After working with another Audi service dealership in Atlanta for about 4 years (which caused frustration at times), I was so pleasantly surprised at the tremendous increase in the level of technical service for my vehicle and customer service I experienced with my representative, Ed. Arranging a loaner car was extremely easy, the communication was timely and detailed, the work was done well, and the technicians even took an extra few minutes to clean off my all weather floor mats - which I really appreciated in addition to the standard car wash!

I’ve purchased two cars from Audi Connection in the last 6 months; an off the lot Q3 and a special ordered RS5- both through Mike Rickard. Mike made BOTH transactions incredibly smooth and painless (there was an issue with the paperwork on the Q3 but they went above and BEYOND to make it right) - and the finance team was excellent to work with. Can’t recommend this dealership enough.

I feel compelled to write this review to share my experience with the Audi Connection. I would first say that my sales person, Mike Klein was exceptional. He put me in a car overnight to allow me to spend time with the vehicle to decide what I wanted. I was interested in an Audi Q8 and was driving a Porsche Cayenne at the time. I was struggling making a decision on another Cayenne or transitioning to the Q8. I have an Audi RS5 and have enjoyed it very much so that made the Q8 an interesting option. After driving the base Q8 and another Cayenne back to back I was leaning heavily to the Audi, however I was disappointed in both base model vehicles power. When I returned the car I mentioned this to Mike and he reviewed the SQ8 specs with me and put me in an SQ7 to gauge the power difference. It was night and day and within a few miles I had decided I wanted an SQ8 as my next vehicle. Audi Connection did not have one on the lot but did have one in transit and I was willing to wait for the vehicle I wanted. So far so good... Then management got involved with the deal and my relationship with Audi Connection ended very abruptly. I should have stopped the deal in the middle when I found out that this dealership is now part of the Joseph Auto Group. I have dealt with them on a few Porsche vehicles and find them to be disrespectful and unreasonable and was not interested in working with them again in the future. I did not realize this dealership is under the same umbrella. My issue simply is that if you are buying a 6 figure vehicle then there should be some expectation of a respectful and reasonable dealings. My experience at Audi Connection is the same as Joseph Porsche. They want top dollar for everything, the car, parts & service. They do not value you as a customer or your vehicle except for how it can benefit them. They offered me wholesale price on my Porsche for full sticker price for theirs. I understand that they are in business to make money and knowing they had at least 6% markup in their vehicle, plus whatever they could make on mine, I offered to make the deal if they adjusted my trade by $1500 dollars. This still put the investment in my car well below average trade. They declined and let me walk and I never heard from them again. I know some people like to show off their wealth and if that is you and it makes you happy to throw money away then The Audi Connection is for you. They will gladly take your car for nothing and charge you full price for theirs. I did buy an Audi SQ8 more well equipped than the one I was looking at from them. I visited White Allen Euro in Miamisburg OH and got $2500 more from the same deal offered by Audi Connection. I hope this review and reasonable people cost this company business, they are worth never investing your time unless you just want to look and buy elsewhere...

I went to Audi Connection around October 10th, 2020 to look at an A6. I wanted to drive a 3.0 and a 2.0, I wanted to see the difference since this would be the first Audi I owned. I myself liked the 3.0 so after that I wanted to think about it to make sure this is the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Max, the salesman I spoke with called me the following Monday and as I speaking to him I mentioned that I also went to the Audi dealer in Centerville, Oh. and it seemed like after that he was upset and told me it seemed like I was just calling him to ask questions about the Audis in general. If I hadnt been interested in the car in Cincinnati I would not have talked with him about the A6 that they had. We then had a conversation about what he said to me. After 2 weeks I decided to go back to Audi in Cincinnati on Montgomery Rd. to buy this vehicle. Before I left my house I looked on the website to make sure they still had it, they did and the price was the same as weeks before. Max came out and ask what I wanted to do and also told me the vehicle was now priced $ 1000.00 higher ( are you kidding me!!! ) Remember, I looked online before I left my house and it still was priced as weeks before so I informed him of this. I offered him a price and he reluctantly took it to the general manager, general manager declined my offer, again I offered another price, not accepted either. After that general manager came out, Max introduced us and he was so rude then he just walked away. Max called me after that and I told him it wouldnt have mattered to me if we was within a $ 1.00 I still would not buy any vehicle from them. Im sorry but to me if you are in the business of selling cars you certainly should treat people with respect. Also, they have had this car four months now and it seems they will have it a lot longer the way they treat their customers.

One Star: Strictly because I personally feel like I got a great deal on the used truck I bought. Why not a better rating. Well to start, the truck (2020 with 5,800+ miles) was not cleaned or detailed before it was put on the lot. Secondly, after I test drove it, I specifically asked for the truck to be washed and detailed if I decided to buy. Told them I planned on bringing a check tomorrow to pay cash for it ($50k+). Let them know at 1:45pm the next I would take the deal and come up in a couple hours to purchase the vehicle.Showed up, truck was still trapped between cars, stickers we all still on it. (At least 20+ different sales reps, plus additional support staff, doing nothing but sitting at there desk. I was maybe 1 or 2-4 customers in the store.) Then sat around for 30min before the truck was pulled around and signed 4 pieces of paper.Got in the truck, the Audi connection mats were taken out, previous owners dog hair was still all around throughout the cab, sticker smears on windshield and side window. Oh and it had less than 1/2 a tank of gas. This is an Audi dealership that sells very expensive cars and will without a doubt be the first and only time I work with them.I’ve bought a car from McCluskey Chevrolet, my parents have bought maybe 5-6 cars from McCluskey and it didn’t matter if it was a $10k used car or a brand new Tahoe or Corvette. They went above and beyond for each purchase regardless of the vehicle. All fully detailed and with a full tank of gas.Maybe I am being petty, but as a customer who was spending $50k+ I expected a lot better overall service. SHOCKINGLY, they did not send me a link to give them a review, or rate my experience etc. I can see why.Hope this helps.

Never an issue. Great service department. Friendly service staff.Bought my car in Florida, so I havent worked with the sales department yet.I am retired from another German make (wont say what it is, but starts with a B) and worked for a very well known dealer group for most of that time. These people are doing what they are supposed too. Some of the negative reviews here ridiculous. Ive been subjected to some of the nonsense that is said by negative people about sales and service over the past 30 years when I was working. The worse thing about working for a luxury car dealer (again, been there) is that 98% of complaints are from people that cant afford their car. They either bought an old model that needs work that they cant afford to fix and (of course!) its the dealers fault, or they spend so much money every month with their payment, they are having a hard time paying for upkeep, again (of course!), its also the dealers fault. This problem was really bad when I was down in Miami. I saw it ALL the time....image....image....image....cool....cool...cool...Some people just own the wrong car for them....Thank you Audi Connection from a positive and happy customer who enjoys what I have worked for and can afford to take care of my incredible RS7!

Our visit for an oil change could have certainly gone better. I made an appointment days before and arrived on time (so ~15 minutes early). I waited patiently in the unordered line of people waiting for service. At least two people who arrived after me were helped before me. When I informed my service advisor of this, he told me they were there for some recall and were just walk ins. End result was that this was the longest oil change Ive ever had done. What that told me was that an appointment here doesnt mean much; its just the luck of the draw. That said, their prices for an oil change were (at the time; dunno now) far better than a local competitor, so I was willing to deal with a little inconvenience.Fast forward a year or so and I did my first oil change on our S6...and it went horrendously. Ive never had so many problems with an oil chance (both self and manufacturer-inflicted). Suffice it to say, I was not having a good day. However, Jeremy in the parts department was incredibly nice, patient, and even listened to my rant about this particular oil change. He was willing to wait after closing to allow my wife time to arrive and grab the *correct* oil filter that cant be sourced anywhere except a dealer apparently. While weve agreed to not take a vehicle into local shops (issues spread across several other reviews), I will not hesitate to purchase more parts from Jeremy.

Their service department lies about covered warranty items and attempts to charge you.Took it for service and found myself facing a service guy who should just not be in any type of customer service role. Why you would ever have such a dour person in a customer-facing role I will never know.I complained to him about a very well known issue regarding brake squealing. He informed me that it is not covered outside of 12K miles but Audi released updated pads and quoted me some multiple hundreds of dollars to replace the pads for me and said it must be done there because “90% of other shops screw it up.”Took my car back and saw on the forums there is actually a service bulletin for this exact issue that Lee was either unaware of or worse just neglected to bring up to charge a customer more money. There is no such time limit or mileage limit on this TSB so...yeah.Happily, there is another Audi dealer in town with a quality service department where the people are friendly and welcoming. When I took it in, they saw/heard the issue, and replaced the pads per the service bulletin. Couldn’t have been easier.Go to Audi Connection if you want to be ripped off or go to Audi Cincinnati East if you want friendly, honest service.I will be contacting Audi as well regarding this shameful behavior.Other reasons to go to the other dealer:- They perform a diagnostic and give you little sheet of how things stand on your car (tread life, etc.)- They text you updates and you can just text your service advisor with any questions - no calling needed. Brilliant.

My experience here has me completely disillusioned with Audi as a brand. They have genuinely convinced me to never deal with them again. I was in the market for a new vehicle and we eventually came into contact with Frank Winstel. The man was extremely nice and pleasant at first. He seemed to genuinely want to help us out. He eventually had us drive an A5 Cabriolet. We loved the car and wanted to lease it. After the standard negotiating, we settled on a price.Thats where the problems and disrespect began.Ive attached a copy of the relevant email and text transcripts with frank below. Audi Financial denied my credit app which I dont have a problem with. My problem was with the way I was treated by Frank and Mike at the dealership. I have an extremely high credit score and was therefore concerned as to why my application got denied. The communication from the dealership was almost non existent after that. Its like I had no value and didnt even exist for them The only reason they gave me was that Audi Financial wouldnt carry two leases and therefore they couldnt help me.i wanted to explore other options such as financing or maybe even figuring out what was wrong with my credit report. I had other people in my family that could have leased it as well but its like Frank and the dealership didnt want anything to do with me. They didnt even want to discuss my options. After waiting for a response the next day, Frank actually said they denied my second credit application as well. When I texted back and said I wanted to discuss this, somebody called Mike from the dealership contacted me. I didnt even get a reply from Frank. Mike said they couldnt even process the application to begin with. Both Mike and Frank were telling me different stories.Mike then said that Audi Financial doesnt tell them anything and I could talk to them myself and gave me a phone number. I then called that phone number and waited 40 minutes to reach a regular CSR. The CSR told me that the dealership usually gets a detailed letter as to why I was denied and that she couldnt give me any information. At this point, Im being run around in circles for no apparent reason. I then emailed Frank asking for the letter Audi Financial sent them to which I received, guess what? No response.I genuinely have been completely turned off by the brand and dont think Ill shop with them ever again. I ended up working with the White-Allen Porsche group in Centerville to meet my vehicle needs.

On Sunday afternoon, my husband and I visited the Audi Connection to look at a Q7. We have had a leased 2015 S5 from the Audi Connection and have had NO problems with anyone we dealt with in the service department nor with our (now employed elsewhere) sales rep Michael. The Audi Connection had one 2017 Q7 in their show room so my husband and I proceeded to open doors, sit in the vehicle and walk around. Two sales reps were sitting at their desks not helping anyone. We figured they were busy with computer work, until an older couple walked in and they were immediately greeted by a sales rep and shown to the car they wanted to view. I was a little aggravated by this, but brushed it off. A second sales rep walked right past us to the service counter, stood at the counter looked over in a our general direction and then when a family of four came in, to look at the exact same vehicle we were already standing by, they were greeted and asked if they could be helped. At this point I started walking to the door, because I was finished with being treated like I didnt exist. I understand that we are extremely young and probably do not fit the demographic of the typical Audi purchaser, but to be treated like we were not worthy of their valuable time was enough. My husband questioned the sales rep as to why no one was helping us when we clearly were the only ones in the showroom until the other two families walked in. I was so upset I phoned Audi this morning to allow the sales manager a chance to redeem his sales reps. All he said was all I can say is I am sorry. No what you could say is that this is not how you expect your customers to be treated and that you will speak to the gentleman about the situation. I do not want your apology! As a small business owner, I know customer service can make and break your business. We were a for sure slam dunk sale that will now be going elsewhere.

I periodically checked in, always the same response. No release on parts. Long waiting list.About every other month they would send a fancy glossy post card reminding me the recall still needed done and in fact, that it could kill or injure the driver AND occupants. Made me really want to keep driving the car. Not.So I made a call to Audi Dayton. Guess what. Got me in for the recalls in 2 weeks. Weeks. And gave me a loaner car. And it was only that long because the airbag needed ordered in. The same on that was on back order that Cincinnati couldnt get.So how could Cincinnati let me drive a car for months if all it they needed to do was just order it in? Not the kind of service youd expect from a premium car dealership.

I TRIED to order a 2015 A5 Cabriolet here 5 years ago, but they were so rude to my wife and I we walked out. They ONLY wanted to sell me what they had on their lot..period. If I didnt want a black top and BLACK interior in a convertible...they had no time for us. Went to Dayton..great service...went there for 5 years. Thought Id try the Connection again for service since its been 5 years. OK..not as bad...not half as good as Dayton. Ill suffer the longer drive for great service versus poor service.

The service department is very good, professional. I have had an Audi S5 for 8 years, been happy...had A6 before. However, very disappointed in the sales department. Basically I went there today letting them know I am in the market to immediately buy 2 cars totaling $150k and Audi is at the top of my consideration list. I start looking at the 2018 S5 sportback coupe, looked great. Then the sales guy showed me the RS5 which looked awesome. Then I expressed interest in taking it on a test drive...then he basically discouraged the test drive as he said it was special and that they need to keep the miles low on it...like what????? Not a winning business model. Here I come BMW!

2 Fold: 1st - I have been doing business with the Joseph organization for over 30 years. Specifically, the people at The Audi Connection are very professional and you know they sincerely care about you. From management all the way through to their Service department.2nd - I have also been a customer, and referred several people (including my best friend) they knew their product and deliver on their promises.

If I could give negative stars I would. First of all I have always dreamed of owning an Audi. My husband as a surprise birthday gift took me to pick one out. The sales man came out and immediately let us know he was leaving early. I thought that was strange but since it was only noon I thought not a problem. From there it was a chore for him to help me choose a car. It was hot and I admit I took awhile because I wanted them all. Again always wanted an Audi! I went inside to take a break and found no water, no juice, nothing. I thought this was supposed to be an eperience this was turning out to be an experience alright. I finally narrowed my choices down to 2. Then I chose the winner . This sales guy says here are the numbers, take it or leave it. What an experience I had at Audi. I was so disappointed I kept saying to myself, thats not an experience . These people didnt want to waste any time on trying to get a lower rate or anything. All I can say about the Audi experience is ....👎👎👎

Great service experience today, especially John. He kept me updated on my needed service and the required recalls for my Audi. And he did it with a smile and an enthusiastic manner. Thank you, Audi Connection.

Staff treated me poorly because I was a younger and getting a free check up on my car. I was not treated with the respect I expect from an Audi dealer. They were put out when I said I did want a car wash, just not worth going to. Would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

I relocated here with an existing Audi lease soon to be up. Been an Audi driver for nine years. Walked into this dealership and they treat you like they have some prejudice issues from the 80s. I was already weary of Audi recalls and a growing number of trolls and a-holes driving Audis and BMWs in recent years... This dealership’s poor customer attention and attitude pretty much drove things off the cliff.

My wife and I just purchased our second Audi from The Audi Connection and we could not be happier. I have personally dealt with Adam Kidwell, Greg Meyer and Michael Anthony and I can easily recommend any of them as they are all top notch guys (and car enthusiasts as well). They use a professional auto detailer to process and prep the cars when the come in so you dont end up with some 18 year old kid with a bad attitude and a dirty wash mitt scratching up your new $50k car. After purchasing almost 30 cars from various dealers over the years I can honestly say these guys are the best....and if you dont have Audi on your shopping list go test drive one.

Normally I would give Audi 4-5 stars for service from the various dealerships Ive visited over the last 15 years. Unfortunately this one incident only get 1 star... and I have to give it to the whole dealership even though my other visits were good.My hood release latch broke. One reason is because I have a model that has a manufacturer known issue with burning oil. Even though Audi looked at it multiple times under warranty they said they couldnt fix it completely. It was only after the warranty expired I was offered a way to fix it from Audi Connection for only $2700. I decided to pass and continue to refill the oil when needed for only $8 a liter. This brings us back to the hood release latch braking. Now I cannot open my hood to refill oil. So I call Audi and explain the situation. The service rep I dealt with on the phone in a nonchalant tone told me it would be $375 to look at it. Most likely they would have to brake the grill to release the hood and get underneath the motor to retrieve and replace cable costing me a more likely sum of over $1200. Remember this is my hood release latch braking on a Premium German Automobile. I expressed some frustrations on the phone not to the liking of the service tech. His attitude got much more heated on the phone and proceeded to tell me that the hood release braking was my fault because I did not get it fixed for $2700 and he also cursed me out. Whether that started from my colorful language about his on the phone diagnosis.. I am not sure. I find it disappointing that a hood latch piece of plastic will cost $1200!!I had a guy I know take the inside panel off where the hood release latch is and look at the situation. We figured out how to release hood until I could figure out how to fix. After getting advice from a German mechanic (for free) he told me to look at ECS Tuning for the part or parts needed. $25.!!.. only $25..... smh. I had a guy at Firestone instal the part for me. He didnt even charge me because it took him 5 minutes. I tipped him $20. So overall a $1200 phone quote from the Audi Connection turned into a $50 fix elsewhere. I brought my car in for an oil change service to Audi Connection recently. Ill give that a 3 stars. I did notice that the tech I had the unpleasant conversation with was the tech I had previously dealt with multiple times very pleasantly. When a customer pays a premium for the Audi brand they should receive a higher level of service that I did not receive this particular time. It has changed my view on Audi indefinitely.

Would give zero stars if I could. TERRIBLE customer service. Beware of unfriendly service staff. I took my 2012 Q5 in for 2 recalls and was told the day prior that I could take a loaner car due to the amount of time it would take. I also decided to include oil service because the service light had come on after a yr despite the very low mileage (18k). I have had 25k mi and 35k mi services performed by my previous Audi dealer within the last 2 yrs so I felt that was all I needed. I get there and 3 customers waiting before me with similar recalls get assigned loaner cars and leave. Service advisor Ed attends me and says that they only have parts for 1 recall and that the Audi Care on my car had expired. Then, without asking what service I needed he asks me to sign a service contract for $395! I politely let him know that I simply wanted the 2 recalls and an oil change and he immediately replied with Then I cant give you a loaner car and writes the word WAIT on the contract! WOW! Now, Im a huge fan of the Audi brand and was really looking forward to this day as my past visits to my previous Audi dealer were typically great experiences but this was a huge letdown! I reminded him that we spoke about me taking a loaner by phone the day prior and that my day was planned accordingly. Also the dealer is currently under construction so the lobby was a construction zone with what appeared to be zero amenities. I asked again if theres any way I can take a loaner as previously agreed and he says let me check if they have the parts for the 2nd recall which my guess was to see if I somehow qualified for a loaner and they tell him no. So with no other choice I asked for a shuttle and left with the rest of my day screwed up and unhappy with the 2nd rate service I got only because I didnt let myself get duped into a $395 service my car didnt need! After several hrs I wouldve spent waiting in a construction zone Ed calls and informs me that they did in fact have the parts for the 2nd recall! On top of that my car was found to have a faulty ecm relay that would cost $285 to replace! During that time I looked into my service records and found that on top of the service I got my last dealer had already included the brake flush that this dealer was trying to sell me. His response? Well this was for the 45k mi service but thats neither here nor there. At that point I just wanted my car back for having to make adjustments to my day after having to shuttle 45 min home and then having to wait for my wife to get off work to go through almost 2hrs of rush traffic because they stopped shuttling an hr before I was able to pick up my car. Ive gotten MUCH better customer service at the local Ford dealer for my wifes car and have been attended by MUCH friendlier service staff there. Its like they have this aloof attitude towards helping customers because they feel we need them more than they need us. And unsurprisingly, unlike most dealers, they dont ask for customer feedback and dont seem to care. I recommend going to Dubwerx in Cincinnati for all your out of warranty service and maintenance needs. Their reviews speak volumes.

Horrible Experience. I went in to look at an Audi A4 with the intent on purchasing one that same day. The salesman I dealt with brushed me off as if someone my age couldnt afford an Audi. This push me away from the brand entirely. Do not got to Audi Connection. Make the extra drive to beechmont!

I picked my car up once and noticed a downtown address in the GPS but no explanation was given. Another time it took them 2 weeks to find a popping sound in the steering column. Another time they left the screws undone on the engine cover. When I pointed it out, they were out of stock on those screws. Another time they said they washed it and yet there was a big grease smudge on the fender. Another time they wanted to use my extended warranty to pay for an Audi issued recall part defect They even lied about the coverage for it saying it didnt cover it when the in service date was clearly available to determine it was covered. On a positive note they helped me remove a stuck radio from the car at no charge but after all the other things they owed me that
