentleman and he was just so rude like he was walking away from me as I was trying to talk to him and ask him a simple question and his response was someone at the front could help you with that I just felt that was rude and he needs to work on his customers service skills because it needs a lot of work...if you dont like working with the public find another job

I go to this Auto Zone because its close to me and they are very helpful to the needs of their cousmer.

Friday morning ordered a part fuel pump which cost over 300$. Was told by manager Mark Smith that it would arrive by 12p Saturday. He also said hed give me a call when it arrived. That was the plan, to pick up part then take to my mechanic, who had blocked off this day to do repairs. At noon on Saturday, I called and spoke to a woman who didnt bother looking to see if my order had arrived, but informed me that all orders dont come in until 3pm. So, at 3pm, I called and spoke to Curtis, who said it was there at 1st, but then recanted and said it wasnt there. He told me another shipment was coming in at 5pm. I wasted the entire afternoon calling this store to be told again by Curtis it wasnt there, and to check tomorrow for a one time Sunday delivery. A few minutes later, he called back to say it was there, just never checked or opened by the 5 people working, including Mark Smith, who never bothered to instruct his staff to check incoming orders. I wasted an entire day due to the incompetence of the staff at this store. After I received my package, I entered the FedEx tracker number and was told it was delivered at 1130 am. Dont bother ordering, or expect decent service at this location, as theyve proven they really are just too lazy to do their jobs. I will never spend a dime at Auto Zone again. Requested that the lady rep ( short, white lady, brunette hair pulled back in a ponytail... sorry, did not get her name) check my battety due to the car not starting at times..she checked the battery and found a screw that had been placed in the post of the battery that had obviously been put there by the dealer when I took the car in for repairs!! Thank you Auto Zone!

This location is not clean, they dont have good service and the parking lot mechanics are a nuisance!! Most locations are very helpful, clean and comfortable to go to. This location needs much better management to create a much better environment for customers.

Rude female manager. Was in on September 11@845 pm. Tried to return a battery I paid One Hundred and Fifty dollars for that I never used. She said I had and it had grease all on it. Basically scolded me for attempting to return it. I also had the receipt she never bothered to look at. I am extremely disappointed in Auto Zone and feel I have not gotten good customer service and out of 150 dollars for something I cant use.

Youve got to be kidding me. This place probably goes counter intuitive to the corporate look and feel. The young lady who clearly lets everyone know shes the manager probably needs a different assignment. Yelling at customers seems off, but then again maybe its their way of doing business.

Absolutely horrible! If I could give it negative stars I would! I bought a socket from this store, but the part ended up not fitting the tito I had. So, naturally I returned it. I had the receipt. They had already charged my card, but when I went back in they started statthey just cancelled the transaction and I would have to wait 3 days. I told the manager that I needed the correct socket to fix my car just so I could get home. The manager then proceeded to tell me I was causing too much drama, took $10 out of his pocket, THREW IT AT ME, and told me to leave his store. I wasnt even yelling. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my entire life! I would seriously suggest to anybody, DONT DO GO THIS STORE! I would drive 15 minutes out of my way if it means not dealing with such overwhelmingly rude people!

Speedy service. They were able to find the parts I needed in their system so quickly. Everything was in stock and they even carried my parts to my car for me!

Even having computer sitting right in front of them the employees still did not know what they were talking about. If you hire people to work at a parts place they should know a little bit of something about vehicles.

Those guys are 😎 cool .My Harley taillight blew a long lasting bulb and I complained that The 3157 long lasting bulbs are not . So he told me to use some grease and didnt charge me .The bulbs seem brighter and working sweetThsnk AZ

I like Auto Zone better than Advanced Auto because they give you a print out with your diagnostics scan. Advanced just tells you the codes or tells you to get a piece of paper and write them down. This is very inconvenient and not the best customer service. The Representative should write it down for you.

Waited more than ten minutes to get service at the register. At least two workers wandering around oblivious to customers. Another customer eventually sold me a gal of antifreeze from his trunk. Also, this location says they no longer loan tools--due to people not returning them. Poorly managed location.

Stopped by because I needed to have my wiper blades replaced. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. They changed my blades and I was on my way in a matter if minutes

Spend almost 200 on a battery on line came in and had the worse service ever....I was told I was going to have to wait to he felt like going to get it and it was 7:30 in the morning 11/9/17 it was like me and one other personi in there no reason I was told I was Going to have to wait to he felt like it when I spent 200 soon as they open the store I felt service should had been way better if this store wasn’t close to my house I would never go there again

Stood at the counter and was noticed multiple times. Not even a hello or a one second from an employee. On fact they did their best to avoid eye contact and pretend to be busy doing something else. I dont even leave reviews for places often but, after this experience I felt obligated to steer others away from here.
