Prices are reasonable and parts are perfect fit and factory replacement. communication from the dealer is not very good. one part was not in stock but did not say that on the website. It took two weeks to get parts.

The website is easy to use, with what looks like factory drawings to help you make sure that youre getting the parts that you want, and a fitment check for your specific vehicle. Communication was good: I asked a question and got an answer within 24 hours. Shipping time was good and everthing came in a well-packed, plain cardboard box. I ordered lower control arms and a CV axle from Jake Sweeney. The parts were shipped to an overseas address, but still within the USPS system. All the correct parts arrived in good shape and well packaged. I had ordered online but needed to speak with someone and they were there to help. I would order from them again.

Took a little longer then expected to arrive but the part worked perfectly and fixed my issue.

Ordering the part was easy and shipping speed was acceptable, however I was seriously overcharged for shipping. The item I ordered weighed 7 ounces at best, so it was sent via first class mail for under $3 however they charged me $11.95 for shipping! For that price they should have at least sent it via priority mail.

My experience with the parts dept was very poor. I had a problem with my order and sent e-mails to kraab and ddoerger but received no reply at all. I then called the parts dept and the guy on the phone said that the order would automatically cancel because the ATF I was trying to purchase was hazardous materials and they dont ship that. (that was completely wrong info because they ended up sending it to me). Then I tried to call the parts manager 3 different times, apparently he was the only person who handled the online orders. I talked to him once and he said he was at urgent care? and that I should call him back when he gets back to the office in an hour. I did that but only got voice mail for which I left a message. Again no phone call back. I tried for the 3rd time and got voice mail again. Once more I left a detailed message asking for a call back. NOTHING. I never did get a call back or an email response from anyone. There is NO problem resolution assistance at this parts department. Changes should be made or get out of the online parts sales.

Parts still have not arrived. Almost a week later than promised and still no part. Never have I had it taken so long just to ship. Most places I would have received the part, when they sent me an order confirmation. Now I have shipping notifications a week later and then have to wait for the parts from over half way across the US. Not a good deal unless you don’t drive your car.
