This place usually always pulls through in terms of service.I however dont appreciate a gentleman enforcing a mask policy while not wearing his over his nose. Yes I know Im splitting hairs but the signage says in accordance with the cdc and Im sure the cdc would advise to have the mask over your mouth and nose. Practice what you preach folks.

Purchased a starter for a customers vehicle from here. Six weeks later, our customer returned complaining of a intermittent no start - just clicks. Determined it was a faulty starter, obviously had a bad spot in it. Contacted customer service and was told to purchase another starter and they would refund the cost when they received the defective unit. Returned the defective unit and after getting the run around with customer service and never given a straight answer, out of the blue the starter was mailed back to us a month later with a note saying no problem found. If they think we are swapping starters for the fun of it, they are out of their mind. Funny the customer has not returned with no further problems since we replaced the starter. We are now out the cost of a starter plus the shipping to ship the piece of junk back to them. IF YOU EXPECT A WARRANTY FROM THIS PLACE, DONT COUNT IT! They obviously could care less about their customers after the sale. I WOULD AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.

These are the most patient and well informed technicians. They went the second mile to solve a problem. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Friendly and courteous!

I ordered 2 starters from J&N which came in incorrectly. Their web site listed the oem # that cross referenced my starters and was wrong. They admitted their mistake and I was told to return them for a refund. Well.....that was over 5 months ago. After many, many emails and phone conversations with their return department, (Dicey Combs) is the woman who continually gave me the run around and constant lies. Finally, Dicey Combs told me I was out of luck because I didnt register with their company before my purchase. Do yourselves a favor, there are many companies to choose from, DONT TRUST J&N! Take your business to one who stands behind their products.

A great place to get the parts you need.

I had an unknown starter from an old unknown engine. I took it into J&N, put it on the counter and a miracle happened. This really nice, quiet man stepped up .. asked a few questions, took some measurements and then looked up and said “we’ve got that”. He walked in back and in just a few minutes walked back out with a brand new one sealed new in a box.Turns out it was from a 1957 Mercury and also fit my old wood chipper.They have a huge building full of more stuff than you can count, but the one thing you can count is counting people that know their stuff!Thanks J&NRoss Kelly

J and N sucks Cant get a simple part right. Call someone else. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERECalled them back to return stuff they sent me that was wrong since I dont have a customer number they gave me a lot of trouble and I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was left on hold for 15 minutes before I just hung up call someone else
