Easy in, easy out. No hassle from the sales team and no hassle from the finance team. They were quick and did not push for extended warranties or extra features. Well done.
The problem with combining a Genesis dealer with that of a Hyundai, is that the Genesis owner is treated like that of Hyundai. The waiting room for service is shabby.. stained rugs, worn out furniture, no complimentary water, bar toilet, old school coffee pot.Secondly, I’ve had to waiting forever for a loaner while my g90 is being serviced, then They squeeze me in a small car. Never had these situations with Lexus, bmw, or Audi.
I cant say enough good things about Columbia Hyundai, my car buying experience was the easiest I have ever had. Jack McFarland is the best dealer I have ever known. Absolutely no pressure. I told him what I was looking for and he delivered! He was knowledgeable and prompt in returning emails and texts. Most important, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!!
Columbia Hyundai exceeded my expectations in sourcing and purchasing my 2022 Tucson Hybrid. John McFarland worked a great deal and Julio my salesperson was exceptional. I have purchased from Columbia Acura before and had a great sales experience. It’s nice to know that their Hyundai store is equal in all respects. I look forward to buying again in the future.
Ok I understand I have to go back to my dealer for certain services, HOWEVER I was thoroughly disappointed with minor damage to my license plate after I drove home. All of my repair work was done under the hood, HOW do you damage the REAR LICENSE PLATE.. I am very upset right now.. AND Lastly no one told me BEFORE I left. I will NEVER BUY HYUNDAI AGAIN! Thanks guys..
Talk about an easy to do business with dealership. I was in and out with the best price in town without any haggling. These guys were great!
The face of the dealership is often the person who answers the phone. Unfortunately, the person on the phone today was rushed and rude. Put me on hold six times, often placed on hold while I was still talking and in mid-sentence . Even after the call bounced back to her several times, made no effort to connect my call other than cutting me off and putting me on hold again. Was irritated when I asked to get someone rather than another hold. Don’t even know if the service department is good or not - I will not be coming back.
My wife and I are both in our late eighties so we have visited and purchased many autos. Visiting Columbia Hyundai was the best experience yet. We purchased a 2022 Tuscan which is one fantastic SUV. The staff was very courteous and hepful from the time we walked in the door. Our sales person, Ken Ogden did a wonderful job of explaining all of the features of this SUV. We highly recommend Ken and other staff at this dealership.Don Fender
Easy dealership to buy a vehicle from. Dean and Jeremy were wonderful salesmen and did not pressure my wife and I at all. We got a great price on our Kona, and are very happy we came here!
They did my oil change as quickly as possible with the amount of cars they had.I own a 21 veloster N DCT and unfortunately the oil was spilled on top of the engine cover and it didnt look that good. This is their performance car and it seemed like it was treated less than ideal. I get it, Im a mechanic myself and dont always make the cleanest repair. A good clean of the cover wouldve gone a long way.I will bring it back to them for all future repairs as long as my experience stays great.Edit: Rating went from 4 to 5 stars as they quickly and effortlessly provided a solution to my problem and I was seriously blown away. I will absolutely come back.
I always get quick efficient service at Columbia Hyundai.Service advisors are knowledgeable and honest.
This was BY FAR THE BEST new car buying experience Ive had... EVER!! It was so fast & painless I couldnt believe it!! Ken Ogden was a GREAT salesman & I will NEVER go anywhere else as long as I live!! I will share my KUDOS with all my friends, relatives & neighbors!! Columbia Hyundai is NUMERO UNO in my book!!! Thanks Ken & Eric, and my CUZ, Jamie!!
Very Poor Experience !They did really good job of finding me vehicle from another dealer, however the agent wanted me to come as per his availability and not mine. Moreover I was not given basic information about car during keys hand off and no celebration. I paid amount and keys was handed to me thats it, disappointed with Hyundai and dealership.
Great people, good service, for since 2001 (Accent then Elantra). Completely satisfied and my next car will be the higher-end model.
I have had my car serviced at Columbia Hyundai for 11 years. They have always been resonably priced, and have never done any unnecessary repairs. Its a good feeling to have confidence in a car dealership.
Great experience thanks to our salesman Tom Martin, who provided an exceptional service and customer care during our leasing process at Columbia Hyundai.
Dealership was clean and tidy. Every salesman I saw was attentive and friendly. I saw active cleaning of chairs and surfaces. The whole dealership and purchase experience was very laid back, not high-pressure at all
I made an appointment for an oil change even though I was told I didn’t need one. When I show up to that appointment, I’m told I will have to wait two hours because they are busy with walk ins and would not prioritize me. Terrible way to do business.
Julio understood what I was looking for and showed me the possibilities clearly, quickly and attentively, I am happy with my vehicle! I definitely recommend the agency and its staff.
The sales team has a very laid back attitude and it seems that they dont want to sell their inventory. In addition the team is pretty rude and they dont know how to handle customers.
Our salesman Julio Abanto was the best by far, he explained every feature til we got the functions down, highly recommend him, Iam not kidding he was exceptional
I have always had prompt efficient service. They dont try to have you get service items you dont need every time you are there. They give you what you ask for.
Really nice people in the service department at Columbia Hyundai. The sales people are great as well.
Our buying experience at Columbia Hyundai has been exceptional.Julio Abano treated us courteously and professionally. John Mc Farlan directs an outstanding group/dealership. This is our second Hyundai and will certainly be our go to place in the future.
Would not recommend for repairs. I took my Hyundai here for a repair quote for a bad tire pressure sensor & a broken back windshield wiper arm. I was quoted $1,100.00 dollars for this service. They were for sure trying to take advantage of me. Completely outrageous. They also told me more was wrong with the wiper than just a bad wiper arm spring ( Wiper motor etc.) I took it to my usual auto repair shop and they told me that it was indeed just the wiper arm and replaced both it and the tire pressure sensor for 160.00.
Truly a great experience! Thanks Julio Abanto for your guidance and enthusiasm. I will be back again when its time!
Columbia has consistently proven their quality and efficiency over my 10 year experience with the dealership
Baz and Johnny were wonderful to work with. Both are very patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They made the car buying experience pleasant. Love my new car. Would recommend going there to anyone
Went in for a test drive on a 2021 Tucson and Santa Fe. I understand we showed up without making an appointment, so waiting on cars to be pulled up was expected. Waited 40 mins on the first car to be pulled up, returned from the test drive and our salesman left, got another salesman, we literally waited another 30 mins and he never showed up with another test drive. I think his name was chuck, maybe chuck needs to retire instead of making the dealership look like a joke.
Overall I had a good experience probably will go back there from now on
They replaced my dead key fob batteries for free, which was nice. However, when I called trying to figure out what to do about the dead key fobs, I was told that having my car towed to the dealership (which would have cost me a couple hundred bucks) and the fobs and my car reprogramed was the only way to deal with the issue. (Thanks to an honest tow truck driver, who pushed me to ask- again- about simply replacing the batteries. Guess whoever I spoke to first heard a female voice and thought, ah, I wont listen, she cant know anything.) Also, of the three people I spoke with, no one thought to mention that if I pushed the engine start button with my fob, my car would start! Google was more helpful!
Not one single person in the customer lounge area is wearing their masks this morning. So, if you’re in the mood to attend a super spreader event, I cannot recommend Columbia Hyundai enough! Come for getting your car serviced, leave with Covid-19!
When I was in the market for a new car, I spoke with Jared and did a test drive. He was very helpful and wasnt trying to pressure me into anything. I ultimately decided to go with a Honda, but my experience here was very good.
My husband went in today to look at a 2020 Sonata SEL. Upon arriving they were unable to locate the vehicle. Instead of the sales rep offering alternative similar options, we had to research additional vehicles independently. While wed do this in the comfort of our own home, this can be an inconvenient option with a toddler, and definitely made us feel as though they did not want the sale. My husband handed over the keys to our trade in for them to review. While I understand everyone needs to make money and operate as a business, the offer they returned with was insulting. Re-Sale value on our trade in ranges from $12,500 - $14,000 and they offered us $4,500 when the average trade in value for our vehicle is $9,200 with a rough trade in being at $8,000.. Needless to say we left very quickly. If you are hoping to get a decent value for a trade in, this is definitely not the place to go.
I recently had to bring my daughters 2009 Hyundai Elantra in for a recall repair (the ONLY reason we brought it there) to Columbia Hyundai. They called me at work and left a very long voicemail that the car also needs front and back brakes as well as rotors. They also said it needed 4 new tires. This all would have cost me between $1,500-$2,000. I called back on my lunch break. The guy who answered said the guy I was working with was busy. I said, can you please just give him a message for me? I do not need the work he mentioned on the phone, as we already have a garage we use in Milford and we would take the car there for oil change and anything else it needs. After he was VERY rude to me we ended the conversation. I took the car to my local shop in Milford for oil change. I explained what Columbia Hyundai said about the car. Guess what? The brakes and tires are fine. So thankful for Day Heights Auto!
All I did was call to make an appointment and they were EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I’ve never been to this particular dealership and will NEVER GO!!!
We were very pleased with our experience at Columbia Hyundai. Friendly and accommodating sales staff, who were especially respectful during this unprecedented time of navigating through COVID-19. We worked with Jack, who was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He even stayed late, past his normal working hours, to ensure all of our questions were answered in regards to our new car. Thank you all for such a positive car-buying experience!
Eddie and crew were great. Notified me quickly of service to be done, and the cost. Then made recommendation for need for new tires in near future, which i chose to do at the time of this service. Took the time to tell me what good condition the car was in, and made sure i had a loaner car for the day.So pleased.
Worked with Jared. He made purchasing a new 2020 Hyundai Palisade, easy and fun! He was very knowledgeable and worked with us to find the best deal and discounts! Would highly recommend this dealership and Jared to work with! Love the new car!
Over the last 7 years, I have leased two cars from Columbia Hyundai and have always had them serviced at the dealership., On ever occasion, from the time I arrived to the writing up of the service order, to the appearance of the Waiting Area to bill payment, I have had nothing but Best in Class Service !
Was looking at a nice vehicle at Columbia Hyundai on their website, also advertised on different online adds. I really wanted to see this vehicle as I have been looking for one similar for a while.Called them to schedule a test drive to find out the manager is driving it as a demo for the weekend.Called them again on a Monday- found out another manager is driving it on his family vacation for a WEEK.What a joke- how do the owners even allow this.
Look this is my place. I buy my cars from them, I get my cars repaired by them. Hell when I was younger I even worked for the Josephs. The sales staff is polite and knowledgeable. Yeah they want to sell you a car, but that is their job. I have not felt ripped-off by them, in fact I believe both parties come away with a good deal. The service folks are great, they let you know what needs to happen and why. Never felt like they were trying to milk additional money out of me. They have access to the latest campaigns and recalls and will make sure your vehicle is ready to go and cleaned at the end.A really big shout out to the Body-work repair folks, and Fran in particular. They have taken care of my cars as though they were their own. Fran is wonderful and makes a stressful and trying situation as pain-free as possible. Also she will fight the insurance companies to make certain what needs to get done, gets done.Customer for life.
Please train the service department team how to work professionally and treat customers with care.
Amazing experience when buying a car or having service done. Having purchased/leased 4 vehicles from them I can honestly say I dont think I will ever buy from another dealership. The people are friendly and the buying process is quick and efficient.
Always a great experience & superior service :)
First time to come here for service. I had a service appointment. Dropped the car at 8am. Then at 4pm told that they did not manage to work on the car. This is a first time in history that I made an appointment for service and told that they did not work on it. I had to take a workday off just to get the car serviced. Bad customer service.
I had a excellent salesperson. No pressure. i am in and out without hesitation. Service is great.
Since 2004 I have dealt with Columbia Hyundai and always great service and enjoy owning a Hyundai, good gas mileage and no problems with their vehicles.
Great dealer.. Bought 2015 Hyundai here and have received good service ever since. Service Dept. is excellent.
When I needed help the most to get back on the road they took care of my car. I did not have an appointment but they took care of my problems and got me going again. They are the best Ive ever had at servicing my car. I never have had to go back after they do anything to my car. They are a fantastic team.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have owned a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid for almost 5 years now. I love the car, but the service here is downright TERRIBLE.Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident in which my car came within $1,000 of being totaled 6 months into owning the vehicle. It took the body shop over 2 months to fix it. Not to mention I had to take it back twice after that because they didnt set the windshield correctly. On top of that, I recently took it in for a noise coming from the dashboard that had gotten worse over a few weeks. They fixed it by replacing the blower motor but didnt call me to let me know it was finished the day I dropped it off. I had to call 3 days later only to have the guy on the phone tell me, oh, its still here? I was on vacation and no one mustve called you. The sound comes back 3 days later, I take it in again only to have them tell me, its a normal noise that the car makes from time to time.I am 100% done with this place and will drive the extra 20 minutes to another dealership. Stay away at all costs.
Customer service records all at same repair facilityOn edit: Times change as well as does the faces we see; Ive purchased a new car here and was satisfied with the repair and maintenance efforts of the staff at Columbia for the 11 years.Today, I was a little disappointed; along with an oil change, I had my tires rotated; in my humble opinion, checking the air pressure on the tires as you serviced them should not have even been a second thought. For the price of an oil change and tire rotation, I do not believe that it was a step-to-far to bring the tires to the proper air pressure; if my expectations were a little bit too high, let me know.
I took my Sonata in for service and I was in and out very quickly. The waiting room is stocked with everything needed for one’s comfort. Mike was, as always, prompt and courteous!
Went in for a first oil change. No appointment necessary. Staff was friendly and oil change was completed in a timely manner. The car wash was an extra bonus. Will be coming back.
My wife bought a 2018 Tucson right after I put a remote car starter on it for her a month ago the driver power lock button quit working after the first trip she was told they would have to order a door handle on the second trip she was told they got the wrong colored door handle on the third trip same thing so they told her they would have to paint the door handle so the fourth trip the put the door handle on which didnt work properly so the fifth trip after 2 they called and said they could not fix it because of the aftermarket car starter so after buying 2 cars from Columbia Hyundai and her buying her Tucson and my parents buying a car I will not recommend going here for any service what so ever
Great service experience.
Was in the market and have saved up for a new car. During these uncertain times I figured we could work together on a good deal. They had no interest in doing that and were not willing to work with me. If youre looking for a car during these crazy times, I dont recommend going here as they act like they could care less about your business.
The shuttle van guy was Dave and he dropped me off at work and picked me back up. Was so professional. I have never had a dealership treat me so nice before, I love it!
After a tireless search for a chrome Hyundai license plate frame, I found one on the Hyundai accessories page. I live in Northern Kentucky, and called my dealership out here, and they said that wasnt a part that they carried, or could even order. David Probst from the parts department here at Columbia, said it would not be a problem to order one. He called me the next week with the part. Outstanding Customer service, and David was awesome. David thanks for all of your help! Ryan J Grout
Great people!
Last time I came here they gave me I discount and a fast oil change. Came again, they did great and cleaned the car. Friendly and welcoming both people who took care of Me and my car.
I had my 2013 Santa Fe towed here after my power steering went out 2 weeks ago. Eddie in service department told me that their diagnostic scanner wouldn’t communicate with my car and the final verdict was that I needed to replace my steering column, conveniently the ONLY part not covered on my warranty. Eddie told me it was $1500.00 to fix, but said he would give me a small discount because he “felt bad” for me.My car has low mileage and recently was services at this dealership for a recall, which included a computer system update. Having the power steering go out and a $1500.00 repair just didn’t seem right, especially with the “computers” not communicating.I had it towed to Sullivan Tire & Auto because I know the owner Keith. He plugged in his computer and everything communicated just fine. The diagnostic scanner indicated I needed my steering recalibrated.. and that fixed the problem. My bill was less than $200.00, while Eddie and Columbia Hyundai were trying to rip me off for $1500.00They’re criminals. Don’t go to this dealership.
DECEMBER 5, 2020. During a 30 minute wait to see a saleperson, I was amazed at how many of the sales staff were not wearing masks. I wrote the sales manager when I returned home, his reply was, I am sorry. I think he was more sorry he didnt get my business.I wouldnt recommend this dealership.
Very poor customer service.
Good experience overall!
Great experience with service! My car was under warranty and they kept me updated, fixed the issue and even helped get me a loaner/rental to use while they worked on repairs! Thanks for everything!
If I could give a zero star I would. I was looking to purchase a new car, I had done my research and settled on a Hyundai. When I contacted the dealership about the vehicle, I was sent an email from a personal account - had to look up the sales associate on the website to make sure it was a legit person. They were curt and unprofessional. I made a counter offer and they were unwilling to work with me, said they were selling all cars at MSRP. What a rip off! No car is worth that and your unprofessionalism is extremely off putting and disappointing!
Due to a couple of bad experiences at Superior Hyundai service we tried out Columbia. Very pleased, in and out quickly, everything explained well, service adviser Eddie Clock was excellent. Will be back for the 30,000 mile service next year.
Always treated with respect. Service Department is always friendly and they do their job in a timely manner. Very honest people. I always bring my car here for my oil changes and all other maintenance.
I didn’t buy here but after moving here I loved their parts and service departments. They gave me 5-star service and pricing regardless of where I bought my Hyundai. They’re the best dealer parts & service I’ve ever dealt with and I’m old! Lol thanks Columbia! Now that I have to move again I’ll miss you.
Always a great experience when I go here, and that they definitely appreciate my business. We have bought 3 cars there, and will continue to do so when we need another in the future.
The service department was good and efficient they respected me and my time. The issues I brought the Equus in for were all addressed quickly and professionally. I am very satisfied with the work theyve done on my car thus far.
Everyone is very friendly. Great service and finished in timely manner.
Julio helped me with the car buying process and HE did an AMAZING job! Highly recommend him if you need an honest, non-pushy guy to help you buy a car. I work in sales and Im not easily impressed with most car salesman, but this guy is the real deal!
Best car shopping experience ever. Friendly, courteous sales staff who actually listen to you. Absolutely no pressure or pushy sales tactics. Got the vehicle we wanted, in the price range we wanted and drove it home the same day.
My daughter took her Sonata there regularly for service. Over the last 5 years the rear brakes were allegedly replaced twice and now needed replacing again, along with new claibers. Took it to tire discounters and was shown everything on rear brakes was original factory equipment. NEVER use this dishonest deanship for service.
Great sales experience (great job Eric), however that’s a once in 5-7 year experience for me. Servicing my car every couple months is critical in protecting my investment, and after several months of emailing corporate and the dealership I finally discovered why my service transactions aren’t showing up in My Hyundai Rewards. Columbia Hyundai is NOT part of the Hyundai rewards program and I found out it’s because it costs the dealership to join! I’m feeling some type of way that Columbia Hyundai does not go this extra mile for its customers. Is this being petty? Let me know! Thanks!
Very well run operation. Fair pricing. Great experience.
When you have a friend refer you to a dealership to look at the G90 Ultimate it no one at the dealership acknowledges you existence you wonder how they stay open. I looked at the car for 15 min. Walked around it. Opened the doors and no one said hi. Then for a test I sat in the car for 20 min with the door open and one leg out wondering if that would get their attention. Nope. Its sad since the G90 seems like a great car for the price. Maybe they feel like they are elite having a $75k car finally? Never get service like that at other dealers. Always welcomed and helped at other dealers. Guess you get what pay for.
Mike M has been my advisor for years. Nice guy and not pushy. Ill continue to go there as he has been awesome.
Got my car back at 10am on Friday at 9 am on Saturday with the check engine light was back on after 1054.00 they must be hiring bunch of kids that dont know what they are doing my car driving worst then it was when I drop my car off. These people act like they so busy after you spend thousands of dollars with them no assistance they dont car they mess my car up.
Excellent dealership so far. I had a bad experience at another local Hyundai dealership trying to buy the same exact car and it was night and day difference here. I knew as soon as I walked in what car I was going to buy. The salesman greeted me, let me test drive a similar model and then came back and agreed on a price. The color combo and packages I wanted wasnt in stock which I knew, but they were willing go further than a 250 mile radius to find exactly what I was looking for. Two salesman worked late into the night one evening searching dealerships for the car I wanted and had one selected and shipped by the time they called me the next day. The day after the car arrived in Cincinnati I went to pick it up. Both salesman were waiting for me and had all the paperwork ready to go. I was able to walk into the sales office, make the final transaction, and left a very satisfied customer. Every employee of Columbia Hyundai and Acura that I encountered treated me like a customer. I now own two Hyundais and will use Columbia for all service and sales. Keep it up and you have a customer for life!
Im a new customer to Columbia. I bought my vehicle at a different dealership. The other dealership always had nearly a month wait to get a simple oil change. You could virtually never get anyone to answer the phone either. This other dealership will remain nameless, but lets just say I definitely feel they are less superior than Columbia Hyundai. Columbia has a quick service option where you dont have to have an appointment for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. I also ordered some touch up paint from the parts dept. All the people I encountered were very friendly and helpful. You have earned a new customer and I will return!
Service was excellent. Dylan was great help. In and out in less than one hour for car 3750 check up. Washed car too!
I had to drop my car off for a service issue, the first guy I dealt with was friendly and courteous, the lady in the cashier department was very rude and unfriendly so was the second guy I dealt with when I dropped the loaner car off. Hopefully I will never have to do any business with them again
Everyone is polite, they work quickly, and deliver what they promise. Excellent service!
Definitely one of the nicer used car offices in town. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities expected. It wasnt the fastest experience Ive had car buying, but everyone was friendly and I got a fair deal on my purchase. Best part, my salesman actually followed me home and gave me a ride back to the dealership since I was by myself at the time. Really went the extra mile (more like 30) to take the stress out of transporting 2 cars. Would absolutely do business with again.
While I found all reps to be friendly and knowledgeable I was disappointed to hear a conversation at the cashier. It seems an older gentleman was having trouble writing a check. He had no ID. I know we should all carry ID but he lived nearby. He bought his car there so why all the hassle. I started thinking that perhaps I should pay his bill and let him send me a check. 3 stars because you couldnt bend the rules.
Would give 4 out of 5 this time around because the older man that helped me was terribly rude and they sent me home with a hole in my tire, stating that they couldnt find the hole the first time around which lead to me having to bring my car back the same day. Turns out they checked the wrong tire the first time around. Stay away from the older man when you arrive. He was sitting in the front desk and I believe he wears glasses and has facial hair. He is extremely rude. The rest of the staff are amazing.
Service center is was very rude throughout the entire process (making appointment, dropping off car, paying, etc), for absolutely no reason. If you cant be bothered by your customers, they wont be your customers for long...Save your time and go to Superior Hyundai South. Bought 2 cars through them, serviced there until we moved to Montgomery.... will be going back to them from here on out.
Excellent service as always. Friendly staff. I had an oil change and it was the quickest oil change Ive ever had.
Had the check engine light come on, caused by bad ignition coil, diagnosed and repaired/replaced under warranty. Called in the morning, got in in the afternoon, work was done in under an hour. Great technician.
Dealing with Mike at Columbia Hyundai was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had.I told Mike the car I wanted and what we were looking as far as budget. Mark hit my budget in his first try with and excellent price on the car. He then went above and beyond to locate the car we wanted with the right colors and packages and had it at the dealership in 2 days.I cannot say enough about this great car buying experience. I highly recommend Columbia Hyundai to anyone in the market for a car.Our 2015 Sonata Limited is also quite the car leaving nothing to desire from higher end brands (switched over from Lexus). Great car, great deal, even better experience. Thanks Mike and Columbia Hyundai!
I had horrible experiences with Superior Hyundai. My 2011 Hyundai Sonata has been in the shop 9 times this year with less that 60,000 miles on it. Everything from my shifter to my starter. The last time it was in the shop, I paid $260 to have my starter fixed yet I was still having issues.Last week, my car accelerated while I was driving on its own. The speedometer showing 100+ mph. I was able to get the car stopped and pulled into the parking lot but I was shaking and very upset. Deciding that I could not deal with Superior Hyundai any longer, I called Columbia and spoke with Alan. Not only did I get my car towed free of charge, he also comforted me because I was understandably upset. The acceleration was caused by a bad shifter switch which they fixed but they also did a full diagnostic on my car. Found that the piece I paid for in my starter 2 weeks before from Superior was actually NEVER done, and fixed it free of charge. They also covered a bad O2 sensor for me.Best customer service and humility Ive ever had at a dealership and I will be making my next car purchase from them.
Just purchased a used 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited from Michael McFarland over this past weekend (1/10/2015). The process was easy. Mike did a great job setting everything up and was very accommodating and friendly throughout the entire process. The car was as advertised and in good condition. Mike even went out of his way (before we test drove the car) to let us know he heard a sound that he would have checked out for us. I would highly recommend Michael McFarland and the Columbia Hyundai team to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Not terribly impressed. Stopped by to test drive a car I was going to purchase for my daughter (after freshman year in college). A simple Elantra Sport since the reviews were positive, but some stiff competition with a Honda Civic, etc. Salesman (Keith) says he is not sure if he has one to test drive and it is getting late (4:27 pm on a Sun - they close at 5). I was shocked - left promptly not wasting more time then I needed.I arrived in a $100K car and a guy smoking by the door out front. I asked if he was in new car sales. He politely says no, but here comes someone (Im the only person in the dealership).I realize this is a Hyundai, but if they ever want to garner more sales from Honda/Toyota (I just left Kings Toyota to drive/compare back-to-back with great attention to my needs), they need to up their dealership experience. The Hyundai engineers have apparently done their job. No way Id look at an expensive Genesis at this place based on my experience with Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, etc. compared to here.Just my experience and an FYI for others if there are other dealers close to you.
Service, body shop are horrible. Management at every level here are inept. Hyundai as a corporation I love, dealerships that are supposed to carry that same great customer service and professionalism onto the consumer drop the ball heavily. Hope this helps.
Great people. They really take care of you and your car.
Ive always had really good luck here and been out fairly quickly, even if the place was busy. The staff is very friendly, and do a great job explaining whats going on with your car and any charges that may go along with it. They also have small work stations in the waiting room, which is really nice if youre looking to get some work done.
