The company had a technician, Jason, at my home within hours of my call. The part to be serviced, an intake valve on my propane-conversion furnace, needed replaced under warranty. Jason left to get the part, returned with it, and had it installed the same day as my call and my home is warm again!Beyond professional and timely, Jason give me some helpful tips (as I mentioned I am a first time homeowner) about normal care and maintenance of the machine, as well as placement for my CO-detectors.The cost was comparable to another HVAC company Id had out to assess the problem but who couldnt get the part warrantied.Overall: very satisfied and would recommend to others.

They sent a crew of 3 professional and courteous techs, Jeff, Mat, and Nate, that completely removed the old system and installed a new furnace and AC and had the job done in less than a day. They left no mess. They came with all the supplies they needed and seemed to work efficiently without any problems. I would highly recommend these folks.

Fred Gilbert and his team did an outstanding job on the installation of my two heat pumps. He is thorough and meticulous. He follows his procedure that ensures each step of installation is correct before he moves to the next. After start up he also ensured running parameters (such as refrigerant charge) were on target vs. assuming the unit was charged properly at the factory. I would highly recommend Fred for a heat pump or air conditioner replacement.

Alex was great!! He went above and beyond for us. He arrived on time, extremely professional. Was able to identify the issue right away. He then went to get the part we needed and came back the same day to fix it. Most would have said they would be back another day with the part, but Alex fixed it the same day. Kenny was wonderful! I just moved into a new home (literally hours before) to discover one of the AC units wasn’t working properly. Willis had Kenny at my door within an hour or so. He quickly found the issue, gave me his recommendations, and even took the time to walk me through how some of it all worked. While we ultimately didn’t use them to repair the unit because we need to use the original company that installed it, I would 100% call Willis for any other future need we may have.

Right on time as promised, even a call and text to take the mystery of when out. Bart was very courteous and gave me a tour of the humidifier system. He was thorough and friendly.

We were on vacation for 2 weeks and came back to a hot house. The next day I called one hour for their service and was shocked they could come out the same day to assess what was going on. Jason quickly found the culprit. The dual capacitor wasn’t working. He had the part in his truck, replaced it and that same evening house was back down to 69 degrees!!! Even for a reasonable price.

I got an Estimate from Scott for a retrofit a/c unit. He was personable and knowledgeable. He was also able to describe the issues of replacement and repair of an older unit. Will recommend-got several quotes but Scotts very competitive while not being the lowest or the highest.

Terrific job. Excellent price on par with everyone else but got the unit within the week when quotes were coming back with 8-12 week lead time. Full removal of old unit, installation of new unit and sealing of wall all within 5 hours. They cleaned up afterwards and were extremely professional. Would absolutely recommend.

This company originally replaced old AC systems in 2013. It that time 3 technicians arrived and installed complete system in (what I consider) record time. Since than we called them 2x with factory warranty. Each time someone answered right away even after hours. The tech arrived the next day, fixed in the short time. Highly recommend the company.

One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.Always on time or you dont pay a dime. Thats the slogan. Well, I received a text with a picture of the technician at 10:13 am yesterday. He arrived 32 minutes late, at nearly noon. They still tried to charge us. I guess the tagline isnt important so Ill move on...They sent a younger technician out to look at our faltering AC unit. Instead of looking at this external unit first, he went into our basement where he spent an hour detailing every possible thing wrong with our heating and air conditioning system. A small crack here, a little rust there. He took many pictures and wrote up a detailed reason why everything should be replaced soon.This part should be replaced soon. That part should be replaced soon.He then returned from the depths of the dungeon with a list of $5,000 worth of repairs and upgrades he recommended, along with pictures which he insisted should be emailed to me.Nah, thats OK. I can go in the basement and see the rust anytime kid.So, now he was not only late but he just wasted an hour and hasnt found the TRUE reason the AC unit isnt working.The kid them proceeds to head outside to the external until, which is 10 feet off the ground on top of a shed/garage addition. Unsure how to problem solve such a complex puzzle, the kid calls home base asking for a ladder to be delivered.After an hour the kid comes back in and informs us that they cant get a ladder out so tomorrow theyll have to send a commercial team out to inspect the unit... At $120 an hour. We are now paying commercial-grade rates because the kid didnt have a ladder.In the hour the kid waited around for home base to help, he could have driven the 10 miles back to home base and retrieved a ladder. But nah, much problem solving fail by One Hour Heating and AC.On top of this, if we decide to use them for repairs well have to pay the hourly rate for commercial repair all because they need a ladder.I called One Hour to discuss this, literally saying... We need this fixed and are more than willing to pay residential rates. Ill even go get my own ladder to help the kid.The response was pretty much, Sorry, you have to pay $120 an hour now. No flexibility.To sum up my experience:-- They were not even close to being on time yet still wanted to charge us the initial fee-- The technician spent his entire time here trying to dig up things for us to repair rather than finding the issue causing the AC to stop working-- The technician spent an hour waiting for a ladder, and when one couldnt be delivered they decided we were now a commercial site and the rate would be double-- If the kid would have retried a ladder rather than waiting for an hour wed be paying half the hourly rateWe decided to pass on this company and called a competitor to do the work.

Absolutely Awesome! Jason was friendly very knowlegible He got to the the problem that a tech from another company completely missed. He explained what parts needed replaced and details about how they worked. Over all it was very interesting and informative service experience.The one improvement that could be is a Military/First Responder discount. It is common policy for many companies to offer it. I am not complaining...just a suggestion.

Great service. Even though I was a new customer they responded with a technician within 24 hrs of my call. Technician knew what he was doing and even showed exactly what he found as well as resistance readings for the components in my unit. He found a capacitor that was running around 65% but did not aggressively try to upsell a new one. I was more than satisfied with the work they performed and I ended up becoming a member of their 12 month maintenance plan.

We just had our capacitor replaced on our ac unit last year. The company we used apparently did a poor job installing it causing the wires to melt and short, so we had to have it replaced again and repaired damage from the poor installation we had done last year. He did such a great job that we made sure we asked for his business card so we would not forget the quality of service we had and so we can use them again in the future.
