I was involved in a car accident in August of 2021 and went to Glendale Body Shop, INC. for advice on the condition of my car. Tyler was extremely helpful and honest in guiding me through the ins and outs of the probable outcome of my car. He was an effective communicator and a pleasure with which to do business.

I am new to Cincinnati. I found myself in need of a bodyshop as my wife and I were rear-ended. Was told about Glendale Body Shop by my daughter in law who had used them in the past. Tyler and Lou were amazing! We got rear ended and we randomly ran into Tyler. Tyler went out of his way and came and talked to us about the car’s shape. He was extremely helpful with getting us in the perfect position. They run a great operation and we couldn’t recommend them enough! If you get in any kind of accident or need anything body repairs, go see them!!

Went in 2 weeks ago for an estimate on a scrape. Was told I would get a callback that following Wednesday but didn’t receive one. I called 2 days later and was then told the guy was busy with another customer and would call back. Never received a call back even after leaving a voicemail. Very disappointed.

Hands down the best car repair shop I’ve ever used before! They helped me deal with the insurance claims process and wound up helping me increase the value of my car by $3000. They put together a well thought through estimate that, while my vehicle became totaled, was not refuted by the insurance company at all. This is definitely a great family owned shop that will take the time to help you with any issues you have with the process during an already stressful situation!

Car looks great. They informed us that our car had previously been painted -we were the first owner so they said it may have had damage during delivery to the dealership.. We were never informed of that.. interesting.

These guys are amazing i thought my car would never be right and i told them i was going to trade it in, but after my repair It was a LIKE A BRAND NEW CAR. Glendale Body Shop took great care of my parents when someone wrecked into their van. Even though their car was totaled, Tyler made sure that they were always informed and took much of the hassle out of dealing with the insurance company. GREAT place for auto body work, friendly, been around a long time. Dont be fooled by the name vs location...they started in Glendale and outgrew it so they are just down the road in Forest Park
