If I could rate this place 1000000 stars I would.I don’t know anything about cars, I never have. These things haven’t been explained to me and i’m totally lost. With that being said, I got into a fender bender (first time ever) and needed to get a part of my car replaced. I went for an estimate, they were really welcoming and it literally took ten minutes tops. They asked me if I had insurance and walked me through everything. Jim told me exactly what was wrong and what I needed. They also told me it only takes 1-2 days usually to get the part so I was pretty pleased with that. I’ve always heard stories of people saying that people who deal with cars will try and come up with a whole bunch of nonsense to try and make you pay more money but that wasn’t the case here at all. I received a couple phone calls updating me on what’s going on with my car, and he even showed me the things i needed to fix that was under the exterior but didn’t pressure me to fix it right then and there if i didn’t want to. Kim was very sweet and got all of my paperwork and payment stuff ready to go super quick. They really do go above & beyond for their customers. I’m absolutely going to come back if I ever need something done.

Such a great group to work with. My Jeep was nearly totaled by a hit and run. The entire staff worked diligently to get it repaired. They welcomed me back when a few small pieces were still out of sorts when my Jeep was returned. They made sure that I was satisfied and that the work was done correctly. The customer service showed by both Kim and Jim was impeccable. I was frequently getting calls to keep my in the loop. I’m very thankful for their hard work and highly recommend!
