Nice people but not very happy about carpet . Ordered on a Monday almost two weeks ago was told today it will ship Monday next week . Maybe it’ll get better

Be careful when you order something and get a price. Shipping is not included in the price quoted. I ordered headliner material and the shipping was more than the material. They charge $30.00 to ship it from Cincinnati to Dayton. I checked with the post office and was quoted $10.00. Miami Rubber is clearly making a fortune on their shipping and handling. Will not be buying from them again.

We are reupholstering a 1987 Four Winns boat, and trying to match the vinyl colors was proving difficult- especially since the exact same vinyls can look different on different websites. I was able to mail a swatch to them and have them give me the 2 best matches, and order from there. Neil was so very helpful and prompt, and I greatly appreciated it! Thank you again!

Shipping is through FedEx now so its much faster, though I never know how much it cost til I get the bill

I only give it a 1 star because there was no option to give zero. This is the worst company anyone can ever work for . This place is so unorganized, its ridiculous. They offer all these nice things to new hires such as bonuses and raises and dont keep their word this place is straight slave labor and have the laziest people you can ever work for as management .definitely no a place anybody would want to work for .

Great to deal with fair prices and good shipping rates

I havnt had any issues with Miami and my Represenative Ray is kind and helpful. I use them more than any other supplier and even though shipping is high you do get what you pay for being its next day and it keeps things moving quicker. They’ve even featured our work at xtaz innovations on their site many times!

Miami Corp is a great place to do business. They have great customer service. The staff is friendly. I like their products.

So far worst supplier Ive dealt with since Ive been in business. Only seem to care about large accounts and could care less to fix problems on their end if you have a smaller business account. Ive bought plenty of supplies from them only to have issues with quality. Contact for replacement and its like talking to a brick wall that fails to follow thru every time.Switched suppliers and I couldnt be happier. Miami Corps loss is anothers gain.
