Got on the phone with someone here and right from the beginning the man was extremely rude. He said how he doesn’t want our business because we are going to be a problem. I asked to speak to someone else and he refused. I called the line back and he made a fake voice and pretended to be someone else.He seemed extremely sketchy and was just yelling at the top of his lungs the whole time. I do not recommend this company at all

Called these guys for a quote and the first person who picked up didnt seem like he wanted the business or wasnt interest in talking to me. He was very rude. if that is the first impression, then there is no way that I am sending my vehicle with them. Please stay away from this company.

Id give them a negative 10 if I could. Blatantly lied to me numerous times about owning their own trucks. Strung us out without any info on shipping 2 cars from down south. Can not be trusted

We visited their website and left our number to get a quote. After a few moments, we started getting phone calls, texts, emails from all over the country from different companies asking us about our “request” to ship our item. This is harassment. A1 must have sold our phone number and information regarding our request to other shipping companies. We checked their privacy policy, which is unbelievably vague, but it says A1 will only share private information to further THEIR business with us, not other companies. This is an incredible breach of confidenciality and an extremely unprofessional violation of personal space. After a few days, we called A1 to inquire as to why this happened and try to put an end to it. The first person that answered the phone hung up. When we called back for the second time, another person said that “that isn’t our company”. We have already reported A1 to the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they won’t get away with this transgression. In the mean time, we advise you not to leave your number with A1 at all and seek other businesses.
