USA Collision fixed my fender on my Ford almost a year ago. Their work was so great, that I had to come back to review this company!My poor car was banged up pretty badly in the front . They were very professional and didnt try to over sale me on parts not necessary(like other body shops.) Very reasonably priced. Doug was very helpful, as were all the team associates there. Communication was good too. Great body shop !I would highly recommend !

Took my car in Monday morning for a side mirror front fender and clean up front bumper. Got it back on that Friday . Now my front passenger set is all the way forward and it will not move back,my outside driver door handle is broken the door trim is amiss, chip in the paint on driver door! Dont take your car to these hacks!

Had my vehicle for 2 WEEKS and not only didnt start the repairs, also didnt give me an estimate so I could pay out of pocket, and my insurance company would reimburse me later!!! Seems like they were acting like they didnt want to repair it at all, so I took my vehicle to MAACO!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with them!!!

This collision center is well-known for their reliable service. Their inside space is somewhat narrow and can house a limited number of cars, whereas the reception desk service is a bit casual too. However, their work shows quality and customers are usually satisfied with the repair.

I honestly don’t think that there is a better collision shop than USA Collision Center on Glenway Ave in Cincinnati. The staff are truly dedicated to their craft. My BMW crashed into an unmarked barricade. The insurance company wanted to mark it as totaled. The crew at USA CC literally restored my car to nearly new. I received updates on the progress of the repair on a regular basis. Great service, excellent and courteous staff, and nearly daily communication from the staff. Truly excellent people and service!

USA collision far exceeded my expectations. They did a wonderful job replacing my dented car door and also were sure to match the paint perfectly so that you couldnt tell it was a replacement. I was also surprised to see that they washed the outside of my car as well as thoroughly detailed the inside! It was such a pleasant surprise as I had planned on doing it myself the next day. They went above and beyond to ensure good customer service and I highly recommend them.

Terrible planning here...front was bashed in and it was a week before they realized the radiator was damaged...pick up time has been pushed back 3 times...now weve been delayed once again because they cant figure out how to replace a tire valve....A TIRE VALVE?!!!? Theyve had the vehicle for nearly a month now!!! Do not take your car here!!

Over the years I have used their services twice. Both times it was for minor cosmetic repairs. Both times I received excellent service fro thw estimate to receiving my vehicle. Insurance paperwork was made clear, and at no time was I unsure of what to expect. Timelines were met.

I would definately stay away from this body shop. They have a mind of a 5 year old. They tell you the pick up date and time, and call you 1:45 min before that to tell you that it wont be ready because one of the parts didnt come, and tell you to blame it on the shipper of that part. I gave 1 star because I didnt want it to look like if I forgot to rate it, however even a 1 star is overrated for this business. Look else where.

Three times over the years, theyve always been above board, honest and forthright about the work.

They milked my ins company for whatever they could get... fixed almost nothing and did thousands of dollar in damage in the process. then refused to pay for the damage. the owner joe said id have to sue them for compensation

That was one of the places that was where I could take my car when someone hit it, they wouldnt let me take it to my mechanic the fix the thing or nothing at all, plus I had to wait for the insurance to pay for the towing before they would release it
