(Berríos Outlet, Guaynabo) A bit expensive for clearance. Besides after my research in other stores, decided to return today for a refrigerator Whirlpool seen on my previous visit on August 28th. Found out that such refrigerator is now been used by the employees storing cups with liquid. I asked for a further discount (COVID-19 on the rise) and personal things on this refrigerator. Miguel (which I believe was the manager on duty) refused my request. Left the store disappointed. My review could be of 5 stars if you give a further discount so I can buy the item.

This review is for Xiomara Mercado Nieto and CorporateMy sister purchase a set of washer and dryer from the Mayaguez store for my parents during her trip to PR this was back in June it took 2 months for the delivery to be completed and corrected. We try calling the store multiple times the store and no one ever answer ( we got the excuse of high volume call which is just a BIG LIE ) I call while my mom was waiting and she saw how the phone just rang and no one acted like they care to answer, we had done all we can to get the delivery corrected as the dryer originally delivered was the wrong dryer. it wasnt until my sister got in touch with Xiomara Mercado Nieto that this was corrected it took 3 delivery intents but at the end we finally got the correct item deliver. We thank so much this employee for going above and beyond to make sure she did everything she could to get this done for us. I living in North Carolina, my siblings in NY and TX and not been able to actually go physically to the store and much less get a call answered it was frustrating enough, specially when our parents are disable and elderly. Its SAD to say that we had to experience such poorly customer service in our own island. When the economy is so bad at least all you can do is treat your customer with respect and courtesy during and after a sale. good customer service always bring people back to the stores, but they way this retail store handle their clients is no wonder things in PR are so bad. Again Thank you so much Xiomara Mercado Nieto for your hard work and dedication I honestly feel you should have a management position in this company they need people like you onboard to make a difference. And to the cooperate office honestly listen to your customer majority of the review complain for the same and all the answers you give are similar but nothing seems to change in your stores. Get it right I know you are the biggest furniture store in PR but if Walmart brought K-mart down any other can do it to your company if you guys dont step up your game.

If I could give him less than one star, I would give it to him, after they charge very expensive for a delivery that in all other furniture stores is FREE what they sell is garbage.The photo is of a piece of a bed FULL of moth, it looks like a garbage bag.

I dont know how many more people it has happened to, but I will not fall again.Together with my mothers good credit, I managed to obtain a loan in Berrios de Carolina for $ 2,220.00 dollars and took a large two-door refrigerator in Stainles steel, which already has mold stains, I discovered by inquiries that the supposed stainles is of the cheapest material that can be obtained in the market, when I tried to change the refrigerator there was no success, so I have to eat it like that.The point is that I was faithfully paying for my fridge every month without fail and always giving a little more.After five months, Sinchronic Bank decided to lower my credit to $ 800.00 dollars, which affected my credit score since they lowered me 25 points.After 9 months of still paying faithfully, my credit was lowered to $ 600.00 again, affecting my credit score again, this time it was 20 points less.After the year they lowered it to $ 200.00 dollars and once again my score was affected by 12 points.Not satisfied with that after 5 months of having settled my account, they decided to close it without reason and without any notice, lowering my score by 8 more points.So much that one tries to go up the score from 1 to 1 or 5 to 5 which takes a long time for these unscrupulous people to hurt their customers with this game.Thanks for nothing Mueblerias Berrios and Sinchronic Bank.If I could, I wouldnt give them the corner of a star.

I am trying to buy matres and room games online and it is not possible in any way. The chat tells me to put US country and Puerto Rico state, the same thing the customer service told me. but they do not understand that the card has the address of New Jersey not Puerto Rico. I hope this message is seen by someone and that they can fix that.

Folks, dont buy equipment at Berrios, they never answer calls, customer service Victoria is strong-willed. If you bought an extended warranty, when you request the service, if they call you and you dont answer, they extend the route again for a full week, they dont leave messages, they dont send emails, if you dont call and youre not pending as they say they will call you during the day from 8 am -5pm. Again, dont buy anything here, even if it costs you cheaper than the competition, and less the extended warranty, its disgusting!

When they want to sell you they treat you fabulous, but the delivery service is horrible, they bring wrong parts and then you have to wait for another delivery order to be made for you when they have a route.

We bought some furniture on October 30th and they delivered on November 12th. That same day the love seat had to be returned because it was stained. After two weeks of that return we had to call the store to find out the status because these people never deigned to follow up. When we called NOBODY TOOK IT. We had to come to the store personally to follow up (something the store is NOT supposed to do by the customer) and they told us that our order was closed because the furniture had already been delivered. The order was delivered incomplete as one of the furniture arrived defective. They then proceeded at that time to coordinate a new order for a love seat. We wait another three weeks and NOTHING. When we call again (since these people did not teach them to follow up with their clients), then they tell us that the furniture arrived and that it was at the port. That they could not release it until the tax or customs did not release it. We wait about two additional weeks. Finally they gave us the love seat that was in the port and that one arrived BROKEN !!!! To top it off, they dont check the furniture in the warehouse before being delivered to the customer. At no time did a manager communicate to offer any apology for the bad times incurred in this whole case. I will never buy from this store again and I will make sure to spread the word so that other people do not fall into the bad practice of this establishment.

Berrios online shopping does not work, when one goes to buy an item they appear available (Current stock: xx) implying that the item is available in stock, but it is not, it may be that it is still in a wagon on the way to PR or in the port. This is tricking the customer so as not to lose the sale, they are scammers. To top it off, one calls and they come to you with the story that the system does not tell you exactly if the merchandise is in storage or on the way to PR. Now I have to wait 2 to 3 more weeks to receive my washing machine because there is no one I bought and I could not even make a change because no washing machine is in stock. I do not recommend them for deceivers.

Company where the mission and vision is only expressed on paper. Berrios gives you more that motto does not suit them. Terrible customer service. They do not guide their clients well on return policies and deliveries of household goods. After that, you have to wait time (two weeks or more) for a claim. They are like the agencies of Puerto Rico, for everything it is a long process. To be able to make a call to customer service you have to be around 45 minutes to 1 hour for a representative to answer. Fatal delivery service (service you pay for). They do not explain to you that you have to verify the belongings with the people who deliver you, so as not to harm the return policy. Not even the same ones that they deliver are so worth explaining to an older person to check before they leave. They only care about the signature and then say that the client signed without having verified and wash their hands of anything. Last word, they dont deliver the signed receipt to the customer. You have to guide people or at least tell the client if you want to verify that everything is okay. Older people will not do it unless they are told why they are trusting. Be more diligent with your employees to guide and have better customer service. Although the delivery service is by another company, they must demand that they give good service because that is what they pay for. First and last time.

Answer the phones in customer service one pay for something. Yesterday they communicated and told me to come by tomorrow Wednesday to pick up and the girl says I return the call and they never called yesterday, please confirm I understand there is a high volume of calls but if they are going to wholesale the internet they must have the staff and dedication to answer calls from customers who bought.

If I could give them a -0 I would give it to them.We bought a recliner chair which we had to wait almost 15 days for delivery. When we finally received it it was the wrong sofa. To this day we are still waiting for someone to call us and pay us back. I have tirelessly called the Mayagüez store and no one answers the same thing happens at the headquarters.

In the Berríos oulet I had to wait an hour to get a price for a bed and they didnt give me the price. I went last Sunday and they told me they couldnt give me a price because they were going to close. The vendors hide, ignore the clientele ... it looks like a government office where to pay for a service one has to beg. The savings in the oulet are not worth it compared to the poor service provided by their dependents. Too bad because Berrios furniture always distinguished itself as being from town with the personal treatment of furniture stores before despite having Mega stores ....

I bought a Midea Microwave Oven in January 2018 and in the month of February it started making a strange noise, it caught on its own and a burning smell came out. It was until March 15, 2018 that they picked it up from the Bayamon store to fix it. Apparently they changed the Board. I picked it up as directed, which in fact they never called, I knew because I called Customer Service. Well, I let you know that the team is still the same, now the noise is worse it seems that it will explode. I called SC and they told me to take it back to the store. I have been a Berrios client for more than 15 years, and I was just about to buy living room furniture, dining room sets, stove and refrigerator and other things, but I will look for another place. I am very disappointed in the way my complaint has been handled. I will take you to the Bayamon Oeste store and leave you there. Im not interested in getting my money back or getting it fixed either, but I assure you, Ill never buy from your store again. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!
