I love this place. Tons of unique items. Great selection. Very reasonable prices. Great options for plant based people too! Always something new and interesting. Sometimes its hard to know what things are but most everything has English labeling and if not, staff is very helpful. Has everything from beauty supplies, cookware, fresh, packaged and frozen food and drinks! Even has a tea and smoothie stand. Cannot recommend highly enough.
This huge Asian food market is unique in Cincinnati and Ohio. Only two others sister stores in Ohio. I found the store clean and well organized. They had a good selection of fresh produce, two kinds of live fish, fresh fish, isles of every Asian condiment you could think of, Asian snacks, even a small selection of European food items, and made to order bubble tea. We are lucky to have this gem and its right next door to an Aldis!
So much interesting stuff. The varieties of Asian foods is unbelievable. I wish I knew more about cooking Asian cuisine because if I needed an ingredient for a recipe chances are Cam would have it. I love just wondering around and looking at everything. The snack aisle is paradise. So many interesting snacks to try. I cant wait to come back.
The selection is amazing! Staff is quick, but never seems there are enough of them at the checkout. I always have to wait in line behind 6 or 7 people. But its worth it for the selection and cleanliness of the place!
I like this place but was sincerely disappointed when I came in to buy an ingredient I was told they had in stock to be looked at like I was crazy and told no, rudely. Definitely sad considering it would make my trips here more frequent.
Its a pretty good store to get Asian food, including from Russia, Poland oh, Georgia and other places. Sometimes however, they dont have certain things. Also, getting help from the staff is sometimes difficult because they may not speak English well, including the customer service lady who looked very stressed today and didnt seem to understand me well.
The store was great considering the fact they were obviously short staffed. As big as it was there were 3 workers total. The tall man at the checkout was extremely rude with an attitude. As much as I enjoyed my first shopping trip here, that man is a dealbreaker for me and I won’t be returning.
The selection of Asian food is definitely the most diversified in the Cincinnati area. However, I always found the staffs in the meat section extremely rude. I wonder how many customers have been driven away because of them. I remember the meat section was always busy, but not anymore. I still go to this grocery store from time to time, but I buy meat and seafood at other places because I dont want my fun and exciting shopping experience turned into disappointment.
Great place for a wide variety of authentic Asian foods. I was suprised to see they also have a section of Russian and other Eastern European foods as well. Probably the best Asian market around. Would like to see a wider variety of Ramen / Hot Pot selections.
My fave Asian market in Cincy. It has everything I need and I always come out spending over $100+ in groceries. The store is clean and the staff is fast and friendly. Would recommend!
Very bad experience here. Poor food, poor service. I stopped by today. Checking out was super slow. When the cashier scan my item, it seem one item could not go though. She just put it aside and did not even ask me if I still want it or not. Because it is the item I want most among all the products I purchased, I asked her if she can check the price for me. She just said very rudely to me’ it’s a new product, I can not check.’ Seriously? It’s a product in the freezer, they don’t even want to bother to check the price. And also the kyoho grape they sold is not fresh, many at the bottom of the box are bad. Will never be there again.
I have to admit I didnt pay attention to the signage completely, I saw international market and assumed it was like a Jungle Jims. After entering and exploring the store I realize quite quickly this is an international market for Asians. I would definitely recommend this market if you are looking for food or any other items that come from the Asian community. I did pick up some candy that I used to buy when I visited an Asian supermarket in Chinatown in New York. My boyfriend said he saw quite a few things that he liked and he thought were good buys, he felt the pricing for some of the meats was really good, and intends to return.
Prepare to be impressed as you travel to Asia the moment you enter the doors. If you are from Asia, you will think you are home. If you have visited Asia, this will be so familiar.
Very good collection of Asian groceries. Neat and tidy.
Clean, well stocked. I asked worker if they carried Ramune Japanese pop and he said no. But they do carry them. They did not have the Naruto characters editions though.
Nice hidden Asian and Russian supermarket. Definitely a nice find. They have their own butcher section in the back, fresh produce in the front and this is the only place in town that consistently stocks some of the more esoteric things we need (those things that Jungle Jims doesnt even carry)
Great place to buy Asian food, clean and well stocked.
Love this place and so does my daughter.
Not a bad shop, except for some points inside. However, you can buy what you need from this type of international grocery store.
Wonderful International/Asian market. They have a truly huge selection of Easterrn foods.
Very large asian supermarket with a wide selection of goods. Had all the Chinese grocery and dry good staples I was looking for and more.
1st time going in, wasnt looking for anything specific but was able to pick up a few pantry items @ a lower cost than the typical store.
I absolutely love coming here to stock up on things I cant find anywhere else!
Incredible selection, excellent staff. I love going up there, and I love all of the fun international sweets
Amazing selection! Was able to get everything from the Market to do a dim sum night. Also so affordable as well!
This place is huge! They have a large seafood and meat section that doesnt smell bad, which tells me they keep it clean and rotate the products. They have very good prices. I got a bottle of sesame oil from here that was twice as large and half the price of one I got from my nearby kroger! With novelty snacks like Pocky and Ramune, they simply have the best selection. I recommend getting a snack that looks tasty but is entirely written in a foreign language! I have no idea what the jelly things I ate were but they were good! They also have a fresh produce section, an appliance section, a huge seasoning isle, and a beauty section. The staff is great and the store is well kept. Whether youre a weeb looking for bubble tea (yes, they have pre-made and the ingredients) or someone who is bored with cooking American for dinner every night, support your local Asian market!
Cam International Market, is one of my favorite places to shop and as usual, I had a fantastic experience
Very clean and well organized. Most of the products are not labeled in English but they have a very good selection of hard to find items.
Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!My wife and I, after a Christmas vacation in Mexico, bought a box of salted and cooked Duck eggs from CAM this month. And we found two of the eggs, actually, 2 out of 8, did not have the normal color, they appeared green and black, were rather rotten though vacuum packed. We did not like the quality of the eggs, and also worried that may be very unhealthy to human body. When we tried to show the box to the customer service, the service lady was very rude and impolite, without even apology but totally ignored us when we could not show her the receipt we bought the eggs a couple of weeks ago. We were so disappointed about her attitude, and we never ever met such lousy customer service in Cincinnati before. We wonder, how CAM can hire such a person or have such a lousy customer service department, not even professional, to handle the relationship between business and customers. The existence of such a customer service will definitely contaminate the image or impression of the business in the long run.The customer service lady used to work in the Chinese crepe department. We do not even want to see her again.
Interesting place needs more people that speak English working there. Overall I will shop there again when looking for something specific
Large Asian grocery with some hot prepared foods. My favorite grocery, because they have a huge variety of items.
I bought a bunch of drinks and got home, they are all expired from January! At least my food is in date, but drinks are expired. Double checkAwesome for asian food. Like 10 minutes from my home so very convenient, plus they have boba!
Unique! Customer service aha...none! Just make it happen once in and enjoy all.
Liked this asian grocery.. had lots of items and have a fresh food section that had unique food items that you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else. Prices seemed normal and reasonable. There is also a boba drink stand in front of the store that the kids loved.
Good yes i will rec9mend
Great place to find ingredients you may otherwise have a hard time finding. Food is good quality and staff is friendly!
Great food selection, clean and friendly
Am I glad I found you❣❣❣ Always looked under Asian markets and Cam Market is listed under International 😹So far Ive been there twice and Im so happy to have found you❣Ready to go back 👍Excellent store and staff is very helpful. I am driving almost an hour to go there 😽💜
Every time I want some specialty goods for vegan or vegetarian dishes, I come here first. Jackfruit, tofu, and banana blossoms are always in stock and better/cheaper than the options at other shops.
Such an amazing selection of different Asian foods from around the world. So grateful to have this large Asian market in our area. We live in Northern Kentucky and my wifes family is from Taiwan. It takes us less than a half hour to get there.
So many choices at a amazing value. I would literally just go here for the dried mushroom selection. Worth the 15 minute drive. If you cook or just have an interest in food...shopping here is super fun. I read some of the reviews and was surprised to see them mention poor customer service. I experienced the exact opposite. Was greeted warmly and had help whenever I needed it. You cant please some folks I suppose.
Big store with variety of asian food
Lots of great selections on asian food items that would be impossible to get anywhere else.
This little shop has quite a bit of Eastern European and Asian foods. If you want herring, here is the place for you
One of the few asian markets in the area. They have a decent selection of items and now theres a ChaTime inside! However, its usually pretty crowded and theres always a line to checkout on the weekends.
The Best International market in town with fair prices and great service.
A great place to shop for asian and european food.
Excellent service fresh food good management good price
Visited this place for the first time. Fun place to go to! Found a lot of stuff that I grew up eating in the Philippines. The produce selection and quality are thumbs-up, the prices are not that crazy. They carry a few items that are allergy-safe for my daughter, which is a plus!
Best grocery store to go to for asian foods.
Go to place for rare Asian food and excellent in house prepared food offerings.
Nice variety of Asian food
Really a nice market where you can get lots of Asian food materials!
This is a wonderful place to shop. They have anything and everything you could imagine.
It is the safest place to buy groceries. Very clean and sanitary! I love the selection of food both asian and Russian. Love the meat section. Veggies are very fresh usually.
This place gives the best pricing on the European products. If you compare it to other stores in Cincinnati. I wish it would be more variety 🙂 of food.
Amazing store with a huge verity of foreign goods. Everything under one roof. You can find foods from all sorts of countries here, Chinese, Japanese, Russian and more. And to top it off, it has some of the best prices around. The store gets two deliveries a week and a the best stuff is sold out within a day. I recommend this place to anyone who likes to try something new, or anyone who wants to remember home cooking
I was treated so badly here, I can’t even comment on the product selection. As a US citizen and Caucasian, you are given the regard of a tolerated stray dog. Rolled eyes are frequent just when saying hello to anyone here. Never again
The best Asian grocery selection Ive seen between Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus.
Always clean, well stocked, and quick check out. Social distancing and mask wearing champs. I drive 45 minutes weekly to this store because of how wonderful they have been in making sure their customers have the safest shopping experience possible during this pandemic.
Any Asian item you could want as well as a bubble tea stand and Chinese waffles
Just awesome authentic asian stuff. Cant explain more. I got in saying ok spending 20 then come out with 100....
Supermarket catering to Vietnamese or Cambodian cuisine. Lots of processed foods. Meats are more inner organs oriented. Not a wide range of fresh produce. Okay market but not a go-to stop for hard to find items.
Good experience, feel safe here - temp checks on the way in, lots of mask wearing - (up over the nose mask wearing).
I went here for the first time today and I cant wait to go back! I could spend hours in there just looking at the huge selection of food. My boyfriend and I are huge ramen fans and I was so excited to find a fresh Tonkotsu ramen kit. I ran right home and cooked it for the both of us and we were very very pleased with the quality of everything. It was delicious! I cant wait to go back and try other things!
Cam market was amazing, such a great selection of international products. I stopped in looking for a Chinese New Year gift for a friend. The staff helped me find the perfect gift. Then provided me with a gift bag to put the gift in. Thank you all so much for your help.
Always a pleasure to shop here! Its clean, well stocked and have plenty of fresh and frozen fish choices!
I used to love this place. Been going there for well over 5 years. It’s now under new management and the new lady managing the store is a horribly rude woman. My wife and I were in there three days ago and used a credit card. But today we went in there and tried to use the same card and the manager literally told my wife “to bad if you cans pay don’t shop here then.” Her justification was that our card charges too much. It’s .08 per transaction it was a 10 dollar transaction. A manager loosing customers over .80 cents is a joke. And if she had been polite and just said we don’t accept that card all would have been fine. It’s sad the last manager was a very pleasant lady. It’s also interesting while shopping prior to this experience over the last month I noticed how the shelf are very poorly stocked. Sad to see this store going down hill.
Amazing selection of foods from different east Asian countries. Clean store, good prices.
An overwhelming selection of exotic asian cuisine at great prices.
We always buy our fish and shrimp at Cam because of the great price. Everybody is courteous too.
Neat place
Great selection of Asian groceries.
Ive shopped here since my adolescence with my parents, its always great. Though I still say that the addition of the East European section, its even better now. This place strikes a perfect balance between a real Asian store and the typical sterile white light, over crowded shops.
This Chinese store has a decent selection of Russian/Eastern European Food. Also, you can get fresh fish here. Ask them to clean it for you. If you just in and out; dont talk to anyone - best experience ever! Russian/Eastern European Food is cheaper then Russian stores in the area.
Great selection of spices and herbs you cant find at Kroger, always fun to come here and learn more about food.
I would give a zero star if I was able to. I shop every Friday at Cam, but this past Friday me and my husband were in the checkout line to make our purcahse. The customer ahead of us had a tremendous amount of groceries and, once all his items were bagged and rang up, was having an issue with their payment card. This is fine, those things happen, so we waited in line as the cashier and others attempted to rering all of the items. At this time a different person took over that transaction, and the original cashier opened another lane and began to wave the rest of the customers from the back of the line over to the new open lane.I asked the cashier why she didnt ask me, the next person in line who had been waiting patiently, to go over to the next line instead of ringing out customers who had just entered the line. When I asked her about this decision, she began to give me horrible attitude and tell me that this is how we do it here. I expressed to her that the reason I was unhappy was her decision to force to wait even longer while she checks out other customers, to which she threw her things down and said she wasnt going to serve me, that this is ridiculous, as well as saying she was going to call the police on me for insulting her?The cashier also took liberty to say some of these things in English, assuming I wouldnt understand, and only ended her tirade when I acknowledged that yes, I speak and understand English perfectly well. My family spends at least 300 dollars a week in this store, and that doesnt include my additonal family and friends; all of whom I have told about this experience, and none of whom will be contributing their spending power with to establishment until their customer service issues are sorted out.
One of my FAVORITE place to shop 🥰
Youll find anything for your Chinese cooking
Great place to experience new, unique foods you may have never seen it heard of before. Or a taste of home if you came from another country. They even have a great deal of things that Jungle Jims doesnt, or some shared products but at lower prices. While the focus is Asian, there are lots of foods from tons of other countries.Fun to browse, buy, and experiment.
Great place to buy Asian items. Tons of choices, though if you have questions and you only speak English youll need to carefully think of wording. Prices are good and the variety is high.
Your local international food destination! I like taking friends here to check out all the different groceries and snacks they’re not used to. I mostly buy Asian food but they’ve expanded quite a bit over the past few years to include European as well as other types of different food. It’s fairly clean. Shopping can get a little crazy during the weekend. Lines can get long but they’re usually pretty quick. Check it out if you get the chance, or you just want to switch up your groceries for the week!
Most Korean items, I got what I needed. A+
If youre Asian, this place IS the shopping experience. Fully stocked and lots of good brands and products. Only jungle Jims is even close for products availability. But this place is more convenient right off of I-75 off exit 14. Very central location for everyone in the Cincinnati area. Fun to just go in and browse on a Sunday.
Great selection and staff.
I have decided to change my review because I understand that it is everyones right to do what they think is necessary in order to keep safe and still maintain a healthy business and work place for their customers and employees. This Market has some of the most interesting food selections and many others items that are one of a kind, I have grown as a person and I decided that changing a 1 star to a 5 is definitely necessary because they deserve it.Thanks Dawei
A wonderful experience! A large variety of Asian foods, supplies, and novelties you wont find elsewhere. The produce and meat counters were impressive with tons of things I had never seen before. Above all else, exploring everything they had to offer was worth the trip alone.
Great place to get fresh veggies and seafood.
Nice place to shop for Asian groceries. They have wide range of products to choose.
Overpriced and okay quality.
I really enjoy shopping here.
