Seems like the crew are soldiering thru shipping difficulties and possibly understaffed. Tha tires I ordered didn’t get here by appointment but Doc offered an alternative and I excepted. Took a day longer but I’m happy with the results. I got a level and 33” A/T on a 2016 2500HD. Doc is going to refund the difference. Rides straight and looks nice. Thanks 4WP crew for your efforts and craftsmanship.

Dropped my truck off before 9am to have air bags and. Front strut spacers put on … it’s now 5:30 and there just starting the alignment.. all day long I told them I have to be out of here before 5 to pickup my grandchildren… oh sure no problem he’s all most done since 2 pm … They close at 6pm how much do you want make a bet that is when my truck will be finished .. I have never seen anyone work as slow as these guys … Normally it’s a 3hour job with breaks they even had a lift in a air condition shop..I promise I will never return here or recommend them for anything .. I was going to buy a set of bumpers from here ….. Not now! Oh did I mention 2 guys were doing the job.I’m an aircraft mechanic for over 40 years I’ve worked on cars since I was 14. The only reason that I’m not doing the work is that I had an accident a permanently damaged my back, I have to walk with a cane. This is a new vehicle no rust or corrosion to deal with. I wonder how much these guys get paid? One last thing they was no other vehicles in the shop since before 1:30pm. It’s 6:10pm they just finished!

This place is a joke I ordered parts that take 2 weeks to get here come with no issues they take half of the payment for the parts and install which I’m fine with I call the day before to make sure everything is ok for install the next day and they say we’re all good. Then I get a call from someone 20 mins before they close and tell me they aren’t able to do it and don’t know when they can. I was literally going to have them install this then do a bed cover but I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one poor business practices to tell me you can do something then change 15 mins before I’m supposed To drop my truck off.

Came for a new tonneau cover and I was taken very good care of. Found the right one and got it ordered. Large selection and good prices. If you have the 4x4, they have all the accessories. Check em out

Ordered a product 3 weeks ago, still have no details when it will be available for pickup and the people answering phones have no clue and dont do any legwork to find out from the manufacturer when they product is shipping. Horrible customer service. They didnt delay on charging me the full amount prior to the product even shipping or being at the store, Ive never seen anything like it, thieves.

First off, if I could give negative stars I would. Stopped in on Saturday to purchase a solid fold tonneau cover for my truck. They told me it would be in on a transfer by Thursday and they just needed 50% down. Then said if there were any issues they’d give me a call. Well it’s Thursday and no phone call. So I called and there is no cover coming for me anytime soon. They knew it was needed for this weekend. The manager said I’d hear back within 30 minutes. That didn’t happen. I called back. He said he was crediting my cc and was sending me a credit receipt. Still waiting on that. My advice if you want a tonneau cover. Call Carls stereo first. They are getting one and installing it for me tomorrow!! Oh and the manager told me they have the most inventory in the country. If that’s true, why couldn’t I get what I needed when I needed it. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Great shop with nice prices on service! The staff is nice and helpful and try to go above and beyond with service. Something I would suggest is you come across a 4 Wheel Parts somewhere else go in a check it out since they are all different!

Never having been in this store and only on their website once, I did not know what to expect. They exceeded my expectations for service. I was looking for a light bar for my sxs and they found options, gave much wanted professional insight and helped me pick a great option. I will go back, for sure.

Needed tires fairly quickly for a build that’s currently taking place. Sold me the last set and stayed open a little longer due to me driving about 2 hours to come and pick them up. Price was average, but service was great. They even took the time to help me load them up in my jeep.Thank you guys!

Awesome experience getting new wheels mounted and my tires balanced. Staff was very friendly. Will be shopping here when we are ready for wheels/tires on our Gladiator!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The people at the store in Springdale were VERY dismissive. I called on a Saturday and was told a certain part was coming in on Tuesday. My wife called on Tuesday and confirmed it was there and they told her they would set it aside for us. I get there on Wednesday and they tell me the part is in but it’s been allocated to a different customer. I explained that I was that customer. They replied by telling me it was reserved for a different customer OTHER than me. Wasted my time going to the store to pick this up and they didn’t care at all. If/when I need to buy anything else I’ll spend more money JUST to avoid this place. I’m going to do everything I can to cancel another order I currently have with this company. I’ll never purchase anything from these people...EVER!

Did my research and found a set of roof crossbars for my vehicle. Could have had them delivered in 2 days with free shipping., but contacted 4WP because I wanted them to install them. Wanted to give them the opportunity to take care of everything. Called them on a Saturday, was told they had to contact their supplier the following week. Took 4 business days for them to verify that they could get the item thats listed on their website. Took another week for them to order it, without asking me what color I wanted. Another week later, and Im waiting for them to let me know if the roof rack has arrived, and when they can install it. I dont know that Ive ever had a business this uncommitted to taking care of their customers in a timely manner. Only reason Im giving them 2 stars is that Im hopeful the install will be adequate. Not holding my breath...

Ordered online recieved two items I ordered but took over a week its now been 3 weeks and still cant get an answer about my 3rd item and was hung up on when I called immediately as they answered. Will never order nor go in their store again.

I have purchased a bikini top, roll bar cover and a few miscellaneous parts for my 78 Jeep CJ. The top was in stock and the price was very competitive. The other items had to be shipped from different locations.In store has a lot of trick your Jeep or truck stuff. What people have to remember is it takes a lot money to stock a store with thousands of off road items, many which are model make and year specific. Some parts they have some they dontI cant comment on their service bay since I havent used it.Overall I believe they provide customers with numerous off road stuff just be prepared to possibly wait for it to get to yz

Most of the 5 star reviews sound like an they wrote them themselves. The 1 star reviews are more similar to my experience. Which is sad. Offroad 4 wheeling is a community and Ill be sure to divert my fellow off road friends from going here.

Simon (ext. 5317) was EXTREMELY helpful! I ordered a set of 4 wheels and tires and he made sure I got lug nuts that fit the wheels (they required a special shallow socket) and, even though they didnt have the wheels in stock, he had them drop-shipped at my house the next day free of charge! If I wasnt in such a hurry at the time, I wouldve had them mount/balance them before shipping. In the past, I had a mix-up with shipping regarding a leaf spring that UPS lost, but 4WP helped me get the missing part very quickly. Customer service is top notch! Drove an Hr and a half to a room full ppl standing around bullshitting. All work bays empty... No time to do a wheel tire package. Got there at 12:30 on a Sat. Closed at 3. Took my $2000 elsewhere. Wont be back to Cincinnati location... they dont want your business on Saturdays...

A little overpriced and be sure to buy parts directly from the store not online because they charge extra for install. however they are extremely friendly and really care about the work being done to your vehicle.

A little to high priced for what they do. I tried to buy a clutch, flywheel, gears, and track bar. they quoted me the price and in the labor they had 250$ to install the track bar. This is a 2 bolt install and it would already be on the rack. I get 20-50$ but 250 for a 200$ part seems a bit of a rip off.

Not happy at all with the work done on my 2017 f150 paid $739.00 for a aftermarket grill that was put on uneven. Think Ill have someone else fix there mistake. Changed my rating because they are making it right.will do business with them again in the future.

This will be a 2 part review, so please read till the end..I took advantage of the sale 4 wheel parts was having to order a new lift for my truck. I contacted 4 wheel parts via the number provided (not the store directly) and placed and order for a pro comp lift kit for a 2014 chevy. The ordering was easy, walked me through it, and I had my parts within 3 days. So took a Saturday off work, and tore apart my truck and spent all day installing new lift. Finished late that evening and drove it to the alignment shop. The drive was less than 5 miles, and the truck was all over the place and hard to steer.I receive a phone call from the alignment shop telling me they cant align my truck because it had the WRONG PARTS ON It!! I verified with my mechanic through the invoice that we had ordered the right parts, however, I was shipped parts for a 2016 chevy Silverado instead of 2014.I called the closest 4 wheel parts store and explained the situation and was told to come in and pick up the right part. So, I drive an hour to the closest shop to pick up parts....guess what...they dont have them, and had to order them in, and on top of that I had to put another $400 on my credit card to pay for the new ones until I returned the wrong parts. They did return the money as soon as I brought in the wrong parts.The staff at the Cincinnat store were great to work with! They understood the screw up, and did what they could to make it right. I still had to front the $400, but they covered the overnight shipping costs. They also said to come into the store the next time I wanted to place a large order and they would make sure it was correct.So basically, I was out 5 days without a truck. I ruined the brand new front tires I had put on, due to wrong part, and 4 hours of drive time for parts!! Lesson learned, next time I will drive to an actual store to place orders through them and not online.Online ordering = 1 starCincinnati 4 wheel parts staff =4 stars

Worst worst worst experience at on line ordering. They sent the wrong winch mount bracket kit. And havent responded to e mail or phone requests to get it corrected. Its been 15 days with nothing done. I will never buy any products from them again.
