They never showed up for the appointment and did not even bother to respond to my email about their no show. No explanation or apology whatsoever.
They didnt have quite the right part to fix our reclining sofa, but they did do an adequate job of getting it working again.

Furniture Medic provided excellent repair work on a desktop that was in bad condition. Out of the box thinking created a renewed look for the desk. They went above and beyond our expectations, in both workmanship and customer service. We were so satisfied, that we had them touch up our dining room table/chairs. It looks like we have a new set!! We would HIGHLY recommend them!!
