I backed into another vehicle which was in the process of backing into me, and sustained a surprising amount of damage to my back panel/bumper. M&G was recommended to me as a business that is honest and takes care of their customers...and they were amazing from start to finish. Kind, professional, and the work was absolutely perfect. I will recommend them to everyone I know, and if I ever need another repair, I now know where to go!

My convertible was sideswiped on the interstate by a tractor trailer. Luckily, he admitted fault and I was dealing with his insurance. They mandated that I get an estimate from one of their approved repair places. I did and they said the repairs were $9000.00. They sent a check for this amount and I checked with M & G because we have used them in the past and were very satisfied. The did the repairs and you cannot tell my car was ever damaged...it looks brand new. Best part....their price was $2200.00. The have worked on our van, replaced headlights and we recommend them to everyone we know. I cannot say enough nice things about them....they are great!

I recently moved to Fairfield, Ohio. For years I had used a body shop in Dayton, Ohio. I decided to give M&G a try. Upon going to the center I was greeted by the owner. Owner was kind, friendly, polite and respectful.I received my estimate, which was hundreds less than an estimate I had received in Dayton, Ohio. I have scheduled my car to be repaired. If repairs are similar to the customer service I received today, then Im sure Ill be writing another 5 star review in the near future.

I had a left side rear view mirror installed a few years ago and these awesome Installers had done an excellent job installing my brand new left side rear view mirror on my 2005 Chevrolet Malibu.

I know M&G does fine work. I know they have some very good technicians. The owner and the front office however is extremely poor at dealing with and negotiating with at least one insurance company. I am sure if you walk in and plunk some cash down they will happily fix your vehicle and do a good job. But for me there was no service and no repair attempted, no progress phone calls, no follow up with the insurance company, no attempt, no tear down to get an adjuster in the go through the estimate to shore up the repair. In 4 weeks they had not even touched the car. So how many phone calls does one have to make and how long does one have to wait before anything at all begins to happen? I finally took the car to another body shop and it was repaired and back on the road in 2 weeks. It was like nightmare to pleasant surprise. M&G might have a good reputation for doing good work but the way they run the front office is shameful and for me I would not walk away from them, I would run away as fast as my legs would carry me. Its not worth the time or the headache. There are plenty of shops that do good work and really care about the customer, these people do not, and I mean the owner, Linda. These people cost me time and money and left and very bad taste in my mouth of which I will always remember. if I could click zero stars I would because I got zero service.

They did an excellent job rebuilding my rear end after I was hit a couple of months ago. The insurance company of the gentleman who hit me completely covered my costs. If youve been hit, I would recommend using them for repairs, but be sure to ask how long it will take so that you can include car rental fees in your estimate for the insurance company paying.

M&G has done work for my husband and I on three separate occasions. Every time they were incredibly helpful, working with the rental car agencies and insurance companies. Their work was beautiful each time. I wasnt able to tell that there had been any damage to the vehicles at all!

M & G rocks! Were new to town and didnt know where to turn when a tree fell on both of our cars. Joe, M & Gs service manager, was honest, incredibly helpful, super intelligent and knowledgeable, and really put our minds at ease in a difficult time. Our vehicles both ended up being totaled by insurance, so M & G did not repair our vehicles. However, based on how wonderfully we were treated by Joe and Linda (even after it was evident that they wouldnt be fixing our cars), if we ever find ourselves needing body work, we will DEFINITELY be heading back to M & G.

With 3 sons under 25, my 2003 Honda Accord is a perfect vehicle. One of them did a substantial amount of damage by driving into another vehicle a few blocks from home late one night. We took it to M&G and they looked it over and said it was repairable. M&G worked well with our insurance company. When they finished their work, that car looked almost brand new. Ive had the pleasure of dealing with M&G Body Shop several times over the past several years. My most recent experience with them reminded me why I keep coming back. Everyone in the Cincinnati area knows the wicked winter that we had in 2013/2014. I (like probably almost every other driver in the area) had the privilege of running into a snow bank. While I didnt do any damage I did manage to pop my front fender off. I took it in and they had me back out the door in minutes (not days or weeks). They were able to bolt the fender back on. I cant thank them enough for not trying to up sell me on a new fender and a weeks worth of work. Thanks for treating me like a person and not a paycheck! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I have a close friend who owns his own small business and is very resourceful at suggesting who you can trust when you need something done. He takes his automobiles here for his home and business. When I needed repair done to my Rav4 which was only a year old, this is where he recommended I go. They did a great job restoring it to brand new.

M&G did an awesome job on the physical work to our car. Most importantly this is a honest trustworthy business that has the customers best interest in mind. Hopefully we have no more car damage, but if we do M&G will be where we return. I will recommend them to my friends and family that are looking for a body shop.

Just moved to Ohio, didnt know anyone and took a chance on M & G Body Shop based on the reviews. They did not disappoint, the whole experience from dropping off to picking up was seemless. Not to mention the quality of work is exceptional.

*DO NOT GO HERE*Where to begin, I asked for an estimate for the drivers side only(because I had 2 damages) they did an estimate on the spot which was great, but it was for both damages. It came out to $4900(but maybe a bit more) After I looked at the estimate I told him this is for both damages, He blamed me saying I asked for both.. I said I needed the one and that All State sent out a roadside estimate($2500) and I emailed it too Joe,(I still have that email) He said he would get back too me, 3 FULL DAYS go by for an actual estimate and finally I called him and He said that $2500 is about right maybe a little more. So I went with M an G because 2 other quotes I got were around $2800-$3000.So my car was in the shop since Oct. 8th, on the 18th, Joe called me saying my car is almost done, its being painted now and needs a few additional parts but ALL STATE didnt know of the claim because the at fault driver who hit me wasnt insured so he gave me $3000 in cash. Joe said this was the first hearing of this and that it might cost a little bit more than the estimate given. I said go ahead.Oct. 22 Joe called saying its finished at that the total cost wad $3807.00 I dont know how you can estimate from $2500 to $3800.. After talking to Joe he said He told me the total price on the 18th... And in a condescending and insulting tone and manner saying this is why we have insurance and Hes been doing this for 20 years well.. If I knew it was $3800 when you called on the 18th I would have told you to stop. Its common sense. Theyre unwilling to do a payment plan and pretty much holding my car from me.This is unprofessional, and classless.. Im not sure how an estimate can go up $1300 dollars.

I guess you get what you pay for LOL. I bought a 97 Jeep that to this day I adore, but the door was all messed up and M&G made it work so that I could drive my Jeep and look swag lol.
