We quickly found what we needed (with some friendly advice from another customer). The store was clean, shelves well stocked and organizer. Checking out was a breeze.

The cashier keep telling me that the 12×12 scrapbooking paper is on sale every month, I have been watching for 4 months and no sale .jo Anns have the paper on sale 10 for 2$.Michael s use to match there price but now they say it has to be the exact same thing. Well everyone knows its a different brand. Please put your 12×12 paper on sale.

Always has an amazing selection of crafting supplies. The clerks and managers are very patient with everyone. Aside from no fabric they have everything a person could ever need for art projects.

I used to buy my popsicle sticks here. Now I just buy popsicles due to price increase. I get popsicles, eat them and bleach the sticks and save a visit to the store.

Pretty clean store, pretty brief cashiers, pretty niche products. I cant complain but I cant say Im in love either. I would return to this store for yarn products.

Their Kale salad is soooooo delicious and the servitude the staff provided was TOP NOTCH....Ill definitely recommend the food here...its the Bomb.....

I have always had exceptional service at Michaels and their rewards program is amazing if you forget your receipt but youre part of the rewards program all they have to do is look up your phone number and you can return anything. Even during the holidays lines might have been long but they moved very quickly and I have found all the staff members that work there generally no what youre looking for and can direct you right to it.

If you any crafting needs, michaels either has it in store, or will have it the next day. They offer all sorts of discounts for members, and non members. Staff is always friendly and eager to help. Website is very easy to navigate.

Clean, will stocked store. The staff is friendly and helpful. Honestly, I usually order online and pick it up at the store. They do a good job of filling my orders correctly. I do love to browse the aisles though and I never have a problem finding what I need.

Staff is great but you usually have to wait a while in the checkout line.

Bright, clean, well organized! I found someone who helped me. And the check out process was so fast. They had 4 registers open as opposed to Colerain Ave. who had 1 register open.

I didnt buy anything! If you dont buy anything, you still pass by other people.. NOT GREAT DURING A PANDEMIC. Kinda stressful thinking anyone not wearing a mask could still have COVID-19!

I am sorry to put this out here but this how it was. I needed help getting a wreath off the wall. No one was on the floor so I went to the check out for assistance. The cashier radioed for help. I waited 15 minutes and no one came to the area. I saw the ladder and wanted to get it myself but I didnt. I wondered if someone would have stopped me? I returned to cashier to let her know that no one came and I had to leave. FYI four cashiers at the front which was nice to see. I was in the store early afternoon.

One of my favorite places to visit and just get time to myself to destress.Please get a better selection of cricut single vinyl. And be like hobby lobby and have pamphlets with different kinds of things you can make with everything in the store.

Not sure if the store is closing, but a lot of the shelves were bare. But over all clean. Only had one cashier and I observed several other workers in the isles.

Employees are always very helpful, personable. The store is kept clean. There is always weekly 40-50 percent coupons of a regular priced item in the paper or mobile. The biggest issue i have with this store, is that they have so many deals, I always spend way more than I intend to.

This is where paychecks come to die. They have a wide variety of craft supplies, there is always a sale, coupon, or clearance going on, and coupons are always available online. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are always ready to help if needed.

You can always find a good deal here on craft supplies.a little bit of everything, today we found beads and Christmas decor along with some crafts for the little ones. Everything was on sale and a great price. The store was clean and easy-to-navigate. Plenty of parking right out front.

This place is bad enough with customer service to almost make me want to go to Hobby Lobby. Customers shouldnt have to walk through a gauntlet to get to the exit. Treating everybody like a potential thief makes no one feel welcome. On top of which there is nothing there worth stealing despite the overblown price points of the discount store quality Goods.

I didnt purchase anything from Michaels that is a drop off point for UPS packages if your not at home. This has only been going on for about four months and I love it. Definitely helps with deterring theft.

I love Michaels but the one by me in westren hill does not have fabric!
